The manager D and the mechanic Shaun were FREAKING AWESOME!!! I highly recommend going there to service your vehicle! They are not like other car places who try to get you to pay ridiculous money for services you don t need very reasonable! I will be going back if needed :)

We had a really hard time finding someone who could fix our break system issues. Had 5 different mechanics work on it and none were able to fix the problem. These guys came highly recommended. Usually we avoid big name shops because they tend to be overpriced and our car would come back with more issues. However, these guys really care about their work and reputation. They were able to get the job done and at a very reasonable price. We live about 40 minutes across town from this shop, but it is worth the drive. We now highly recommend this shop as well, and will continue to do business here!!

If I could do 11 stars, I would. The team here is awesome, especially D & D. I drove the brakes off of my car (literally) and I had been going through the whole list of homie mechanics, and I spend hundreds of dollars between labor and parts from amazon and still had zero breaking power, towed it up to them, in 1-2 hours they had the brakes working. They are amazing, they are my new favor shop and I would follow this whole crew across the planet as they are my only mechanics now. THANK YOU GUYS FOR MY FREEDOM!!!!!

Very professional group called when the parts were in did warranty work for my car came out perfect. I want to thank you guys for superior customer service. Sean Lyles the Mgr was and Dujun were so professional.

They provided a quick assessment of my car s issues. Repairs were made quickly and honestly. I was able to get my car back later in the afternoon on the same day! Car runs great again. They alerted me to things to watch out for in the future that may become issues down the road. I will return there to get oil changed and if any other issues arise. Thank you to everyone there.

I took my truck here to get it looked at, this shop was able to notice that there was an error made from a different shop and they didn t charge me for looking at my truck, if you guys are looking for a trustworthy, honest shop , that won t take advantage of you , this meineke has been very good to me , thank you Daniel and the guys down for the excellent service. I Will be taking my cars here from now on.

They were; fast, courteous, and answered all my questions. That's really all you can ask for a repair shop. Even though it was a fairly simple repair they treated me like a well paying customer. Thank you, I highly recommend this shop.

First off they wanted to charge me twice the amount for the price of the part, other than that I would have been fine. Pissed me off thou. went down to auto parts store myself. Only reason I let them install it for $171. For a 10 minute job, is that I was going on a trip the next day.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I had a nice time talking with Cindy . I went there for an oil and filter change. I have only one complaint. My car was in the bay for well over an hour... for something that should have taken a fraction of that time. Other than that, everything was fine. Went to Meineke Car Care Center at 2005 Decatur to find out why my air conditioner wasn't working and I thought I needed an oil change because I was 3 months overdue. Turns out Joel and Rudy, the technicians advised me there was nothing wrong with my air conditioner and my oil did not need changing. I have a 2020 Subaru Legacy and was told by Subaru there would be a $200 fee to diagnose the problem. I appreciate their honesty and integrity in telling me the car was fine. They could have flushed my Freon and changed my oil and I would have paid a lot for something that did not need to be done. I also want to thank Alvin, the manager. These guys were great and have a new customer for life! THANK YOU, GUYS!!!

Great experience. The manager James was pleasant and efficient. Michael added air to my tires even though I have a couples nails in one and was so nice. My shift control cable doesn't work it was working when it came in you disconnected my sunroof instead of fixing the issues so it didn't drain my battery you had my daughter's truck for 6 months and it's still effed up I wouldn't send anyone to your locations ever

They will not do free auto inspection. You must get an oil change if that s what you want then they will inspect price is extremely high. Unfriendly a little difficult to deal with unknowledgeable at the desk. James was not very friendly, but Cindy is incredible so is the mechanic that looks Mexican but he is not he is a really big guy with a lot of hair. Did an excellent job very Happy with them. Cindy is an asset, so is that mechanic.Cindy helped me with so much she went way above and beyond. Nobody anywhere ever did that for me.Service: General repairs & maintenance

0 stars! Run do not use this shop! Dishonest rip offs! I am a single mom with a disabled child I brought in my accessible vehicle that was overheating and they did nothing but charged me $500 and my vehicle was overheating and we were stuck on Fremont at 2 AM. I called the next day to explain, and the little boy that works at the front desk thought he could yell at me and be rude, and I was still gonna bring back my vehicle that he did not fix. Horrible!!! Need a good mechanic go to dolars automotive!Service: General repairs & maintenance
