I would to travel climb across the valley just to have Ed Make sure the work on my car is done properly. On time, give me the best prices available with Meineke . I'm so glad they shifted stores, so it's much closer for me. Now My daughter will not go anywhere else to get her car serviced. I proved to her that there Prices are half the price of the rip-off car change she was going to. Yes, that's right, she's getting the same. Exact parts for half of what would cost her some place else. And like me she put trust in ed and he takes care Of everyone I sent to him if he's not there see Mike Trust Meineke They're right across the street from the palms hotel and casino in las vegas on flamingo near valley view.Services: Auto windshield repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

The only thing I give 1 star is because I have too I don t know how to start with this company the worst mistake of my life I took my daughter Hyundai for break service it took them a month to tell me they have no tools for it but after 3 weeks they told me it s done you can sign the paper for the payment then you can take the car they said they fixed it I was at work I sign the papers to finance and I told my daughter to take the car out they told her it s not done they wait until the finance bank approved it then they said take the car we can t fix it after one month so I called tow car company and took it to dealership so I ask them how did they want to charge me they said we didn t do the job so it s no charge it make sense right? No they wait a month they start taking out money from my account I am going to sue them big time they screwed my car they didn t do nothing and they are taking out my money from my accounts I am so so mad I am trying to reach the owner they will hear from me with my lawyer please don t take your car in this company. The worst ever the only thing they know is change oil. Please don t take your car in this company. All they want is screw people I am not done with them

Zero stars took my BMW for a drive shaft mont fix the couldn t fix it took a week to tell me they can t get the tools to do the workThey busted my entire drive shaft car couldn t even driveThey took it in a tow truck to BMW and then told me that am the one responsible to get it fix at BMW , it s been two weeks of back and forth with them , the manager say he don t need the job and was banging on me until this day they didn t take responsibility for the damages they caused to my car .Don t bring your car here, they don t know what they doing and they will mess your car up and bang in youPics are of what they took off my car and didn t put it back togetherYou can see the damage from hammering the drive shaft because they don t have the tools

I arrived without an appointment (not recommended) and the team was able to squeeze me in. They were very friendly and made recommendations for other services my inspection identified. I also liked they were across from the casino (Palms) so I was able to catch a movie while they completed my service. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for fair prices and great service.

This one deserves a lot of appreciation. We travelled with the family from Bay Area to Las Vegas over the thanksgiving weekend. Unfortunately, our car had a weird noise around the front wheel area, so worried about the long drive back home. I was in the shop early, didn t have an appointment. Sorry I should have noted the names, front office manager was really kind and helpful. They took care of the issue and even suggested couple other things to take care. I was really worried about taking care of this on a busy thanksgiving week, Meineke team was able to help us. It was really heartfelt to see nice people around and helping others. Thanks again.

Ed and Mike are two of the most professional people I ve ever dealt with in my life. I highly recommend them in their shop very honest and respectable people. Very reasonably priced and a quick turnaround time as well, By far they are the best in the business!

Staff here is extremely tentative to their customers needs; especially ED. I ve had my car serviced with them 3 different times, and they always get the job done right. The staff is extremely compassionate & will not hesitate to correct any problems if they arise after you service your vehicle here . Typical untrustworthy auto shop. Brought in my car for a rattling noise. Quotes $1,700 for this and that. Took it to reputable shop down the street they fixed a loose part for 1 hr labor charge.

Went in with a code on my dash. Problem with the Evap canister. After leaving the shop, put gas In my car, and my car stalled. Went in and told them about the issue, said it wasn t their problem. Took vehicle to different mechanic, was told that the install was done poorly. Not only created a new problem for my vehicle which cost me more money, but had no care in the world. Terrible experience!

Horrible! The typical shady mechanics Damaged my vehicle after their ever changing repair totals they gave me. Then wouldn't fix what they damaged. The "manager" is a disgrace. She is very immature. UPDATED 04/2/2024. Your reply, I'm guessing because this is made public, wasn't nothing like how you treated me, your CUSTOMER, that entrusted you and your company MEINEKEN to make a repair on my vehicle and your mechanic damaged my vehicle, had me go out in the bay so I can show the mechanic what he already knew he damaged, told me to stay in the mechanics bay unattended (FLAG) so he could go back to your office to tell you not to believe your customer which you fell for and ABRUPTLY had an Doctor's appointment at 5:30 PM all the sudden or so your associate manger which, because this wasn't "HIS" MEINEKEN office, was helpless to do anything about my damaged vehicle, told me because you jumped in your vehicle and took off to avoid being called-out for your shady mechanic damaging my vehicle. Yeah, your "public" reply is FAKE. You had the opportunity to correctly handle this situation and you FAILED. I tell everybody Buyer Beware of this MEINEKEN office. And yes, your maturity to properly address your mechanic's screw-up is unacceptable. Your a disgrace and people need to be informed on your lack of professionalism but more importantly that MEINEKEN is okay with this malpractice that you allow to go on. I was looking to buy a used car from private owner, and I asked for a vehicle inspection. I went to Meineke and Phil was awesome. He was very honest and very informative on a vehicle I was thinking of buying. He and the guys there saved me money and saved me from a headache of a car I thought was in good shape. Ed was very friendly and courteous when I called to make an appointment and the master mechanic Jimmy that worked on my vehicle to replace the clutch and fly wheel did an excellent job. After a bad experience with M**** touch. I was hesitant to go to another shop. But still had an issue with my car. When I arrived the manager Kimber looked over the other shops recommended services needed. She asked if they could take a look for themselves and see if I really needed all the items listed. Turns out the noise I had been hearing was a bent brake dust shield rubbing. She said it happens sometimes. She could have done just like the other shop and told me I needed xyz repairs. She said I did need a few other things done but where not a safety or must do today as I told her my budget was tight this month. When money allows it at least I know I'll get what I pay for with this shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Sketchy ppl with smart mouthed working there, don't tell me it won't take long and no line but actually will take 2hrs to do simple oil change when there is no car in line, 3 stalls is open but couldn't expedite the work. Being nice is not how to slove client problem, getting it done does.I don't write bad to any business on the reviews but this one is the most Sketchy wise trained smooth want to be business operating here that works in the front.

I got a coupon in the mail for a $20 oil change so I thought I d check this place out. Only 2 people were working so no one was really around when you had a question. But I will NOT go back as it took 2 hours for a basic oil change when I was the only customer there. I m going back to jiffy lube for now on. I suggest you avoid this place.Service: Oil change

I needed a fix for a broken windshield washer spray nozzle. Kimber, Service Advisor, helped me get it repaired in a timely and professional manner. She answered my questions and provided an estimate for repair which was $56.88. The work was completed while I waited.
