Terrible experience. It seems every time I trust my vehicle with this brand a repair is not done correctly or it comes back worst. Dropped the vehicle off for an inspection picked it up and battery was dead and radio didn t work. Woody failed to remedy or provide a resolution and said it was a coincidence it stopped working. Highly displeased with that answer and lack of responsibility for curing an issue that happened in their care

Apologies for the delay in response. You all did an amazing job with being fast and thorough in the inspection process. I was back on the road with a cleared vehicle in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this Meineke for any vehicle inspection. The gentlemen at the counter was very helpful and I enjoyed thoroughly being able to listen to his stories as a Navy Boseman prior to the Gulf War. Keep doing what you're doing!

Accidently left a one star review earlier. The team here is top notch. Very thorough with their work. I will be taking my car here from now on. Thanks for taking great care of my car and making sure I understood everything that needed to be done. Highly recommend this location.

Customer service at this location today is horrible! I have gone to 2 Meineke's in the Valley on and off for the last 3 years.I went to this location in January 2024 and the 2 gentlemen were extremely nice and professional!Today March 2024, I scheduled an appt for an oil change because I am going on a trip and arrived 2 hours early becuase I was concerned that my check engine light came on this morning out of the blue.I figured it had something to do with my ongoing issues with the car. So i wanted to see if they could check it out during the oil change.The front desk man was EXTREMELY rude as I was explaining my issue. Told me it would be almost $200 to run full tests even though I asked him to just check one specific thing. Long story short, I went to a different Meineke and the mechanic advised that what I wanted the rude front desk man to check was PART of the oil change service.DONT GO HERE. THEY TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY and I really hope race wasn't involved with the way that man acted.

It s a sad day when you drop your car off to get a simple oil change and it comes back with scratches all over . Then of course when I asked woody about it he told me to buzz off and call my insurance ! Thanks for the scratches woody !

I went in to get a quote for to repair intake sensors and my catalytic converter. I spoke with a very straight forward seemingly honest manager at the counter. Tha quote was for approximately $1700.Once I had some money set aside I went back to get the work done. This time I was great by a "company man" that gruffly spoke in short sentences. He sent me a link to their financing site and I got approved for $3200. I thought I could look into tire replacement as well with the extra money however, what I had been quoted previously was completely off. I was told I was "required to replace my catalytic converter from the dealership because it has California emissions" and would have to pay $1999 JUST FOR THE PART. Ironically his quote was for $3100 and some change. I will be contacting the BBBService: Vehicle Inspection

They were quick when I was in a bind. I got stranded in vegas and I live an hour away. They got me right in and fixed my starter and I was out the door in about an hour and a half! Thank you!

The place bearly looked at our car, the check engine light was on and it would lose power and the codes that came up were all related to fuel. We had just driven back from Mexico. They tried to tell me that my 2020 Kia with 115,000kms needed a new transmission. So I left went to Kia and all it needed was some fuel cleaner and premium gas to flush out the bad Mexican gas. Would never go there again and definitely don t recommend them.

Hello, my representative Woody at the Lamb location charged me $300 for what was supposed to be spark plugs but him and his boys ended up breaking my car and lied to my face about it starting up just fine. I barely made it home safe.

The blonde hair guy with glasses was playing music with unacceptable language in a professional setting from his phone. The other guy working the desk with him with black hair and dirty fingernails at 7:30am must ve went on break with the blonde because after my car was finished with oil change I sat there another 10mins before I was able to pay and leave. This was my first time at this location and I wasn t pleased at all. I ve never experienced this at other locations. I have another car that needs to be serviced but I will not be bringing it here. To unprofessional. However the guy who did my oil change when he brought my keys in and no one was at the desk was really professional.

My experience was pleasant I made an appointment online and it was honored when I showed up. Andrew was welcoming and easy to talk my concerns about my car too. I really like that estimates are sent to my phone for approval and that the process was explained in details. All in all it s a good trust worthy place to have your car checked out.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

My car was having the worst problem that when i got gas it wouldn t start! So annoying they fixed it charged me a very fair price and did it in a great amount of time. So thankful for the hard work y all did and I couldn t recommend them enough

ONLY AN OIL CHANGE. MADE AN APPT SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT. I WAS THERE FOR MY APPT CAR WAS DONE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. FRIENDLY EFFICENT AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAD SOME OTHER ISSUES WITH MY CAR THAT I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT. THEY DID A 10 POINT INSPECTION THAT COMES WITH THE OIL CHANGE. I WAS EMAILED THE RESULTS AND SCREENSHOTS OF THE ISSUES I NEED TO ADDRESS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIER SERVICE. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

When I got there to the meineke, I went in for an oil change with synthetic oil and they took off the coupon for it without me showing the coupon which was great. They also found that the oil pan had a leak and fixed it. All of this was taken care of within 2 hours.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had my catalytic converter stolen. I brought my car in and was quoted a price for the repair and I approved. A few hours later I was called and said the quoted price didn't include oxygen sensors and that they were essential for the car to be street legal and I would have pay more. I didn't want them to do the repair then but they said I was already obligated to pay for the catalytic converter. The thing that really showed their lack of integrity was that they kept trying to frame it as of they were doing me favor by not charging me full price for the labor they had failed to quote accurately. So basically I had to pay 1500$ for a repair that didn't make my car street legal and had no way out of... Also the woman in charge whose name I didn't get(glasses, obese, and laughably smug for someone who had trouble speaking in complete sentences) never would acknowledge that this was their fault, and even had the audacity to suggest that when I paid in 100$ bills I was stupid to think that a business would have a whole 50$ cash on hand give change and that turned into a huge argument because I said they should go get the change and she refused and insisted in "2023 it's stupid to think a business would carry cash". I've always had my repairs done here but no longer will. I understand mistakes happen and I never get upset over a mistake... It's when people refuse to fix or acknowledge their mistakes that's the deal breaker...And they left my car unlocked all night!!!

They are amazing, and Amber and her crew were super honest. I came in from out of town, and they checked everything thoroughly. Couldn't officially find anything wrong for the check engine light, but got some maintenance done. 4 stars is only because the parking lot stucks majorly a$% and the placement of the building is weird.

I went for an oil change and inspection to prepare for a road trip. Everything was good but I should come back for a scheduled maintenance issue (coolant flush).The next day I made an appointment to have it done before my trip. They were up front and honest about what I would need but no pressure or scare tactics to convince me. The people are very nice and accommodating. I'll take my other car in for service when I get back from this trip.Service: Auto maintenance

Amber provided me with Great! Customer Service", the moment I entered the Meineke Car Care Center#2710, on 2/9/2023 . She was Very, Very Cordial, Professional , Knowledgeable and Thorough.....took her time with explaining in detail any and or All concerns and or questions that I had addressed to her about my car; and provided me with ongoing updates with the servicing of my vehicle throughout the entire time I waited for and while my car was being service ( for Software Updates).So sending KUDOS To AMBER FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!! My Recommendation: If you are ever in need for a Great experience with getting your car serviced, Just stop in and "Ask for Amber".
