-1 star! It s a horrible shop! They didn t even put the right hood cover for me. They gave me different quotes on what was wrong with my card! Last time got over 3,500$ now almost same things. Then it s alternator. Then it s this then it s that. Then they see they can t squeeze any more money. They then said it s a tube. Funny because when I went to drop car off no battery light on. Now battery light is on, when u turn on a/c the battery light goes off and car engine accelerates. Insane. This company is the worst!!! Not even the same battery!! Such a joke! Need to contact regional manager!!

Bad experience whit this place they told me that they were not going to charge me the inspection if I do work with themThey didn t clean the area they work to make sure there is no more leaks (please don t tell me is leaking from rack and pinion because it wasn t liking this much) now I m here Sunday tighten wheel and caliper bolts and make sure is clean to see if there s power steering oil leaking because there is stains going towards the back of the truck the day I supposed to be on my way to my road trip they don t open today to take it to them to fix the problem I m just mad because I paid them 1500 just for two hoses and wheel hub and they didn t make sure everything was safe to drive please don t waste your money in this place

New to the area and found this location online. Meineke s is with the times and is a perfect choice for tech savvy people. Everything is electronic. From making your appt, to getting updates, quotes, pertinent details (incl. photos), approving work, and knowing when to pick up your vehicle. Be sure to check online if any coupons apply to your needs. (I just had appt, so hopefully everything is squared away and no future problems with breaks in the future. Work was expensive, but hope it s all worth it in the end. Do plan for your car to be in the shop all day. Our appt took almost 8 hours for the extensive work. Luckily for us, we were a short Uber to and from and could continue with things to do at home. Will update my review if any concerns arise in the future. But for now, no more squeaky breaks!)

Hello, I am reaching out in hopes for some sort of refund as I have on and off been having my car worked on by this location as well as the location #2532 for approximately a month. I originally took it to #2532 for an oil change, a tune up, and I knew my power steering pump needed to be replaced. Fast forward to me picking up my car, I was handed the keys without a test drive being done as it was a few minutes past their closing time. The car felt okay for the five minute drive to the grocery store but the service engine light came on immediately when I turned it back on and the steering became very rigid again almost causing me to be hit by a car. I immediately took it back the next day and they confirmed it was a bad power steering pump that had to be replaced again. I also found out the first mechanic that looked at my car never did an initial inspection of the vehicle the way Meineke claims they do. After having that replaced, I left again and everything felt fine for a couple of days until I was leaving a parking lot and my steering once again became very rigid and the battery light as well as the emergency brake came on. I managed to get it over to location #2854 who confirmed the serpentine belt had come completely off the engine which leads me to believe the first location I went to did not properly install the second power steering pump they put in there. $550 later they replaced that too and I was back on the road. Now fast forwarding to today, my car is once again at location #2854 because the serpentine belt is completely shredded. All of these events have caused a good amount of stress, worry, as well as lost wages as I use my vehicle for Uber and that s how I m currently making a living. I understand Meineke will not assist in lost wages but I m very much hoping for some sort of refund as between these two locations, I ve spent close to $2500 in repairs so far. I understand the belt they re probably going to have to replace today will be under warranty and I probably won t have to pay additional but that is so far from beyond the point to me. I shouldn t be having to take my vehicle in this many times after having initially paid so much to already have the issue fixed.

I have a 2018 3.6 CTS with 58k miles on it. I bought it four months ago with 52k miles on it and I ve take it on a couple long distance high speed runs since then. All was well but a couple days ago I noticed it was leaking a fair amount of oil every night when it never leaked before. I did some online research and found it s not unusual for these cars to need new oil pan and valve cover gaskets at some point. On a recommendation from my son-in-law I took it to the Meineke location close to where I live. The manager and techs were extremely knowledgeable and they showed me where the leaks were coming from. I also noticed all thehi-tech stuff under the hood and in the way of replacing the gaskets. They did a great job and at a good price. Now, not only is my new/used Caddy not leaking oil anymore, but I was given a report of their thorough inspection of it confirming overall that I made a good choice and have a good car that should last a a long time. I ll be back for all future routine maintenance.

I would definitely recommend this shop. Mark was so straight up, and very knowledgeable. I was having such a horrible experience at a different Meinke for over a month, and he had my truck towed to his shop and had my truck ready within a week! Only Meinke I'll ever go.

We were visiting Las Vegas & the check engine light & oil pressure sensor light came on in our truck. We called the nearest Meineke for help at 4pm on a Friday. They got our truck in right away, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed by early afternoon the next day. They were very professional & gave us a very detailed explanation of the repairs. We'd definitely use them again!

I was really frustrated . I made an appointment weeks ahead of time and when I showed up for my appointment they said they didn t have any of the fluids my vehicle required. It s unprofessional to not notify me ahead of time if you run out if supplies and also allow those required supplies dwindle without ordering them for appointmentsNever againNow I have to take time out of my work week to get this work completed.

I used to go to this place all the time and they were good. I would pay around $66 for an oil change but it came with a free diagnostic of the vehicle which was always thorough and accurate. They had 2 sweet ladies in the front earlier but recently there's a new guy there who up charged me for the oil change about $80 plus. Then he stated I needed brakes and rotors all the way around badly. Which I knew was not true because I had changed them recently myself. I used to go there for the free diagnostic with oil change but I will never go again because now I can't trust them.

Please read all of the 1 star reviews! I was quoted a price over the phone, based on that quote I had my car towed to this location. They sent over an invoice that was $800 over the initial quote, and tried marking up a part over 120%!!! When I asked about the markup their response was "we have to run a business".... that's not running business, that's extremely unethical, and a blatant rip off. I feel so bad for anyone that doesn't check prices on parts this company is ordering....CHECK YOUR PRICES OR GET COMPLETELY TAKEN ADVANTAG OF. READ THE BAD REVIEWS, AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

I paid for a service that was not performed. Now I have to go back and have it completed. I denied a service that they said I was getting and booked me for it. I had an appointment at 11:30 AM, but they did not even look at my car until 2:30 PM. What's the point of making an appointment?

Do not get your car serviced here. They charged me $1350 for a vapor canister for my tacoma. I was later able to find that same part online (on a Toyota dealership website) for around $300.

Horrible experience. Took five days to diagnose my car. Paying $2100 to replace the radiator is insane. Also, there was a diagnose for two sensors that needed replacing ($600). I received another call stating the sensors didn t needed to be replace but now the brake and rotors needed to be changed. Brakes and rotors were never mentions during the 5 days they had my car. Initially I authorized them to replace the sensors but since it didn t need replacing I felt they came up with something else at the moment to keep that money. They were willing to swap brakes and rotors for the same price as the sensors. You be the judge.

Do not go here! I repeat do not go here. I went here a few weeks ago to get an oil change. After it s done, I m being told that my spark plugs ($500) filters ($28) and a whole bunch of other stuff needs to be repaired. I have a 2019 Honda Civic I went to a Honda Dealership based on the info I got from this place & was advised my spark plugs , and filters are in GREAT shape! All I needed was to get my transmission and brake fluid replaced.. don t let the mediocre customer service fool you at this location. Don t waste your time or money at this place

The woman that greeted me when I walked was so so nice. While I was waiting for my oil change to be completed, I was impressed to see how she was with other customers and her vast knowledge of auto repair . Don t remember her name, but she was awesome!!

I went there for a grinding noise and turns out they gave me a bill for about $2500 and not one of them had anything to do with the grinding noise.Plus they said they wouldn't charge me for the diagnostics if they couldn't figure it out and obviously that became a lie.I would say as far as their employees go they seemed okayYou have to be careful sometimes anyways. I ended up doing the job myself that I didn't want to do. And it turns out that 1 of my wires was completely strippedown so it was touching something and sending off ABS codes, which they pretty much should have noticed right away if they would have just looked at it in their diagnostics But like I said, they never told me anything about the grinding. So I didn't feel comfortable letting them do the job

Walked in with no appointment for brake replacements and they were able to accommodate me with same day service. Good communication with what to expect and I was able to pick up my car a few hours later.Price was decent, not the lowest I ve seen but good service isn t typically cheap cheap but it was affordable. Will come back again for other repairs.Service: Brakes

The team at this Meineke on Buffalo and Alta are great. The problem is that Meineke s 200 an hour shop time with 1-2 hour minimums and a 5times multiple on parts is ridiculous

Horrible service! My car was misdiagnosed!!! My appointment was at 8 and the mechanics didn t actually get my car diagnose until 11:46am right after I called to find out if there was any new updates. Then I get the estimate of 800$ saying I need to change my AC compressor and cabin air filter. After I denied the services and took my car back home and checked the AC again it was working perfectly fine!!!

At this point unimpressed! There's a lot to say, but I would like to give them a chance to rectify the concerns and answer a few questions, before my review!

Had a GREAT experience at this location! My car wouldn t start for days and I finally decided to tow it in. Deanna was amazing! She kept me updated with pictures and estimates and after talking with her about the issues, she picked up on a few things I said that.might have changed things and went to look into it. She is very honest and caring and while waiting for her in the lobby it was clear that she cared about all her customers. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Sorry to write but also Don't Go Here. We spent over 800 dollars and 4 days later the serpentine belt fell off almost causing major damage and the car always had to go back, and still is making the original noise it went in for !

GO ELSEWHERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. When they don t fix your issue, they will charge you anyway. When you return to have issue fixed again, they will charge you more. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you continue to pay, you might eventually get your problem fixed. Their diagnostics are a joke.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
