Don t ever bring your car here. Brought mine for making noise in the rear and when I turn. Charged me $3,800.. and neither of the issues I needed to be fixed were fixed. They will tell you you need a ton of stuff fixed.. and won t even address what you brought the car in for in the first place. Worst car center experience I ever had! Do not, I repeat do not, bring your car here!!!

Extremely professional, Provided second opinion, diagnosis on my vehicle and thoroughly communicated my options which saved time and money. Richard provided excellent customer serviceand worked well with my Insurance to rectify the problem.

My Father has Meineke for years, even when it was Dr. AUTO, I LIKE THEM, they are friendly, professional, and every thing, but quite overpriced, but for what they di, they do a good job, I would recommend them.

I did not like my experience. A second opinion was crucial. Meineke's service was not effective.August 26th 2023 80,736 miles I spent $2,700 on services at Meineke. In particular I got this $200 "Fuel/Air Induction Service" done to remove carbon build up.All they're doing is pouring a chemical that does not clean most build up if much at all. It is not an intricate service to any degree which was what my car needed. Did they tell me? No.February 8th 2024 at 81,935 miles I took my car back to Meineke. Engine misfiring. They say the carbon built up so badly it ruined my spark plugs. I need the Fuel/Air Induction service again and 418 for 4 spark plug replacements. "It isn't safe to test which ones are faulty so I must replace all"I was upset that I needed the same service I got done only 1,000 miles/5 months ago again. That is more frequent than an oil change. It was aggravating, and I made the best decision I ever did. Paid Meineke their $100 diagnostic fee and took my car to a real mechanic who didn't charge a diagnostic fee btw.They say the spark plugs are fine, I do need Fuel/Air Induction service again because what Meineke did was so ineffective. But the issue was with my transmission not connecting with the flywheel. A big issue that was misdiagnosed by Meineke that would have cost me in the long run.My car is good to go thanks to the other mechanics. Meineke is a huge waste of money and I would reconsider what they tell you.

With all the problems I had with my insurance company, Meineke was patient enough to allow the process to progress. I got my vehicle back and I thus far, no issues. Thank you Meineke. I'll definitely allow future work to be done with Meineke.

First time taking my vehicle in to the Ann Rd location for brakes and rotars. I made an appointment online and was taken care of right on time. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They told me that my vehicle would be ready before the close of business that day and they stayed true to their word. I wanted to wait a couple of days to be sure I had no problems before posting a review and I have not. I'm happy with their service and I will return for any of my service needs in the future.Jay P

Work was done, just a little longer than expected. Car was left a bit dirty, floor mats and arm rest driver side. Should use paper mats and check for dirt and grease on interior surfaces. You should not have to clean up after the work.

They were great for what we can in for! Luis and eddy were great with explaining what issue need to be addressed and what can wait and also gave decent pricing for the repairs. I would definitely recommend to bringing your car in here

Needed complete new front & rear brakes. Can't afford to do both at this time, but very happy with Meineke's work on the front brakes. This "new toy" car is a 2001 Suzuki Vitara, similar to my '91 Sidekick, but more powerful engine and more useful options and features. Paid too much for it as it has 197K miles on it and the original owner kept it clean, but neglected to have it undercoated. In Maryland. Now that it's in Vegas, I hope the arid climate will slow down rusting while I repair the existing rust damage, which isn't really too bad.Services: Transmission, Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic

I came in very upset, I was told by another mechanic that my water heater need to be replaced this was upsetting because I had Minke do it not to long ago The manager assured me it was not my water heater but my thermostat. I feel badly that I got so angry ( he didn t see my report saying the gave me a new radiator at first saying I didn t get that work done there, he found it and apologized). He got it fix and I left. He was very kind and professional. I will only bring my car to them for now on.. The other mechanic try to take advantage of me I m disabled It s a shame people have no since of right and wrong. Thank the manager and the young man and woman that worked on my car in the pass.After this review, I found out all that trust I had in them was sooo wrong! They put a radiator in my car Did not even fit it! They had tied it up with zip ties. It was a mess. I can t tell you how I felt.. So in the long run, I took it back to Meineke, and I told him what happened to my car. And what the nice guy Jiffy Lube off of Ann Rd told me this radiator in here is a mass who put that in there for you? You take it back to them. So I did, and Sure enough a small weight The new manager explained to me that they cleaned out all the old people, and that they would fix my radiator. And was very apologetic, and he had to really look hard for my radiator. My car is a 96 Celica 25 special addition. I commend him for his honesty and his other new workers for having to fix the mess that the other ones. Left behind. So this they did a fantastic job on my car and I m very happy to have found. A mechanic with scruples and pride and his work. I commend Meineke .getting Rid of all the old staff and trying to clean it up and make us want to come back again. So for them I give them five stars because they deserve it. And I hope their bosses know. An extra accommodations for being good employees. Thank you so much for taking care of my car!Wi

Came here because I had a coolant leak . They notified me I had other issues so me trusting them as mechanics ended up paying $1400 for repairs just to have a leak a week later a coolant leak . As I told them before but now they want $800 to fix the issue when that should have been what was fixed in the first place . Money hungry at its finest .

I was very happy to see that the familiar team I m use to working with was still in place at a previous visit I was assured they were not. On that visit I was told of work that had to be done that was unnecessary at the time. Due to my experience with Meineke I did the work recommended but not without reservations. Had some overheating issues in my work truck and Luis had me sorted out in just a few hours. I made an appointment for 1:30 and work was done by 5:30. He s a genuinely nice guy and doesn t waste your time. Overall, very satisfied and happy they warranty all the work in case it starts acting up again.

This is my second time coming here 3255 w Ann Rd. The first time I came the service was ok. I am so happy I came back and had a pleasure to meet Louise the store manager! As a woman it is very hard to trust mechanics because we get took advantage of. Luis was so HONEST GENUINE PLEASANT! I Truly felt the LOVE AN HONESTY! As long as I have a car and LUIS stays the MANAGER Luis has me as a CUSTOMER FOREVER!! I WILL ALSO REFER MY FAMILY HERE AS WELL!!! We need more HONEST AND GOOD PEOPLE LIKE LUISE IN THIS INDUSTRY!!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Brought my toyota Highlander in for an oil change. Service tech put car up on lift, called me in to see damaged oil filter cap. See attached photos. Cap looks like a hot round object was placed on it and melted its way through to the inside. I told him that damage would have drained my oil completely and quickly. Also stated there was no oil sprayed on the underside of my car. Also stated that there was no signs of leakage before he put the car on the lift. He could not explain it in a believable way. I was furious but too far from home Chicago, IL area. I grudgingly let him replace it for $103. On top of that, it dripped slightly all the way back to Illinois. I had my dealership change the oil, filter, and gasket.They installed it properly. No leaks.I showed the service Mgr the damaged filter cover cap. He said he had never seen accidental damage like that, nor would he venture an opinion on how that could happen. I was ripped off. Do not use this shop for any maintenance or repairs.Service: Auto maintenance

I needed help after the storm. My skid plate got dislodge from a re-tread tire on the road. Luis the Manager and Adam, the Mechanic bolted the skid plate. Great customer care, Josh was very good, and took complete care of me. He was very detailed, provided very affordable options and Angel, one of the technicians who completed the repairs even came out and talked with me. The store manager Luis greatly assisted me with repairs. I've been to Meineke before on several occasions. His teamed has provided me excellent customer service compared to other unit in my region of Vegas. Even better he answered the one question about my emission that no one else was able to identify. No one wants to get a call from their wife while she is crying and can barely speak because she is so upset, that is what my experience was at the Meineke located at 3255 W. Ann Road N. Las Vegas, NV 89031 (Ann & Simmons). My wife went in for an oil change and left without her driver s side air not working, she called to report it and Jose told her to bring her car back in whichshe did within the hour. Once she returned her car, the manager Casey Olsen was onthe phone and he stated that an oil change wouldn t cause my wife s air conditioning not to work and it sounded like an electrical issue; he didn t offer to take a look to make sure that the oil change was done correctly; he then told my wife that he didn t have staff to look her vehicle right then and she would have to make an appointment to bring her car back, basically making my wife drive in triple digit weather with no air with her life altering disease (Lupus). My wife continued to beg for Casey and his staff to just take a look at her car without him listening to her and he continued to insist that she bring the car back Monday. My wife got more upset, began crying and called me on the phone; once they heard her speaking to someone, they then offered to look at her car. Because she couldn t walk outside with them, she was unable to see what exactly they did to her car but miraculously her AC started working. This shouldn t be how women/people are treated, I listened to two other families complain about the service at this location while on the phone with my wife. This is a clear cut misuse of authority and I will never return to this location for repairs.Service: Oil change
