So I brought my car in with my cat. converter stolen...my car had been in a body shop for two plus months and it was stolen...the body shop never told me even though I had a suspected exhaust leak. Cory was shocked when he put my car up in the air and saw that not only was it stolen but a pipe had been welded back up in the place of the cat being stolen. I filed a police report and worked with my insurance to get this fixed. I told Cory I was not comfortable leaving my car overnight after what had happened to me and I asked if we could make arrangements so the work could be done in one day. Cory and his team were great, they worked with me to get the parts, made sure we had a day where the work could get done in one day, he walked me through the entire process of what they had to do to fix it. Honestly, it was such a great experience. On top of my situation, I noticed another family in the shop and when Cory was explaining an issue to them, he brought that family out to SEE what was going on with their car. I really appreciate the transparency that I experienced there.

Guys here got my truck back running well service and communication was top notch and they stand behind their work and if there are any issues they ll accommodate them as soon as possible l; overall services was fast definitely recommend this location Jeff and the guys there took care of everything professionally.

Cory is awesome! He assured me that he would get all of the issues I was having with my car resolved, answered all of my questions, worked with me on pricing and kept me updated throughout the process. Truly a man of integrity, hard work and dedication. I m extremely grateful

Update: Changed to to Camino El Norte because the Ann Rd shop not only could not do my alignment or balancing my tires after I made an appointment to use my points than told me I could use my points at any Meineke but you cannot some don t. So I went to the Camino El Norte and they did my oil change inspection ailment balance and rotated my tires using all points. And Ann rd still has no smog station and did not perform an inspection the last couple times I have been there along with changes managers every time you go in they were my go to now I am going to Camino El Norte because I don t like people lying to me this shop really came through for me and were equipped to do it all.

I took my Honda CR-V to a Meineke dealer to diagnose the problem with my car because they are close to home. Meineke came back and said I needed a new fuel pump and there were air intake issues. Total for the service would be $1300 - $1400. This seemed like a lot and I wasn't sure it was accurate. They also said I needed new spark plugs. At that point I knew they were not being honest. I had taken my car to the same shop a few months earlier. They said I needed new spark plugs then too. I took their recommendation and had them put in new spark plugs. When I said to the Meineke service tech that they had put new spark plugs in just a few months ago, he stammered and said, "Oh, I guess, maybe, the spark plugs are okay then." They charged me $100 to diagnose problems that were non existent! Then, they charge a 3% surcharge if you pay with a credit or debit card. I feel that should be their cost of doing business. Their total recommendation was going to be over $1400 for what they said needed doing, plus an oil change. I denied the service and just had the oil change done. I paid over $200 for the oil change and the diagnosis fee.I decided to take the car to Findlay Honda to see what they found. At the end of the day, I only had a crack in an air intake hose. They also recommended I have the fuel injectors cleaned. The total out the door was under $400. I will NEVER return to Meineke. They lied and padded the bill with services THEY HAD already done just a few months ago. They said I needed a new fuel pump that I didn't need! BEWARE!

Recently had a mishap at the 2005 south decanter location, a bit of a headache trying to get the problem resolved. Apparently the part was defective that was installed on the car. However both locations were sympathetic of the incident. I originally reached out to corporate because I did not think the shops themselves could do anything to possibly compensate me for the inconvenience/ extra money spent in commute due to a disabled vehicle. I was wrong both the original location and the Meineke I chose to go to( due to it being closer to home and the free tow option up to 5miles) reached out and took care of me. I now have my 2018 Jeep compass back and it s running great. Thank you.Services: Battery, Oil change

Staff is always helpful! Second time I ve gotten an oil change and brought my car in for brakes as well. I consider this my local mechanic. Highly recommend.

Just purchased a car from Carvana on the 29th of Dec. Same day checking engine light came on called these guys said come in tomorrow morning. Went in on the morning of the 30th and it was done before the end of the business day! Will be returning to these guys for there awesome work!!!

Normally, they are great to work with. This time was disappointing. I needed 2 tires and dropped the car off right when they opened. Seven hours later, I got my car back. I would have figured around 11am. That would have been a reasonable turnaround. But it kept getting delayed. If they would have told me that it was going to take a while to get the tires delivered, it would have been on me to decide to wait or go somewhere else. Satisfied with their past track record, I decided to go with them and get the tires done. A few appointments were missed for me and my day was basically shot. Not a deal breaker due to how close it is to my house, but disappointing to be sure.

The staff at meineke (on El Norte in Las Vegas) are nothing short of amazing! Every time I bring my vehicles in, no matter the job size, they re professional, courteous and communicative during every step. We ll never take our vehicles anywhere else!

These guys have worked on all my cars for years since moving to this part of town. Never try to upsale or pressure you into getting a service done that isnt 100% necessary. Up front and honest about what the cost will be and dont charge for unnecessary extra stuff.

406XKL. Meineke replaced my muffler because it was leaking. A few days later. I've got a P0430 catalytic converter error triggering my check engine light. I took it back and they told me I needed a new catalytic converter. But they just installed it at that Meineke 2 years ago. They didn't offer to inspect it. They just told me it wasn't under warranty.So my assumption is they screwed something up when they put the muffler in and they won't look at it again. I'll go somewhere else to get this fixed.

This location is outstanding. It's recommended to call ahead for an appointment. We were hesitant to bring our vehicle here because we thought we'd be overcharged but it was quite the opposite. We were quoted an astronomical price at a different repair shop and were willing to pay but after several days of waiting the other repair shop tells us they were too busy to get to our repair. We decided to schedule an appointment at this location, and wish we had chosen this location first. The repair process was as easy as can be, everything confirmed and approved through their convenient portal. The price Meineke quoted us was 1/6 of the price of what we were told from the other repair shop. Within a short amount of time our vehicle was in and out, and back on the road. Highly recommended, these guys are the best!

Man Jesus was the Man hooked me up and gave me a better quote than from what I got with the other guys Cory was cool but my car was done at the time they gave me because they have been busy getting people 4.6 stars you don t see that everywhere if you ever want your cars done and accurately diagnosed come to Meineke on Camino al Norte these guys know what they are doing !!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

The service was phenomenal I highly recommend these guys they open 7:30 a.m. I stripped my oil plug took it to them charged me only 40 bucks oil change other guys tried to charge me $80 or $90 to take off just my oil screw.

I called asking if they could install a Magnaflow Cat-Back exhaust on my 2012 4Runner Trail. They said yes bring it in. I went in and received professional service and they were quick about.

I don t bring my truck to anyone else, they ve done everything from oil changes, tuneups, repair on my runner boards, and was even kind enough to troubleshoot a problem I had on the way to an interview. Guys are solid and know what they re talking bout!

Very honest and most definitely great customer service. I WILL KEEP GOING TO THIS SHOP as long as they keep Cory and the staff they have. This staff is really for the customer and making sure your repairs are needed and not to screw you out of money. I am always nervous to take my car somewhere new, but these guys exceeded my expectations! Corey and Jesus were absolutely amazing to work with. They really went the extra mile for me when the oil change was rescheduled to today. I appreciate their high level of customer service, friendliness, and direct honesty. Corey is an excellent Manager and I can not say enough great things about him. Meineke is lucky to have someone with such high level of standards and work ethic. I went to Meineke on El Camino because it was recommended by a friend. And I am so glad I did. I made an appointment on line, showed up on time, a diagnostic was run and car fixed in just over an hour. My friend said he has used them a few times and never disappointed. They were honest and respectable of my time as well. We all are tired of shabby work and dishonest car shops. They will be my new go to spot for car needs.Service: A/C installation & repair

Replaced front wheel bearing. The job was completed within time quoted. The noise that was coming from the front end has been eliminated. I will likely bring my car back for future service.They sent me a full report of their inspection of the vehicle 24 hours later, which is great, but did not discuss it with me while I was there.
