I initially refrained from filing a complaint despite feeling dissatisfied with the service. However, after conversing with another customer who shared a similar experience, I decided to address my concerns. I arrived to drop off my vehicle at 10:30 AM, while another customer arrived at 11:30 AM. It is now 4:12 PM, and I am still waiting for my car. Initially, a 30-minute diagnosis was conducted, which I found acceptable. During the interaction, when I inquired about the cost of changing my tire, the attendant displayed a dismissive attitude, almost scolding me regarding the condition of my other tire. Although I understand the necessity of outlining necessary repairs, the extensive list provided, coupled with the high price, caught me off guard. Despite agreeing to only two tire replacements, I was charged in full upfront without any contract or documented diagnosis presented to me. Subsequently, after completing my payment, I was informed of the diagnosis. I had to leave briefly for an errand and upon my return four hours later, my car was still not ready. Upon arrival, I observed my tires lying on the floor and was informed it would take another hour and a half to two hours before closing. The manner in which I was received upon my return, with what felt like unwarranted hostility, was unexpected, considering I had not voiced any complaints previously. Conversing with another customer revealed a disparity in payment procedures, as I was required to pay upfront while others were not. As someone who values respectful treatment and has a background in high-end sales and customer service, I believe it is crucial for corporate to address such discrepancies, as I am not the only customer experiencing dissatisfaction, albeit silently.

Meineke on Sahara and Durango was the best decision I made for my car. I needed a new transmission. I went to them through Car shield (which was grueling) Janelle and Daniel were so amazing helping me through this grueling process. They did an amazing job. My car is back to normal. Thank you.

I was referred by insurance to get stoplights checked only bulb burnt-out but they checked replaced bulbs and told me wiring harness may have to be.replced in the future if light on passenger side goes out again. Service wasn't covered under insurance but what they had to do to replace bulb was worth the cost. There staff was real good and work was done quickly.

Had the Best Experience ever! Us men can t do much to beautify ourselves and make us feel good inside. To look good we shave and maybe a haircut. To feel good inside we get an oil change and if possible a tire rotation. It just so happens I shaved that day and got a haircut. My new friends at Meineke took care of the rest! I feel like a new man! Thank you

Excellent, fast and honest car care. Janelle, the location manager, is a credit to Meineke. She provided very sound advice and suggestions about preserving the life of my brakes and wheels that was much more pure customer service than sales pitch. They ve won my loyalty for future car service.

Meineke on W Sahara and Durango Las Vegas, NV. Janelle Store Manager saved my life on so many levels with my vehicle and her warm welcome from the first day I met her at another location where I had so many issues I was ripped off. I decided to go toJanelle s store W Sahara and Durango. She s wonderful, professional, helpful, caring, honest, quick. There are so many positive words I could write about Janelle. Danny the Asst store manager and the lead tech Todd are Awesome ! Janelle turned that bad taste around with her professionalism. Professional assets ! All 3 leaders are so pleasant and the other 2 workers I am sorry I didn t get their names they were also so kind, pleasant always said hello. This is a shop that gets straight to the point ! Thank you very much Janelle, Danny, Todd and the other 2 gentlemen!

My check engine light was on and they charged me $630 to fix the issue. As soon as I got in my car the light was still on so I went back in and told them. They told me to take it to the dealership to figure out why the light is on. I asked what did I pay for then? They said I paid to fix the sensor which was the cause of my light being on . even though it didn t fix the issue at all. The guy clearly had no clue what he was even saying he didn t make sense at all. Rip off!

After reading reviews of this place and seeing that they were quick in doing oil changes I decided to visit and get my oil change on my 2015 Silverado , they took extremely long even after making a appointment a day before I called and told them I needed Mobil 1 oil they said ok and my appointment was at 9 am when I got there they weren t busy , and they told me they had the oil I needed but they didn t have it , my truck just sat there for a long time then I noticed a driver pulled up after 30-45 min and dropped off my oil my service wasn t done till maybe 10-11 and keep in mind I asked for my tire pressure light to get reset and they weren t able to do it and I was told to visit good year tire to reset my light , over all this place was not quick and was lied to about my oil and had to wait on them to have a driver come out and deliver it . Not satisfied at all and took forever

These guys are awesome and life savers. After my wife's car failed smog these guys were able to get me in right away with no appointment and get her car to the point where it would pass. Sure it still needs work to correct the main problem but we will be able to save up the reasonable cost estimate they gave me to fix it before the next smog is due!They were very friendly and had great customer service. They were up front with me and were willing to work with me no matter what the outcome of the diagnosis was going to be.

Had apt 11 am for basic oil change, which suppose to include tire rotation and inspection. At 230 I had to leave they got to the oil change but nothing else. I was told to come the next day. I come the next day they won t rotate the tires because the rear tires are slightly better than the front!!! The tires are only 6 months old!!! This is precisely why I need them rotated!! So they wear evenly!!! They won t do it because I waited too long ? So have to find a place now rotate the dang and waste a 3rd day!

Great customer service , can t remember her name but the lady at the front desk was very helpful , knew what she was talking about and helped out tremendously. Got my car in and out within a few hours and did it with no issues I will definitely be referring this Meineke to people and will only be coming back here from now on.

Just another one of those mechanic shops that try to squeeze every little bit out of you. I was in a rush just trying to get my oil change, in and out but they had my car under there bay for a solid hour. I get it, they just wanted to bother me with all the little ins and outs and things that they could fix for me but maybe they could ask me if I even wanted them to look into it before wasting my time.

Awesome place. Took my vehicle in for an overall inspection and they did a fantastic job. Found like 8 things wrong and contacted the warranty company. Got everything paid for and fixed that day. Definitely will be back if I need anything in the future and highly recommend.

I walked in and asked if I could get an oil change and they did it in 45 minutes then found some issues, of course they weren't going to let me go with just the cost of an oil change, but I told them I want a 2nd opinion so I have to wait until tomorrow to have it looked at. After I came home, I looked up reviews for this location and it didn't sound very promising. A lot of people said they came in just for an oil change then they ended up spending more for repairs. I avoid the dealership because they overcharge so that's sad if this place is ripping people off.Edit: So, I took my car for a second opinion and they found no leaks and tires were cracking but nothing major. The only thing they recommended was to flush brake fluid which I suspected would be the only thing needed and it cost only $120!

Meineke on Warm Springs is not so great but go to the Sahara/ Durango Meineke, better management.Warm Spring charged $900 and didn't fix our AC but instead said it worked when they checked it. He filled it with a freon that takes longer to get cold.I have never heard that in 40 years. Lost that 900$ but live and learn.Service: A/C installation & repair

Will never bring my car back here. I turned my car in two weeks ago and it s about to go on three weeks I won t have my car. I was initially told car would be done in one day, one day turned into three, three days turned into oh tomorrow because we have to order this part over and over again. My life has totally been inconvenienced because of this and I should have trusted my gut and took my car somewhere else. I ve paid out of pocket for rentals which were not cheap at all then turned it in because I was told my car would be ready to get there and be told Friday then Friday turned into Saturday and now Saturday is next Wednesday it should be ready. Now I have to come out of pocket AGAIN for a rentalbecause I have a job I cannot miss due to them obviously not knowing what they re doing or needing. I m going through all of this to have a gut feeling that when I finally do get my car back theres still going to be something wrong with my car.

Came to get a Oil Change Sept 2 2023 and my Car has been leaving puddles of Oil everywhere I park, I Feel like they are trying to bring the shop money. Because a damn Oil pan is 10x the cost of a Oil change. I would like to speak to the owner of the Store. Bmws aren't cheap cars

Aloha, We just came from Maui to Vegas and needed car maintenance. So happy I stopped here at this location to get work done on my car. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Had an appointment for a battery change. 30 minutes later all done and out the door on Thursday the 6th of July. Saturday the 8th car was dead, no power. Went back to Meineke and they had the car towed in. Turns out that the battery connectors were bad. You think that they might have checked that out before putting in the new battery, what a hassle. Overall excellent service, but make sure that they don't overlook anything or you will be going back.Service: Electrical repair
