The manager was awesome, especially after surviving a near death experience and being back to work after 2 days. That's integrity you don't see in a workforce.He did what he could to give me the best price compared to the Ford Company who's prices aren't customer friendly and a rip off.It was the first visit with this business, so I'll see what future visits will entail and see if your company has as much integrity as the manager.The people needs a company that'll protect and serve them

It was pretty easy and quick . Good service. Although just curious if there is residual like minor after the oil change. Not leaking like it seems it might have been overflow

I went in to get an oil change, i had a coupon which was honored. Oil changes have gone up but at least they checked other fluids and advised me of other things that need to be worked on on my car. So hard to find a good mechanic you can trust nowadays. I would definitely give them a chance.

Totally welcoming, Alfred was very personable and service was quick including an air filter they had to get delivered. The DM was there also that day and was very nice too

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. First of all the receptionist was less than welcoming. Had an attitude for no reason. After I picked up my car I realized They didn't put the vehicle back together before giving it back to me and when I brought it back they had to remove a safety cover to be able to put it back together correctly. If you bring the car in a certain way it should leave the same way if not better you shouldn't have to remove safety covers. There's also a dent in the hood that was not there when I brought it in. A massive one like they used to pry bar to open the hood instead of using the latch. But as a woman I already know if I say anything they'll say that was there when I brought it in and what am I going to say to that? It'll just be a he said she said like every situation with female and a mechanic. I had a terrible experience with the Meineke on Tropicana and I should have known better than trying another Meineke. The manager blew me off and change the story numerous times with my vehicle.

Did great work and went above and beyond to help me out. Very nice and welcoming, talked me through all options. Took care of me and my car. Will be personally bringing my car back and telling all friends to come here. Thank you again!

My wide and I always bring our cars here. No other shop in our area treats us as good as the guys here. They are open and honest about what needs to be done. I would 100% recommend coming here if you need your car checked out.

I needed help and Meineke at Rainbow and Tropicana was there to help. My car had broken down and the people here were fast and efficient getting the problem found and then solved. Very friendly professional service. I highly recommend them!

I visited Meineke-4146 on November 27th for an oil change. Alfred was my service advisor and Ramon the service technician. I could NOT have received better service! Both gentleman were professional and very nice! I would highly recommend this Meineke location to everyone. Alfred made me feel like family and it was only my first visit! And I will go back!

So I went to get an oil change on the one on rainbow and Tropicana. Everything seemed fine at first But when it was time to pay They insisted that I get a new battery and I told them I don't have any issues with my battery I never haveThat's when the lady who worked the front desk told me well your Car is not starting That's something was wrong with my batter. I stayed quiet and just looked at her Thinking in my head well you better figure it out because I never had any issues in the past and there was never nothing wrong with the battery. So she proceeds to take me outside and show me my car and try to start the car And it just makes a ticking noise and it doesn't start and then they pop the hood and show me the battery and I'm just looking at them like I don't care you need to fix this because there was nothing wrong. now they can tell that I was getting pretty angry and they said well we can jump it for you and I said hurry up and jump my car and give me my keys So then we walked back inside So I can pay And when he brings my car out front he turns it off and hands me the keys and I'm thinking that doesn't make sense that doesn't make sense you just jumped it so I can leave so I hop in the car And what do you know what starts right up so I drive right down the street to autozone on Spring Mountain and rainbow and let them know what's going on let them know the story and funny coincidence they say someone was just there a little while ago with the same story And their battery was 100% fine so when they checked my battery they said it was 100% fine so they're doing something over at that Location on Tropicana and rainbow trying to scam people to get new batteries I don't know what's going on but don't go to this place. It was like a heavier Caucasian female with glasses and a Hispanic mechanic pretty sure they're working together

I was supposed to have front rotors replaced after a week brakes were screeching. Took car to Meineke 4280 West Flamingo excellent shop, who told me only one rotor had been replaced and pads were warps. I was unable to get out of vehicle as windows had not been fixed properly. This shop and the manager are a disaster

Love this place! I take both of my cars to Meineke & ONLY Meineke, when either are in need of any maintenance &/or routine checks & oil changes. I have a 2008 Toyota Yaris AND a 2019 Toyota Yaris. My recent experience at the Meineke location on Rainbow and Tropicana was outstanding.I had previously called another Meineke location and received conflicting information about vehicle inspections. However, when I reached the Rainbow and Tropicana location, the manager, Alfred, came to the rescue. He not only performed the inspection but also completed the paperwork in under 20 minutes. Alfred's professionalism and courtesy were exceptional. He explained everything clearly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth process.Thanks to Alfred's outstanding service, I'll be bringing all my business to this Meineke location in the future, and I'll definitely be recommending it to others.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Bill was awesome did a great job on my suv location jones/ Tropicana now here's where the foolish come in same owner also have a location on Tropicana/rainbow now that location put a new power steering pump on that's still leaking also charge me 200 dollars for power steering Fluid and 700 for pump and 89 dollars oil change and that was supposed to be with coupon Applied took my other car to jones/Tropicana the next day 41 dollars for oil change (but same owner)they fixed my power steering pump and didn't rip me off on the oil change (thanks so much for being Professional)please be careful going to Tropicana/rainbow location they will rip you off owner should Investigate the employees far as jones/Tropicana location honest and 5 services

I had set up an appointment because I needed my oil changed, and I had a feeling that I needed my brakes replaced. I was greeted at the door with a kind demeanor, and they treated me very professionally.Everything was done electronically, which made it very easy for me to read and scroll through and pick and select which services I actually wanted doneTheir time estimates where very precise, and when I went to pick up my car, there was no issues whatsoever and she s running beautifully.I was recommended this location by my current roommates and I m glad that the service was fantasticServices: Brakes, Oil change

I visited this location throughout the year for different things like my Uber inspection and other minor things. Every time I've been there the staff has been great. Everybody is knowledgeable, friendly and attentive.Yesterday's visit was just as welcoming.

I got an oil change as well as getting my air filters changed and my windshield wipers fixed. They took care of all that with no problem and very affordable. They even inspected my entire car to make sure what else I needed checked. Even sent pictures of what needed to been maintained.
