My experiences have always been excellent and I wish I would have found Master Automotive Centers (3344 N Rancho) a decade ago. John and Manny have helped me get my old 93' Ford Bronco XLT running wonderfully! I have never been price gouged and have ALWAYS been treated superbly. Well Done, Guys!

Great shop and great crew!These guys installed an aftermarket exhaust on my bmw and did an awesome job.I've had folks compliment the clean welds.I definitely recommend and would do business with them again!

they might do decent work on cars but unfortunately i will never know . they did work on my car that they knew wouldn't fix my car issue so long story short i was due a refund . my guess is that the owner was upset about that and slammed my card on the counter and tossed me my car keys instead of handing me my keys in a respectful manner . I found that pretty rude . owner should work on his customer service just a little if he wants to run a business properly.-nakayla

The work was done quickly and done WELL. If you have a Third Gen Camaro their welder is the guy to talk to for exhaust. They wound up having to change my catalytic converter (they made sure to get my approval first, which is more than I can say for some other shops I ve been to) and were happy to show me the old one, which was definitely done for. I m very selective with who I take my vehicles to and I ll definitely be coming back for more exhaust work! All the employees I interacted with were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. And most importantly it sounds like a muscle car again!

My catalytic converter was stolen and I was looking for a reputable business with a fair price to install a new one. I spoke to John and he was upfront about everything and was able to answer all my questions. They installed the parts that I had supplied and returned it the same day. One of the parts wasn't compatible and the mechanic Raul explained what was wrong. I'd definitely recommend this business and will be brining my vehicles here for future service.

Trustworthy and affordable.I've had a lot of trouble with other mechanic shops in the past, so I'm always wary to bring my car in. After a great experience here, I don't think I'll be taking my car anywhere else. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue and by the next day, my car was ready to go! Not only was the check engine light gone, but it runs so much better!Thanks guys! Awesome work!

Amazing people that really care. I was sick of going to the dealership and getting ripped off. I decided to try Master Automotive a few months ago because a friend referred me. John helped me the last two times I've been here. Everyone is very professional and willing to go the extra mile. They used good quality parts when repairs were made to my vehicles. The technicians are very polite and helpful. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you John for always helping.

John at Masters auto is so nice.What a gentleman and runs a great shop. He takes the time to answer your questions, he doesn't charge anything more than he tells you . His mechanics are all polite and helpful . I can't say enough about the best auto repair in Las Vegas. I'm so glad I found him. Located right past Cheyenne, on Rancho (toward the Santa fe) on the north side. Anybody needs any work done , try Masters just once for yourself , you will see what I'm talking about ..Tell him Jan and mom sent you Take care all !! Safe driving.

They tried to sell me a battery, they said it was dead but lied to me and tries to clip me for a battery.. Do not recommend

I was looking for an honest place to take my son's older truck. Somewhere they wouldn't rip us off. After doing research , I found Master Automotive. John, and all the staff were absolutely amazing. John answered all my questions, and took time to explain. The were very reasonable with prices, and made sure the truck was perfect. I have already recommended them to family and friends.

I have a custom truck with unusual suspension problems. Most shops won t even look at it or they want over $140 to just look at it. John fixed all my problems and is a straight up guy, no BS. So if your an old man looking for someone to work on your classic car or a woman looking for an honest and reasonable shop who won t oversell you on work, go to Master Auto. 5 Stars

I can say I have been beyond satisfied and happy with Masters. Their work is always done well. I never have to return to have work redone. I have referred a lot of people to them and will continue to do so. They are honest and reliable. Their work is always done in a timely manner and at fair prices. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. I never leave disappointed. Thank you Vick and staff for taking care of our vehicles and keeping my family safe on the road.

This is the best mechanic shop I've been to in Las Vegas. The people are polite and punctual, the prices are very reasonable and the car is always finished in a timely manner. What an incredible place to go to. They don't believe in ripping people off and always keep their word. I have been going here for a couple years and they exceed expectations everytime. John is honest and caring about you. Never quotes you something he can't back up. Always friendly and comes through. I can't say enough great things about him. Thank you so much for everything. Came in for a 2nd opinion quote, and they gave a fair, competitive price. Were very professional & helpful throughout the entire process. Accommodating to my schedule & the work was done as promised & on time. John & Ed were great to work with. I have an almost 30 year old car & felt very comfortable having them do the work on it instead of the dealer. Would highly recommend them & will bring my car here again for future work.

I've been going to Master for over 10 years. I had an active oil leak that was so bad there was zero point to getting an oil change until the problem was remedied. I called Master on Friday and John notified me I could drop it off Saturday but work wouldn't likey begin until Monday since they are closed Sunday. John called me by lunchtime on Monday(today) with the diagnosis - a faulty oil sending unit, which Master replaced 6 months ago. John and the guys replaced the unit, no charge, completed a full-service oil change and replaced the belts (per their recommendation before Summer peaks) and I had my vehicle by 5pm. With good service comes busy days so this quick turnaround isn't always the case but the turnaround is always better than expected with these guys and above all they do quality work every time.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

I ve been out in Vegas for over two years now and I ve been trying to find a good mechanic. So happy I decided to bring my cars to Master Automotive Centers. The mechanics there are great and John is amazing! He was beyond helpful, very informative! They are honest and trustworthy, no additional costs!! Happened across this shop while trying to locate somebody to install a catalytic converter shield on my prius. The office staff were very friendly and they took me right in, within an hour it was installed at a very fair price. The work was done with care, and I would 100% visit this place again...
