I went in to my wheels refurbished after my wheel lips got bent hitting a curb. Quoted $300 for repair. Next day I picked them up and got them almost as if they were new. Very satisfied with the repair and customer service provided to me.

DON'T GO!!! They have BAD guest service. 1. They change parts you don't need. And don't fix the issue. 2. They leave your car open all night with windows down. 3. There expensive prices are not reasonable. 4. They damage other parts in the car without you knowing. KARMA !!! WILL KIT THEM ..SO UN FAR. PEOPLE LIKE THAT SHOULD NOT NOT BE IN business!!KARMA KARMA !!! NO star!!!!!

I'm going to tell you a story, so bear with me. This weekend is my three year anniversary with the absolute love of my life and it has been an amazing weekend so far. That is, until my jeep wouldn't start. I was in a panic, so much so that I didn't notice the auto shop across the road from where we had just eaten until it was pointed out to me. I ran over there and spoke with the first gentleman that I saw. He couldn't understand me well but I was able to get some advice. I started to cross the road to go back to the side of the street with my jeep and he met me with a battery jumper and walked with me. He got my battery charged up so that I could make it to a nearby Napa (where I found out that it just got a little warm and didn't want to start).Kindness doesn't need a language. I wasn't even going to be charged for his help but I gave him what I could anyway.I shook this man's hand. His gesture was appreciated more than he will ever know.

NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!Brought in my car to a late night emergency popped tire, and they scratched up my rim, overinflated and damaged the replacement tire in the process. They even dropped my rims. I complained to the employee but he just kept shaking his head in denial. Then to top it off the new tire had water inside once I removed it. Note I removed the tire at the dealership no later than 12 hours. Even the dealership was concerned about the damaged tire I was given. Over inflated wheel could have bursted at any moment. Never stop here, even on an emergency. TERRIBLE SERVICE, CARELESS EMPLOYEES, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice place. Great customer service. I have been here several times to get my oil changed. They automatically checked my tires and inflated them appropriately without me asking. Sometimes, I hear screeching noise when I apply the brake. I went to them to ask them to replace the shoe brakes. They jacked up the car, inspected the brake pads and the drum(?). They told me that everything was fine, but if I wanted to change the brake pads, they would. I followed their recommendation and not changed. The fee was zero dollar. I could not believe it. I gave the guy $5. ...I have been trying to look up online to write them this review for their honesty, but I could not find it on google map. I finally wrote down the name, the last time I was there....... I highly recommend this place. It seems that it is a family business with three generations working under the same roof. Cool. Thank you!

Literally the best auto shop I ve found in all the years I ve been in Vegas. Trustworthy guys and they do good work. The first day i pulled up, i wanted to get a serpentine belt fixed but he said he didn t see or hear anything wrong. He was definitely right it was something else. Every time i come I m in and out with no problem.

Since I can't seem to find happiness anywhere, I did what all rational, clear thinking adults do: I bought a 2004 Nissan Sentra.The only problem with the car...Well, --the main problem amongst a few-- if left untouched, could cause quite a situation with a wall, or tree or maybe a jogger but definitely another vehicle, resulting in a sad day for all parties involved. Have you ever been lucky enough to live through an earthquake? If so, the car's shakes weren't seismic like a 7.3 but more along the lines of, oh, I don't know, kinda like shaken car syndrome.There will be no bad days because it's a motherFing Sentra, from the Gore years no less and because of places like LV Auto Maintenance. Miguel and the unsung heroes of anyone who can't differentiate a screwdriver from a jackhammer, these guys are fast, efficient and true badasses at their craft. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Freaking brilliant stuff.LV Auto Maintenance is directly responsible for making me happy for the first time in a very long time. If I hadn't stopped into LV Auto Maintenance because of Miguel's superior customer service on the phone, who knows what could have happened later in the day.Thank you, Miguel and thank you to the staff who handle biz right.

needed a tire with a nail and slow leak fixed. called, was told to come right over, was there in 5 minutes, they worked on my car right away. decided needed a new tire on other side of car, asked them to fix that and rotate the tires. all finished in 30 minutes. $105.00. I'll be bringing more of my business here.

Took my car in for a loud noise, said i think it might be the transfercase that i need it diagnosed. They called and said yes gave me a price. I picked it up and the noise was even worse. So now i paid to have the diffrental fixed because the transfer case wasnt the noise. Go to pick it up and told it will be an extra 220 that they never asked or told me about and said they can take off the part if i dont want to pay for it. Drove off and my car is Still making noises!!!!! After i paid almost $3,000 and on top of that get home and the whole back off my car was taken appart and all the owner had to say was oh i frogotServices: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Every other tire place that I checked wanted to charge me $30 plus to check the tire pressure and patch up my tire. He charged me $20 patched up my tire made sure all my other tires were good a I was on my way. Great service.

The mechanic did the diagnostic in my car, and figure that I had to change the selenoids, I did that and change the oil Transmision.. I end up spending about 400 dlls with repairs and the pieces. A day after the car check engine turn on again, when I went back they said they had no responsibility and couldn t offer may guarantee. Then told me to just replace the whole Transmision. No money back or anything. I would not suggest you to go here, they will find a way to screw you.Busca otro lugar!este lugar no da garant�as y hacen malos trabajos.

The guys were decent and respectful.I bought a serpentine belt for my Honda and they charged me $60 for labor only! Reasonable, honest and hard working two men!:))I highly recommended!:-))

They charge for everything but air. The language barrier is real*Tip the worker!!! regardless if only air.Staff was great

This business offered the worst customer experience I have yet had with an auto repair. I went in to get my air conditioner fix because it had a leak of gas. I happened to get helped by the owner itself Peter Yim who said it would be an easy fix. He recommended I did a service that will fix the leak for 178$ and if that didn't fix it that he will refund me and do the next step which it was probably to fix a hose, so he said just to buy the part.. OK I agreed to it thinking that the guy may know something.. Well , that didn't fix it and now I had to buy the house for 235$ ( at the beggining he said it was only 150) anyways he didn't refund me any of the 178 (as u would know you should get everything in writting) so end up paying 418...and 178 for a service that he recommended that did nothing , and just to find out 2 days later that the hose wasn't the problem either.. by this time I'm thinking that this guy is an IDIOT an is just wasting my money. How is he a mechanic ?I don't know but I don't have time and money for him to be guessing. Then I go to the manager Buddy and tell him my problem who personally looked into it and found the real problem was the condensor leaking, for another 285$ .. whatever I just need my A/C this heat is killing me. If he would have known from the beggining it was the condensor it would have saved me 418 to start with for services I didn't need.. And he didn't even feel responsible for doing all that .. Don't go here if you want something like that to happen to you, this guys are not even BBB accredited so if you have a consumer problem it will be unlikely to be resolved. It just plain sucks , this guys will rip u off!

Took my chevy trailblazer for the check engine light, spent almost $2,000 total. They said they did "tune-up", gas tank,, (which cracked), changed my drums, and several other things. went to my dad to find out they didn't do half the work they said they did.

Bought a tire didn't last 2 weeks when called to tell them tire popped didn't even offer to replace tire or offer a tire at a lesser rate I have bought tires from other company's only went here in an emergency situation it was a Sunday ...What ever you do.... Do not go here ......

This is by far the worst place to go and get a service they are nothing but rip offsI took my vehicle to swap tires I have the tires and they said I ll charge $120I have a business treating people this way and not a good way this is a really bad group of business you not only been to town buddy others they do it for $60I tried to give them business a few times before but he s always higher than anybody here in town that s for sure last time I m coming to see your shop and this is my review to you

I had an emergency, it was a bit of a wait but that is to be expected with no appointment and on a Saturday afternoon. Prices were reasonable and service excellent.
