I came here at night for a tire replacement and was told my tire still good and it just needed to be patch. The attendant on the night shift gave me so much attitude for no reason. I went to go pay for my service but my card kept declining I had forgot my card was lock. Some reason the man became so irritated with me. I left and came back because my tire light was still on, I ask the same guy to check to see if my pressure is all even, without him checking inside my door he started putting air in all my tires, I ask him how much you put in there he says 40/40. I took a picture of my appropriate tire pressure and try showing him as he ignore me, i beg this man to take out some air and he ignored me, i had to threaten to call the police because i spent my money and the man on the night shift kept ignoring me by watching tv. He also told me to call the police and went to take pictures of my license plate. Couple of weeks later i was on the 15 freeway that same tire blew out I lost control which cause me and my children to flip twice and my truck is now totaled. Happy we lived through this tragic accident. This was the worst customer service I ever experience at this shop.

I brought my vehicle to your repair shop to address a tire patching issue. During the repair process, it was agreed upon to remove the wheel lug lock, which unfortunately resulted in the breaking of the wheel hub assembly screw. Regrettably, no action was taken by your team to rectify the newly incurred damage to my vehicle.Moreover, upon inspection by your own mechanic, I was informed that I needed to seek repairs elsewhere due to the existing condition of the car. However, it is inaccurate to claim that I drove the vehicle to your shop in a damaged state. The non-driveable condition arose solely due to the broken wheel hub assembly, which was a result of the attempted lug lock removal. After, as I vacated the repair space, I overheard discussions regarding the need for a tow, indicating the gravity of the situation and the extent of the vehicle's non-driveable state due to the damages incurred during the service process. The car is undriveable at any speed and immediately when the car rolls you can hear metal scraping really loud from the screw moving around the assembly.I am concerned by the lack of accountability taken by your establishment regarding the damage caused during the repair process since other innocent people may have been affected and blamed for their negligence previously. Following the incident at your repair shop, I had to arrange for a tow truck myself to remove my now non-drivable vehicle from your premises, an expense for which your establishment did not provide coverage.Moreover, the assertion made by your team that I drove the vehicle to your premises in its compromised state is not only grossly overstated but constitutes a falsehood. This misrepresentation has resulted in unforeseen expenses amounting to hundreds of dollars for me. It is important to clarify that your establishment, as a business entity equipped with insurance coverage for such contingencies, would be expected to assume responsibility for damages incurred during the course of services rendered. However, the manner in which your team has approached this situation seems to imply a reluctance to acknowledge responsibility, creating undue financial burden on my part for damages caused while under your careI would NOT recommend repairs from a company with unwillingness to acknowledge accountability for their actions.

I took my car to change my tire on Thursday, 2 hrs later it blew out, I took it back, they did change it free of charge. Then on Saturday, the tire that they had fixed is going flat , I will Never go back there!!!

I love this place! They give me good deals on newly used tires and continue to go. They also do alignments I will be going back there to get my alignment done as well

I ve been a lot more times than I ever expected but each time my experience here has been amazing. These guys are courteous, professional and very proficient at their work. They got a good system in lining up and exiting - very impressive. Also, because of the pandemic - you can stay in the car while they repair your tire and if your going to pay cash you don t have to get out of the vehicle.I recommend this place to get your tire patched up, repair or replaced.

Roman greeted me with a big smile from his soul, mindful that I had a child in the car, happily and quickly helped get on my way. Work was done right, cost was the rate for a patch at other llanteras I've been to within 6 months. Now if we could do something about the constant construction these last few years. I swear construction sites have a special seceret union job just for sprinkling screws on the street.

Wouldn't accept my credit card for payment. Didn't have my debit or cash. After 10 min of w.t.f's & trying to call someone to bring me $20 bucks the jerk finally took my c.c. F them.

Great place to get a tire fixed when big brands won't do it! You might have to stand around for a few minutes before someone helps you, but they do good work!

They are open 24/7 , this is the only reason I went to them , they replaced all my tires and they said they balanced them , well they lied , I had a terrible shake in the steering wheel , checked my tires next day at discount tire , and they well out of balance completely

Do not come here. Bought 2 new tires was told they had a 1 year warranty which i wasn t too worried about because tires usually last me about 2 year for every new set. One month later one of the tires popped so i come in to utilize the one year warranty i was promised and being told that they could not honor the warranty so my only option was to buy another tire from them. Don t recommend coming here. Don t waste your time or money go elsewhere.

Bad customer service, went there during the week, they had music super loud couldn t hear what the guy at the register was trying to tell me about my tire, not very friendly and had trouble understanding what my issue with the tire was , paid them and left , he claimed it was still going to slow leak but offered no solutions.

This is just one of my experiences with this place of business. I came in with a flat tire looking to get a new or used one. Right off the bat, he said he could fix it. $20 + tip, 5 minutes later I've got my tire. That tire is still holding strong. They've never let me down. They're open 24 hours so I can always count on them. Much love to you guys.

Been coming here for years - open 24 hours a day for a quick tire repair- or a used tire until you buy new ones- never had an issue.

I am their customer since a year. I am highly impressed by their service s. This time I need their help, more than what they do in their shop. Luis helped and guided me like a brother and you wouldn t believe, I met him first time. They are very professional and nice people. They stand with their customers in need. These guys rotated my tires. A couple days later the front tire came off on the freeway barely missing cars. I called the manager to explain I was towing the truck to his store, he vanished and was not there when I arrived. A mechanic checked the lugs on the other tires and they were all loose. They did not stand behind their work and claimed it couldnt have been them. They use impact wrenches but dont check torque. I am fortunate that nobody was hurt or killed but they would not even pay for towing, repairs or parts. Beware, they were sloppy, do not stand behind their work and I will never do buisness with them again.

My husband and I got a flat at about 2:30am and had to wait for a ride over to this location which we called at 2:41am to ask if they were open and what pricing was. We arrived at about 3:30am, to see a man drinking outside telling us they're now closed. Didn t sound like the guy on the phone. The sign and the hours online are obviously listed that it s open 24hours so now we re out $40 spent on ubers to get here and still weren t able to replace our tire. Wouldn t have been a problem if the hours were different but we really would ve appreciated a heads up from whoever answered the phone.

Vary bad experience the guy at the counter ignored me I says good morning two times still ignored me finally he answered me I asked for air pressure check he said they are busy some guys just walking around????I say tanks one guy follow me and ask what you need finally.I want asked for new tires put never mind!!!One person can ruined the business I hop they reed the comments!

These guys were awesome, fast, and sold me a great tire for 1/3 the new price. This is the place to go if you need a good tire on the cheap. I needed a tire for a rental car, and I walked out with a tire with near new test for $50 out the door in 15 minutes.

They rip you off!! Found out they waaay overcharged me to mount 4 rims, tire spacers and tires. Only found out later from competitor. Also they didn't even balance and rotate the tires as standard anywhere else. Truck vibrated for a month until I had the tires balanced. Will never recommend or go back. Also the guy running the register was very rude and frowned constantly. Not welcoming at all. Take my advice and go somewhere else where they will balance your tires and make sure your vehicle won't vibrate. And you won't get ripped off.

They were GREAT! We needed a front tire that had picked up a 'bolt' (became embedded deep into the rubber and was losing air pressure somehow) Friendly! Great pricing! Prompt service! 10 thumbs UP

If I could give this place, zero stars I would. What a joke. I called them from the freeway to see if they could fix my tire. Told them what I needed and they said yes no problem and as soon as I pulled up and showed them her, they said they can t help me. They will tell you what you want to hear over the phone but when you show up they don t even try to help you out. And I ve been went to a similar tire shop a couple miles away and they fixed my tire with no problem.

TOTAL CROOKS! Charged me mechanics rate for a oil change that was supposed to be $9.99. DO NOT GO THERE! Filing a complaint with BBB immediately.
