Had a slow leak, when I got there only one person working. I was told that there would be a waitI didn't mind. My tire needed to be repaired. Imagine my surprise when I walked out at 4:30 in the morning and the tire was almost flat. Luckily, my neighbor had a compressor so I could get my son to work. I went back to the shop and again only one person working again. I explained the situation and had to wait again, but at least it wasn't as long of a wait. The tire was fixed, and I was only a little late for work.

If I could give 0 stars i would, went there for tire change this crackhead skinny Mexican with the hat sold me a tire for $60 and find out the tire was super glue to cover the crack that he put in the back so I wont see it. Than he says its extra $15 to balance one tire . rip off $75 for a used tire when i can get one brand new for $100 . Place is rip off and all the 5 stars you see its a lie those are people friends with them . I don't recommend this place to anyone, i could get killed driving on a super glued tire especially in the front driving on the freeway. This people dont care all they care is yours money. Why is this guy still working there ? The owner seen all the reviews and apologize to people but still let's him work there he doesn't care .

Would be ZERO stars if an option. Had a flat on 10/06/2022 and discount tire and big o tire were already closed. Needed a replacement tire. First they didn't have the size tire I needed. Then miraculously they had one for $100. I had no choice so I had to take it. Left the shop at 715pm and drove home to Boulder City. Drove back into Vegas at 9pm. When I was driving home as I was passing through the 215/95 interchange in Henderson I felt the steering wheel start to rumble and then SNAP. The entire wheel shot off of the hub while driving on the freeway at about 55mph about 100 yards past the interchange and I had to skate my car to the shoulder on three wheels and riding on the brake rotor. The wheel bounced OVER the freeway divider and went to opposite side of the freeway. It's a miracle that no one was killed. I drove my car a total of 50 miles after leaving the shop. DO NOT TRUST THIS TIRE SHOP TO TOUCH ANY VEHICLE. ALL CASH NO CARDS REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY RECEIPT WHEN I ASKED FOR ONE.

Went there looking for a used tire the guy told me 35 then when he got the tire he said 45 their price gouging but it's okay.

Even though the price has gone from 15.00 to $20 to fix a still the best place I know how to get an internal patch.

I needed air, I called ahead, the man who answered said, "es gratis." But when I got there, the boy who greeted me said, "two dollars." I didnt have it, so I went to the glass shop next door, on Nellis. They have a tire shop in the rear with some really great people.

Older gentlemen helped me out switching out a tire with a hole in it and replaced with a used tire. Got a few used ones since im on a budget and well its an A to B car! Basically got both tires switched out for 60 a pop. Which would be about 120 to 140 per brand new tire. Would recommend if you just need some used tires or need to get a hole patched! Thanks again!

I was charged $85 for a used and defective tire. The tire was alright at first but it lost a lot of air really fast (less than 3 weeks) when I woke up one morning the tire was almost completely flat and when I tried putting air I realized the the nozzle where you put air in was damaged so no air can be added anymore . I had to buy a brand new tire. Thankfully it only cost me $90 bucks BRAND NEW at another tire shop. Spend your money wisely and go to another tire shop!!!!!!!!

Went to get a used tire after mine got a flat(October 2022) they only spoke Spanish, which was okay, but they charged me $80 for a used tire and it start leaking air within a week. When I went to get air at Walmart for free I was told that I need a new tire and that the one I had just paid for was a 2015 tire and I couldn t go back to ask about it because they don t take card and they wouldn t give a receipt. 0 stars. Don t go here..

I called first to check that they had my tire and price. I provided 6/7 digit number. The man told me $25 I repeated$25 the man said yes$25. When I got there it's $45.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST TIRE SHOP EVER THAT EVER EXISTED! I WENT IN FOR A FULL SET OF TIRES AND AS A RESULT I GOT FOUR WHEELS ON MY CAR THAT WERE TOTALLY DESTROYED. THEY SCRAPED AND GOUGED ALL FOUR WHEELS... THE ENTIRE RIM OF EACH WHEEL IS COMPLETELY DESTROYED. ALL OF A SUDDEN WHEN I TOOK IT IMMEDIATELY BACK TO THEM NONE OF THEM COULD SPEAK ENGLISH

Llantera is open 24/7. This was the 2nd tire repair shop we went to, the 1rst one didn't have my daughters tire size & he was no help on pointing us in the right direction to another shop that would have her size of tire. The worker wasn't slow, & we were on our way.

Husband had gone in Friday about 1am older gentleman helped him with glasses he was nice, honest did a good job. It was nice that is was 24hours but our opinion changed this morning. About 1am sunday, had to go back and get another tire fixed. It was a different guy short, with hat, husband speaks Spanish but could barley understand him. He tells him our tire had a nail and just needed a patch. We knew that because my husband took the tire off at home before bringing it. So he comes back to sit down in the car because there were other people ahead of us. So the guy comes back tells my husband to come look and now there is a slash in our tire? So he starts trying to sell a tire, my husband was like nope I have one at home. We leave go get the tire and come back so it can be put on our rim. He already had our rim with one of their used tires. I think he wanted to make extra money, and took advantage. Little did he know it back fired because we had a tire. If you go here at night stay with your tire and watch him, so that this won't happen. The second time my husband stayed right there on him so he could not do anything shady again. Will not be going there again.

Don t go to this place these people will rip you off, I took my wife car there to swap some rims after I told them what I want I explained to them like 10 times what the car needs to be done, first of all the manager gave me a price. And minutes later he change his mind to a higher price!!! After they put on the rims in the car they stayed quiet when I when to turn on the car the car won t even moved!! I step down to see what happen and I told them that my car won t move!!!, and it turn out to be that the front calipers of the car is rubbing the rims at first place in the beginning they knew that the front rims won t fit the car and they install it anyways, one of the mangers want it to overcharge me for the service!!! After I told them to put back the old rims because it was their fault they should check it before put it in!!! Don t go to these place is a garbage.!!!

Remi was amazing! I came in silently in a panic about what I thought was a control arm issue. I didn't have the funds to fix a control arm but wanted to know how much it was going to cost so that I can gather up what was needed to get it done. Every day driving gave me more anxiety as I pictured myself being stranded somewhere if my car decided to break down on me while commuting... Remi asked me a few questions, pulled off my tire and found 1 missing screw & 1 loose screw due to a stripped piece from a break job I had done by a neighbor. I can't remember what piece it was that was wobbling but he secured it. Then he went under the hood, checked my battery, found a piece that needed to be placed over my battery and tightened up screws throughout the area under the hood. I felt safe in my car again plus paid way less than what Iexpected!! He didn't try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge but actually showed me a few things to look out for. Truly appreciated him & will most definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to get work done on their car.

Came I late at night with an extremely difficult set of tires to mount on a custom set of wheels. I had been to almost every tire shop in town and told it couldn t be done. These guys knocked it out no problem and even when they were having problems getting the beads to seat they stayed positive and assured me they would get it done. They did a great job in a reasonable amount of time for a very decent price.

Just will take your money but does not really care if they fixed the problem or not. Had a bent rim and the guy mentioned sealing. He just did it but never showed me exactly what he did. A day later my tired was leaking the same way it was before. I did not have time.to go.back immediately and went back a day later. The guy remembered me but did not take any kind of initiative to look over what he did last time. He wouldn't even walk over to me. All he said was it was temporary and it wasn't suppose to fix it and tells me to buy a new rim. I went to another shop and they were very transparent and actually WANTED to help. They sealed it and showed me what was done and told me to come back if I have any problems. This shop will only act like they care until they get your money. Stay away! Would never go back. I actually ordered the rim from the other shop.

I went in to get air in my tires and air pressure checked...because light came on while we were on our way with truck full. I tipped him 20 bucks....he said you need tires soon....I said yes I do but I order them for 300 a tire 35/12.5R17 Toyo M/T...he said when u get them come back we will put them on for you I asked how much he said $50 bucks....I got back the next week and he says $250 bucks cash only....i start laughing and was like I pay $40 bucks total in Bay area and tip dude 25 bucks....if u think I'm paying 250 after u told me 50 bucks last week ur super high...he said well ur tires are bigger. I'm like bro same size tires I'm replacing on this truck is what you quoted me on. Good luck to ya...plenty of tire shops

Drove in to no one greeting me!!! When I did get out the car the man was on his personal cellphone and didn t feel like working! When I walked out he explain his woman is on the phone! I m here to buy 3 tires he says give him a lil bit I drove down 4 miles to another place to get better service and I got greeted as soon as I turned in

Not 1 employee greeted us as we approached the garage. 2 cars were being worked on, stood there waiting. As another car pulled up, they were attended to before us. We were there 15 mins before them. As i looked at the gentleman who helped the person after us, he just looked at me with stupidity. He definitely ignored us and did his thing. Service is a negative, place is a negative.

I had my car a few weeks ago stuck like a street down from the shop and I walked over and asked them to help me at least move my car from traffic and these idiots had the balls to tell me "sorry we can't help you, unless your car is here " well excuse me thats the F**** point!! I hate bad service and never the one to give it especially after knowing there about to make some money out of me. Never will ever recommend them or go back and help. I think giving them 1 star is exceeding the credit they deserve a dam -5 stars

Beware of this tire shop. I been there twice, and each time they said I had a hole on the side of my tire. Just went there a few minutes ago. There were 3 cars getting new used tires because they said to each car owner, they have holes on the side of their tires. The owner of one of the cars had to buy 2 tires from them because they told her that both of her passenger side tires have holes on the sides, meaning can t repair and they had to buy 2 tires from them. BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF THIS TIRE COMPANY.

U bought a used $65 tire for a Elantra...the tire was too big and after going back 3 times for them to fix...the worker refused unless the owner is there and he won't help either.
