I ve been using Life Storage for my small business needs since 2022. I ve had first floor 5x5 and 10x10 air conditioned units near the exit doors, the building is always clean, well lit and safe when I m here. I really love the convenience and size of my new 10x15 unit. I m able to pull right up and unload my things quickly now without the hassle of a dolly. Contracts are month to month and you can move as needed. I just paid a year in advance to avoid the quarterly rate increases. Staff is helpful!

The unit we had was great. Working in there in the summer was wonderful with the air conditioning. The staff were so helpful and easy to work with. Pricing starting out was pretty good but as time went on, like everything else, started to rise. Over all a good experience. We now moved into a smaller unit that works fine for us.

needed a temporary place to hold my stuff as I was in the middle of moving. Came across this place as I had passed by on multiple occasions on my way to work. Got locked in with a great deal with my unit and the lady at the counter very helpful. Definitely love this place as it s always been clean, and definitely easy access to get in and get out. And the day that I moved out, John was very helpful with the move out process. Quick, painless, and simple. 15/10 and highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a quick storage!!

ImI selected this location because of the intro price at the time. The price reasonable and competitive. Staff is very friendly. I would recommend using this location for your storage needs. I rented for 6 months and had no complaints

The Manager and staff at Life Storage are very friendly and professional. They go out of their way to assist you with any issues you may have. I would highly recommend Life Storage for your storage needs.

Kasia PlaczkiewiczWas soooooo amazing it s boarder line unbelievable . She provided premium service as well as showed me around the unit all with a broken arm .She was very nice and informative It gets no better than this ! She needs a raise.

First-time customer of Life Storage. Have been there for two months now. Very professional and courteous staff. I still can't get over the simple signup process. Get online, reserve, call if you don't get a call first, confirm the size, pay over the phone for new storage and lock. The contract documents are emailed for signature, sign, and receive return email with all needed information to access unit. Done!I show up with my full moving truck to a super clean storage and inside is the new lock and key in the package with a pre-cut slit for those hard-to-open heavy duty plastic packaging. Whatttttt?????? Awesome! Could not have been easier and more convenient! I felt like I was being treated by a 5-Star. Every detail was thought of!To balance out this review, one of the times I was there, someone had unfortuately dropped a big glass window? I hope it wasn't a mirror. (I'm not superstitious but I am a little stitious.) It was there for a couple trips, but it was subsequently all swept up and you would have never of known it was there. I swear they used an ashphalt vacuum.... :)Storage is like a necessary evil. At times, we all have to do it, and it's not easy, but having the details of finding one, sign-up, proper items needed, like locks, simple signup. clean premisis, and easy ways to pay monthly, make it better to handle the "necessary" of the evil.... The place is very busy when I move my stuff in but it went well, everybody respects everybody. Julie at the office is very professional and efficient, she s calm and cool under pressure I really like her. The place is a bit old and dated but the price is good so if the price stays like this I ll be keeping my storage unit for longer time.

Moved from from one Ee/Life storage today to have a bigger space and closer to home. John and Kat (abbreviated) were awesome for the year I was there. Place is clean and customer is superb. Thanks again!

Easy access, and a convenient. The gentleman who helped me was friendly, and professional. There was an issues with my code So he was able to assist with correcting that. The only thing I would recommend is more, better functioning carts. Will update my review if necessary.

I found a great deal online with LS. I reserved online, spoke to front office, paid the first month. I elec signed my lease, I got my gate code, and my new keys and lock were inside my unit ready to be loaded Crazy quick, efficient, seemless process. Professional!!!

I am thankful for this place first off the staff is amazing they were able to assist with great service during my move in & move out the lady and gentleman at the front office are awesome the Price for the units are great and heavily secured

Keep raising the rent , I got my unit raised 3 times in 1 year from 40$ to now 120,so I moved out and got better deal..

Online support was great ,store location not very helpfull ,just book on line, follup,bait and switch, customer service to follow up next day ,still waiting 3 days later pre paid for 1 year waiting for refund

Worst possible company. Prior to the transition to Extra Space Storage they deleted my account. I had to pay a fee to pay my bill that month. After the transition, they sent me an email telling me my gate code had changed - except the instructions were wrong. If you have nothing better to do in your life than deal with a storage company, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away!!

Clean, affordable, and comfortably cool inside. It also smells fresh and clean. Carts are plentiful. The one time I needed to use the bathroom, it was immaculate. The service is super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

KEITHHHHHH WAS AMAZING !! I am BEYOND HAPPY I found this facility!!!!! Out of everything I ve been going through this was the silver lining I needed. They made it super easy and comforting to know my belongings will be stored here with such security and care by the employees. I haven t had a great customer service experience like this in a while it was super refreshing and appreciating!!! The facility is CLEAN, Big but not overly huge and annoying, the tour was helpful and everything was seamless. I would recommend to anyone in need of storage!!!!!! Michelle was a sweet guardian and supported Keith
