Highly recommend this place. The guys are extremely helpful and quick. They have great costumer service. Their waiting area is also very clean. I will definitely be getting my tires here from now on.

We bought all 4 tires from the Decatur location and two months later one of the tires was damaged and needed replacing. We had the warranty. Javier at the Tropicana location was such a great help in getting this resolved. They advised us the tire had been slashed. They replaced it at the reduced warranty price. I appreciate the way they helped my wife get this resolved as I could not be there. They even told us where to get a replacement lug nut and what size to get. I recommend this tire company.

Needed a tire replacement pn my rear passenger tire , day before they called to confirm tire placement and location of installment , took the car in they changed the wrong tire and i told them about nothing got resolved and wanted to charge me for a used tire, they pretty much replaced a good tire with a new and im still stuck with the bad one

Excellent customer service. Management you need to add tips to the bottom of the credit card receipt so we can tip your workers.

This place is awful! I took my car here and the bent all 4 of my rims putting them on wrong! My car is shaking uncontrollably and my wheels are bent and all scratched up do not go here

These guys are amazing. I always come for my tires here and they have me in in out super quick . The manager jovany has amazing service he took the time to explain the different tires and styles. Thanks bro

Front desk will quote you completely different prices and wait times . Will jerk you around on appointment times.When you ask for a manager to explain how everyone is so unwilling to help or schedule anything get told no management is available. staff will gladly speak negatively about you in spanish until you tell them to stop in both languages.

These guys are lifesavers. Their customer service is excellent and a nice change from the other tire shops in Vegas. They are doing real well at establishing themselves as trustworthy servicemen. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone from the East side of Vegas and all parts of the city. Jean was real helpful in my situation and was extremely down to earth and friendly. Stop by you won't regret it.

They denied me an alignment on my lifted truck without fully inspecting, said i had no tread my brand new tires and said they wouldnt because the tires are too big . My tires are only 35s though

My man Miguel gave me the hookup on some "Hercules" tires for my Volkswagen golf. He was real cool and didn't try to up sell. Service was great!!! Don't overpay at Discount!!!

Salespeople were great and helpful. When it came to getting everything installed the service did leave a little to be desired. I made an appointment for an alignment and tire installation 1st thing in the morning and they did start working on my truck but they stopped to start working on 2 other vehicles before finishing mine leaving me to wait longer than I needed to. The technician also did not use a torque wrench to install the wheels. Minor detail but it can cause warped rotors. Good shop overall to buy some tires but I would recommend you get your tires serviced elsewhere

Unfortunately i do not have a good experience with this dealer.I bough a set of 4 tires about 6 months ago ,About a month ago one of them exploded ,I went back to this dealer to get another onebecause it was under its warranty ,The associate told me , they can t do anything to help me , because i have to star a claiming with the manufacturer directly and he gave the manufactures phone number.I did call the manufacturer they said they are willing to help me but is the dealer who have to star with the process, due to the negligence of this guy i couldn tGet my warranty.I had to buy another one of course in another store.I don not recommend this dealer for the reason i mentioned above.

These guys are great! We came in because our light turned on in our car saying front tire was low. They took the time to check all of our tires and found a big nail in our back tire. They fixed our tires and got us home safely to California. Thank you guys for taking the time and for being so caring . I recommend this shop to anyone.

The manager Jean was a pleasure to deal with they were able to get me 3 tires at 80 a piece compared to 135 a tire at the other places I checked. Great service. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for tires for the vehicle.

Jean was there the minute I waked in to help me with a great smile. I felt he was being very honest and caring and truly wanted the best for me. Its the best tire place in town. I am telling all my friends and family to different go there .

Very friendly and helpful staff. They really took time to look for the tires I saw online so I can save money. It's been 5 months now and I haven't had any issues with my Nexen tires. They are cheaper than other brands too.

I'm very impressed with this location! I needed tires mounted with tires I purchased online. Their prices were competitive but on the lower end. We are very happy with how they handled our newly painted wheels, not a scratch on them. Jean that works in the store was super helpful and professional. Antjuan that did the mounting and balancing was awesome, very professional and handled our wheels with care. We will be back, we have many cars. I was checking on a set of new tires and was speaking with Fernando who was very helpful. He also introduced me to the wheel visualizer program. What a great experience and a great employee. I would recommend Fernando to anyone looking to purchase new rim's and tires!

Came in for a quote, Jean gave me a good deal, Ended up walking out with 4 new tires. Antjuan the Installation manager made sure my tire sensors were working properly. I definitely recomend this shop. Come check them out they have a lot of tires in lots of sizes.
