I came here today to replace my FLAT DRIVERS SIDE front tire, told the girl at the desk that exact thing. She quoted me 125, perfect. About 40 minutes passes and another gentleman charges me and gives me the keys to my vehicle. I walk out to see my vehicle with the same flat tire so I return and ask what tire did they replace. He says my Passenger Side tire. That wasn't flat at all, or even my concern. Basically says it would be an additional 125 for the tire I originally asked to be replaced! So I pay it, where am I driving with a flat tire anyways? While I'm waiting for it to be replaced, the gentleman at the desk and girl who I originally told what was wrong with my car, are talking in Spanish, I guess they didn't think I understood? And he asks her what tire did Brenda ask you to fix and she says hmm the rear? Like she still didn't have it correct. They definitely need to hire better customer service that will actually pay attention! Will not be returning!EDIT- UPDATE I'd like to leave an update, I was able to get in contact with the manager, explained my situation and he told me he would fix the situation and give me a check, to send him a photo of my receipt and he'd get back to me. I Sent him a photo and the message was read, but never heard from him again and it's been a week. If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would.

Came in today for a quote on 4 off road tires and got the worst customer service from the young girl at the front.Attitude from the start ! Definitely won't be back. Walk right out !.I advise take your business elsewhere

Not recommended to do business here any moreFor a vehicle to fix tires and I have to come back because they messed up our sensor on the tire and it took them 40 minutes to check what s going on and finally the lady came and told me it needed air. It was my first and last time coming back to this place.

First of all they told me I couldn t use my warranty because I didn t use it so they voided my warranty out and secondly I made an appt and I was told they were to busy that I had to come back then they had my car for 6 hours to do a tire rotation and they said they did it and they never did. I took pictures of my tires that has a certain mark so I ll know if they actually do they work and they didn t. These people aren t honest worker s.

These guys had my truck done so fast it made my head spin. Seriously no joke! This is absolutely 100% the best tire shop I have ever been to I have been to many as I drive for Uber.Thank you guys SO much for being the best part of my day so far! You can be sure I'll be back!

I got quoted $95 for a brand new 195-65-15, new valve and installation included, price seems to be average around the area (I asked for the cheapest option)Edwin took care of my tire, nice guy, he was fast and knowledgable, the lady in the front was very kind to costumers too. They said they have a brake service special for fathers day this month of June.Good experience, clean place. Recommended.

They helped me in there last 20 minutes before they closed shop. Amazingly nice ppl I m glad I met them. Wouldn t go any where else especially because the price is right an affordable. The wait was quicker than I thought. YoU won t be disappointed

Called around and this was the last place I called. Friendly and honest. Had a great price and was able to tellme the out the door price on 4 tires over the phone!She had the tires delivered from another location and I was in and out in less than an hour once I was able to get there.Would recommend.

I walked in needing a new tire, and I was welcomed by a great staff. They communicated well with the different brands that are good and recommended one for me that was priced well. Thank you to everyone there, and I hope to see y all again when I m out here! Much appreciated

Fantastic service and very nice people. Found ourselves with a flat tire going into a holiday closure and super worried about getting it fixed. They not only fixed it asap but also for free. Thanks LV Tire Mart for being so great!

Tire Mart is the best! Got help picking out the right tires and got an appointment scheduled the next day. Had problems with not having a special wheel lock key and helped with taking them out and putting a new one. Got my tires on quick and didn t wait longer than an hour! They have great customer service and helped to get warranty for my tires if anything were to happen! Love my new tires will come back again and recommend to friends and family!

Very friendly staff and a huge selection of used and new tires. Pricing is very reasonable starts at $25 per tire.. great price for the quality. The service was quick as well and they rotated and checked all of my tires! I'm very happy I chose Tire Mart!

Awesome deals, I needed two rires for now so I called them and was able to get 2 tires for my suburban for 70.00 out the door. They said it might be a 2 hour wait but it was done in about 45 minutes. Great customer service and great quality for what I paid.

Service was great and friendly. Very helpful. Great customer service and greeted us in a timely manner and was very polite. We will be back. Professional and informative. The people at Tire Mart Decatur make it very easy to be a customer by offering competitive rates . And a variety of selection.

A warning tire light appeared & I took advantage of their "free air" sign. They were so friendly & accommodating that I was happy to return when it was obvious the tire needed plugged. They fixed my flat quickly & offered great customer service.

The staff here is amazing. I went in for one tire and got an awesome price plus a warranty AND free rotations on that tire. Mari, her coworker at the front desk, and the mechanic I dealt with were super complimentary and informative about the status of all my tires. I would definitely recommend them.

Our experience at Tire Mart was once again outstanding, we have visited their shop located on Losee in the past and we received amazing service there. This time we visited the location on Oakey and Decatur and of course were greatly impressed. As my family and I walked, we were greeted by Caesar in the front desk service. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The staff is super knowledgeable, helpful and professional and Eric the technician that did the work was friendly and definitely knows his stuff. The shop was very clean, made my family feel we were in a safe environment. This is exactly what every tire shop should be like! I highly recommend any of their locations if you're looking for great deals, quick service and quality work. Thanks again Tire Mart for your great service and overall awesomeness!!!

I brought my car in for 4 new tires, and I was extremely happy with the results! Car runs as smooth as ever, it was done in a timely manner and the staff was extremely friendly. Definitely will be coming back, the technicians there were very helpful and informative

My experience today here at LV Tire Mart & Co., was better than expected. The staff was incredibly friendly and was able to inform me regarding my tire situation. With their help I was able to get my tire replaced with the assurance that everything will be good afterwards. Overall the whole atmosphere within the work place is what every work place should strive for. This is a place that I would recommend for all who need a quick fix, would definitely come back here again to be serviced!

We had a tire that had a slow leak and stopped at this place for a repair. The so called tech looked at the tire while I slowly rolled the car and said it looked fine and checked the pressure in the tired for which I tipped him. He then sent us down the road to LA with this large nail in our tire. I'm only giving the 1 star to write this review and encourage anyone who reads this to avoid this shop if at all posible

Absolutely amazing!Ms. Claudia was very helpful and attentive with service. I was there on a Saturday and wasn t sure if they would take me with out an appointment for 4 new tires. Ms. Claudia took care of everything promptly. I was able to continue with my other errands as planned. Thank you

Manny at Tire Mart took care of me with professionalism over the phone, and in person. I highly recommend coming to this exact store located one Decatur and Oakley, these guy treat you like family. I will be returning for my other vehicles.
