Great place to get reasonable priced tires for your rig . I was so surprised how professional and fast they were . And the tires are reasonably priced . Compared to other places I was actually able to buy and install all 8 drives for the same price that TA and other tire places would have charged for just 2 tires. Yes that reasonable. !!! This place is great.

Excellent, they took care of me right away as there were no people, but first they kind of scare me when the young lady told me the warranty got void as I had to use a spray can of fixAtire so I could get to the tire store. But, everything ended up ok; I really appreciate they were there for me, since that's where I go to for all my tie needs, I really like that place, as of now.

Terrible service first they stripped my wheel studs 2 from the back driver side and 3 from the back passenger side. Then took it back to get if fixed took a week to get the new studs and then they messed up the e-brake while they where changing the new studs and one more thing instead of changing the new stud they decide to cut one of the studs that was stripped, very bad service, to everyone that goes please check everything before leaving because they can be the cause of a horrible incident.

Purchased two tires here for my Toyota Highlander. They provided exceptional service and were extremely courteous. While other tires were unable to provide service due to long waiting periods and far out appointments, Tire Mart came through. I will be back again for the other two tires when the time comes.

So far so good, they hooked me up with a great sale price on 4 tires over the holiday, and I just had the alignment done.. I am happy with the Hercules Terra Trac AT II that they had for my truck. Thanks guys.. Check them out on the web and message them for a quote.

My experience at Tire Mart was very good. All the guys were very knowledgeable on the tires. I have a 2010 Tundra I wanted the largest mud terrain tires they had. I had gone to two other tire shops and they told me a smaller size. The guys at Tire Mart suggested a 33 1250 r20 cuz I don't have a lift I didn't want to lift I just wanted to fill up the space in the wheel well. The tires were in stock they put them on on a Saturday with no appointment it took about an hour I was very pleased they look great !

I went for rotation and balance they told me an hour, wait 2 hours and there was no hope that they would move it, what kind of word do they have if they are giving me their estimated time.

I will never go here again. No one could tell me what the proper size tire i needed to go on my rims. The manager is an absolute prick, shady, and doest know a damn thing about tires or rims. I went to Discount tires and they immediately informed me and showed me in their system that the tires they put on my rims are NOT suppose to be on there at all and its a danger to my safety to ride on the road with that fitment. The edge of my rim is sticking out pretty far from the wall/lip of my tire. This shop told me that these tires are the only ones that fit that rim and it entirely false. DO NOT GO HERE. TRUST ME.

I ve never had an issue with these guys. Always available when needed and the customer service is off the chain. Gio and Jose helped with everything I needed. As always I actually enjoy getting my tires serviced

Tire Mart changed the rims and tires on my truck and I love them!!!!!!!! Thank you to Jean for ordering my tires and Omar for the hospitality. The technicians George and Jose took time to make sure the work was done correctly and even gave me tips on how to care for my new Nittos.... Antjuan Was able to change my struts and put a lift kit on my truck..... Thanx guys I will be back and I definitely recommend them Tire mart set the bar high and I will return for future needs.

I was extremely impressed with my visit to tire mart. I was helped in a timely manner. Yitel made an appt with me over the phone and after the appt he explained everything in detail. Yitel and the other staff were all very friendly and professional. They also offer complimentary coffee and cookies which is a huge plus. You can have coffee and cookies and sit and watch TV in their show room they have set up for their customers. Pricing is fair and service is prompt. I will definitely be returning for all my tire needs.

Great serviceI was quoted over the phone a price, they honored it, and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need, nor tried to push a more expensive tire on me. They have a show room with a with seating so I got to watch a movie while I waited.Definitely will keep doing business with them

They work very well and diligently but the best part is that they have affordable tires and services. Spoke to Edna over the phone, she took me down for an appointment, quoted me a price and a time, highly recommend!

I was in the process of ordering tires on their website, Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S for my Lexus GS350 F-Sport to be exact. I had just one question before I scheduled an appointment. I called and was immediately placed on hold for several minutes by a woman who answered the phone. If they can't handle a customer on the phone then I for sure do not want them handling my car. I'm sure they didn't need my $1,400 anyway.

Awful customer service. If you're planning to move out of state, DO NOT purchase a warranty because they won't honor it without you psychically coming into their shop.I tried to speak with a store manager about a solution to this, and they wouldn't even speak to me. They left me on hold for over a half hour... TWICE because they have no intention to speak to me.You're better off going somewhere else.

customer service has the light bulb syndrome....two guys to change the bulb....one to hold the bulb the other to turn the ladder....wouldn't recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would. I spent $500 to replace 2 tires on our truck just to find one of them flat the next morning we too it back in and we re told they fixed it then the next day it s flat again and we go back and they tell us there is a slit in the tire and they can t do anything about it . I should should have known it was a red flag when we were there the first time and another customer came in with the same exact issue and was told there was nothing they could do for them since the tire had a slit and it was not reparable. Definitely avoid this place at all cost !

Disappointed that they tried to sell me a repair that I did not need. I had just had a major milage service done with my regular mechanic and knew what was done to my vehicle and what was needed coming up. I did review their suggestion with my mechanic to be sure and was correct that they were trying to upsell me from a simple wheel alignment. I took my vehicle somewhere else for the service I had requested.

Good service. Fair price. Bilingual people up front. Clean Place that is easy to find on a road that is never to busy. I bought 2 tires about a week ago and will be a return customer. Open on Sunday as well which is a day a lot of us have to get stuff done.

Omar my rep was phenomenal. His customer service is amazing, he wasn't pushy. He explained what he recommended I needed vs demanding what he wanted to sale me. I purchased my one tire with installation and was out the door in 30 minutes. Great job. I will be back for my other 3 tires and alignment very soon.

My 2nd time (it's been over a year) going to this awesome tire place (S Decatur) ! I had a nail punctured in one of my tires and they've fixed it so fast that I didn't even had a chance to enjoy and sit there with their complimentary coffee ;)). No need for appointment but still gave them a heads up! I got my complimentary tire repair within 2 yrs of my purchase. This place is the best and I'm very satisfied with everything! Happy New Year!

Today was my first time here and I was greeted immediately. A gentleman named Manny helped me out, he was so patient while I explained what I was there for. We have been coming here to Tire Mart for years, we just stopped by their newer shop on Oakey and Decatur. What a nice clean shop and as always wonderful staff. Caesar at the front desk was very helpful and courteous as well as their tech. As always we we greeted promptly and my truck was taken care of with no problems. I would and do recommend this place to all my family and friend because of their pricing and wonderful service. Tire Mart thank you for being that outstanding local business that we here in Las Vegas can be proud of. Cheers!!

Great, fast, courteous service. It was super easy and convenient to research and purchase my tires online, set up an appointment and get in and out with great customer service. The prices and coupons were competitive, and selection was amazing. Thanks Fernando and crew!
