Fletcher Jones canceled my appointment at the last minute. I explained to them that I had driven 5 hours specifically to get my Sprinter serviced by them, and they didn't seem to care or offer any alternative solutions. Extremely unprofessional - I would definitely avoid this business.

The professional, knowledgeable, personable, expert team with mad skills diagnosed and fixed my issue in short time. We popped in from out of town during an extended trip where we had developed a rather scary transmission leak. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue and quickly get us back on the road. Highly recommended! More Mercedes dealerships should look to this shop as the example to emulate.

While service took longer than expected, my beautiful Mercedes came back completely repaired, maintained and clean. While waiting, my dog was welcomed, as was I. I had an opportunity to talk with a technician named Jeff who was so very nice, personable and professional. He gave me important information to guide me with my dog and also shared how fortunate he was to work for Mercedes. Another technician showed me some things I wasn't aware of regarding features of my vehicle, and set my clock to the right time...these small things, all together, are huge. Thanks again Fletcher Jones Mercedes service staff!

Every time I am here, feels like I owe this place something. Not welcoming or respected at all! The person that works here is always rude. In the other Mercedes shop I always feel respected and welcomed as a loyal client, but here it s terrible.

If your sprinter is a personal vehicle (not a fleet vehicle) or a camper / RV, then I highly recommend going somewhere else..There is only one service writer for Sprinters here, who was a wonderfully abrasive and dismissive person (who did not fully understand the maintenance cycle for the Van or basic questions about potential issues).Prices for some services were 2x what other Sprinter shops charge, some prices were 5x what other sprinter shops charge, and my initial estimate didn t include several items that were due (I.e. perfect setup for a bait and switch. )After struggling with the service writer and deciding that I just couldn t let this shop work in my van- As one last ditch effort I called the main line again and attempted to talk to anyone else who would want to handle the service. The people answering the phone are beyond clueless. Clearly they are there to do nothing but write your name on a calendar (and even that seemed like a challenge).Save yourself a lot of aggravation and money- go somewhere else (and if you are a full time on the road person like me, I highly recommend Warner Vans of Utah.. Great staff, better prices, same day service).

My Service Rep made me aware of and was able to get a $1,000 service problem I had fixed under warranty which was an unexpected blessing and allowed me to take care of other items I had on my service list.They also provided me with a loaner for several days while my car was being serviced, exceptional service from my Service Rep, Dennis Eich and Fletcher Jones.

Came back and got my van serviced. So happy I did. Only cost me $860 to get service B work done. Houston charged me $2500 they reset my service indicator as well. So happy

Fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable. Traveling in the Sprinter RV cross country, these gentlemen helped regarding our adding a quart of oil. They know their Diesel engines!! Ended up giving us a quart of oil for the road. Would love this place to be my home maintenance shop.

I want to thank Miguel and Steve for their great exceptional service. An employee pumped gasoline in the fuel tank and I had it towed to the West Sahara location. Even though they were extremely busy with prior jobs, they were able to get me out in about 3 hours. They are very knowledgeable, dependable and understanding. Thank you gentlemen!

Have always had a great service experience at Fletcher Jones. Dennis is my go to service representative. He tells me upfront what I need and doesn't surprise me with anything on the order or cost. I have always been greeted with smile and been thanked for choosing Fletcher Jones.

This is a review for their great and outstanding service I had ever experienced. When I traveled to Las Vegas, I had a serious repair and had to get my sprinter fixed immediately. How luck I were. I met Steve and his team were able to help me get my Sprinter fixed though it took a long time and even need a long-distance tested drives. They were so professional. Steve was communicative and helpful through every step of the process. He was very understanding of my sprinter s issues and how inconvenient it is to need a critical repair in order to let me drive home. The issue was fixed longer than expected, but they were so patient. I am happy to give them a 6 star service. Thanks again for everything( Google )

I had a recall on my 2006 Mercedes Benz E350. I called in to this location and was taken care of immediately. The staff is excellent with communication. They are not pushy like other dealers to sell you unnecessary services. My vehicle was ready and repaired within a day! Thanks again team!

Had my 2016 metris dropped off for some repairs , Steve was very helpful,professional and polite,he told me vehicle could be ready next week but it was complete next day including recall that i didn't ask for which was nice. Being repair shop owner myself i would highly recommend their services.

I made an appointment on Saturday for Monday. I was sent an email stating where to go then redirected to a differentfacility when I got there.When I got there the service representative didn't have the details I had given for the appoiuntment excpet for the oil change part.I was told I woudl get a call later in the day with the diagnosis. That call never came. At 4:50 I called and after going through the automated system several times becasue no one answered I spoke with a gentleman who toom my name and told me someone would call me back and let me know what was going on with my vehicle. No one did.having been told they closed at 6:00 I waited until 5:50 and called back. The lady who answered the phone did what she could but all she could do was to tell me that the only person who was authorized to talk to me about my vehicle had the day off and the service manager had went home early. No one else was there to tell me anything.I had rented a car that was due back first thing in the morning. THey were sorry...nothing they could do. No one could talk to me except the guy who had the day off.I called the next day and compalined to the manager. He told me my story was "odd" but did apologize and was able to talk to whomever knew what was wrong with my vehicle and relay I needed new tires and an alignment.To be fair, the mechanic was very nice. The lady who tried to help me at the end of the day was professional and nice and when I did pick up my vehicle the manager I had spoken with did knock off the cost of the extra day of car rental. I do want to be fair about the review.

Outstanding customer service. I bought a sprinter in Phoenix and brought it here to diagnose a noise it was making. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me excellent advice. Could not have been a better experience.

Well, the last time I was at Mercedes service it wasn't a good experience.But now Ryan Cross is back! Fletcher's costumer service has his shining star back and that man should be the "manager" of that place. He is honest, listens to you and explains everything in details. My car was returned clean with cover on the sit and no scuffs on my interior. I finally can recommend to my friends once again the expected good german quality service from a company that makes the best cars in the world.I've been in many cardealers in Las Vegas before and all were terrible at the point that I sold my cars so I wouldn't have to go there any longer.Thank you Ryan for your exceptional performance in your Job.

Friendly, ok waiting area but not not nearly as nice as main showroom. Did recalls on 2014 Sprinter RV which apparently disconnected battery . They did not set clock forcing me to go through non-user friendly menu.... aggggh!No complimentry service check.. what do you have to do to get that?

Bought a Mercedes-Benz three years ago and chose this dealership to do all my work on the car. I have never had such good service anywhere else. It's not just the quality car you purchase, it is the quality service and treatment you get when you go there that makes it that much better.

Cal is the man...he took care of me and got my van done earlier than I expected it. My sprinter van feels great after it first main service. Definitely recommend this shop.

Fletcher Jones is the best place to take your Mercedes.I have an older model that continues to run well thanks to their service.I have a good feeling of safety after they have serviced and checked my car.

They took the time to diagnose one of those, "but it was doing it all day yesterday" issues that goes away when you get to the mechanic. They were patient and never looked at me like a check sheet or a crazy person.. fixed! All good relaxed vibe.

We had a check engine light come on while driving from north carolina to Oregon. Cal got us in and out the next day . They gave me a ride to and from the shop . We called several shops they all said we would need an appointment it would be a few days .

John Sarantidis is the best. Always answers all of my questions,and there are alot as I'm new to Mercedes just purchasing a used SL500. Always gives me hands on instructions on operation of options. Always in and out quickly, depending on type of service. This is a top notch dealership and service facility, and would recommend to everyone.
