Stopped by just to visit. Visiting from Michigan. Was not looking to purchase, but wanted some information because I was definitely interested in getting a bike in the near future. Sam, was amazing. He answered all my questions even though he knew he wasn't going to make a sale from me that day. He was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. The employees were all also kind and the store was so fun to visit. Definitely stop by if you're around!

Not very much stock, very few motorcycles. Lounge was not like others. No free beverages or snacks. Staff was very nice and helpful. They had a big and tall section which we loved.

Go out of state. The sales and management don't want your loyalty or brotherhood for bikers. $ and way more then there worth. You'll get a better bike and better deals out of Vegas. Especially from. LV Harley-Davidson. Stay away.

I don't own a Harley. A friend does and I went in there to buy a few gifts for him. Really nice staff and lots of items. Tremendous amount of Bikes for sale as well. There is currently construction going on in the area around it which sucks a little bit.

I ve never been so unimpressed with a Harley Davidson establishment, I I have patiently waited for one set of brake pads for over eight days now. When I called parts department yesterday, not only did they sound rude and condescending, they also showed zero ambition of trying to help. Figure out where they were. Not only is the staff rude and unprofessional, but in my opinion I truly don t believe they care about a cyclist unless they re profiting on it in commission.

For five years now, Las Vegas Harley has been a required stop for my wife and I when we re in town. Naturally, we purchase our motorcycles from dealerships closer to home on the East Coast, but we come here to buy overpriced T-shirts and goodies for ourselves, and friends and family when we re in town. This time out (Friday 11/10/23), we had a particularly terrible experience with a female sales associate (she could have been one of the managers though, but was in the apparel section at the time; I wish I caught her name). It seemed like she had just had a bit of a tiff with another associate in apparel (Quinesha, who had a MUCH better attitude and was quite pleasant), so maybe she was still in a mood. Anyway, as we re collecting our items for purchase, this other woman begins to lecture us about maintaining the integrity of her shelved shirts, and drones on for quite a while on the topic, being quite obnoxious and disrespectful in the process. Clearly, she had made some kind of value judgement about us, and decided we weren t worth basic courtesy as customers. The only items we disturbed were those we were about to take to the register. However, after this woman s tirade, we folded our items back up nicely, re-shelved the rest, and promptly left the shop. Perhaps a couple of hundred dollars in apparel sales is nothing to this shop. Judging from the empty parking lot, they probably shouldn t be so quick to dismiss customers. We have plenty of choices of where to spend our dollars. A little courtesy goes a long way. Someone in authority needs to talk to this woman. In the meantime, this will no longer be a required stop for us on our visits to Las Vegas.

Heard lots of stories of negative issues with HD. Found to be one of my best motorcycle buying experiences in 36 years of riding and buying bikes. Let me test ride brand new bikes to figure the bike i wanted the most. The parts department has been super knowledgable and helpfull, even letting me change my orders midway due to my indecisiveness. The purchase was fast and really worked on price with me. Then after purchase all have helped with questions and support. Unfortunately the dealer likes to charge rediculous setup fees, when HD Corp pays the dealets for the setup cost equal to 3% of the msrp. This is known by all dealerships, but i guess why not rip off the customer for a litle extra while at it.

Nice shop. Large selection of bikes. They have a rental program. Great clothing selection. The bike in my post is the exact one that I own, in a trike.. WOW. Mind blowing... If a salesperson was right there at the time I saw it, it might have been sold. Wife and I are impulse buyers.... It was about 15 minutes before a salesperson came over to me.... I had too much time to get back to reality... He did try !!!

Had a bike shipped there from Florida. Had to pay $160 for them to inspect the bike when it got delivered and they didn't even check the battery. It was at 7.6v when I arrived to pick it up because the hauler never put the bike intransport mode, so I ended up having to buy a new battery and pay for them to install it also. Why did I need to pay $160 for an inspection that obviously wasn't done properly. Which also cost me another $235 for the battery + install.

I was truly impressed when my new wife said I can ride me a Harley a day after I got married. What a woman! Las Vegas Harley had me at hello. They treated me like VIP from the moment I stepped in there. Sean in the rental department is the man! I rented for a day at a reasonable rate. Unlimited miles and they provide a helmet. Las Vegas LAW! smh.. I rented a street glide and it road very well through the French Mountains. Loved it!

Largest showroom I've ever been in throughout the country selection was huge service was impeccable answered every question on the dime all employees knew exactly what they were doing hard to find nowadays came in to buy a couple items walked out with a few because of the fantastic service the next time I'm in Las Vegas I will make a point of visiting their showroom again because of my great experience with them love you guys

Husband and I stopped in here while in Vegas. Like almost any Harley Davidson we've been to across the country. Large, clean, well kept building space. Nice bikes. Good service. Friendly helpful staff.

One of the biggest Harley Davidson stores out there! Staff was super friendly and plenty of bikes and merchandising to check out. It's located South of the strip but only a few minutes ride from the strip. Would definitely recommend to any bike enthusiast or just anyone who can appreciate good craftsmanship!

My bike broke down in the middle of a 7k mile trip at Vegas. Luckily, we were able to make it to this dealership before they closed that Saturday. Brandon, although their service shop was already closed was able to get my bike scheduled to be looked at the following day which is Sunday. I was very surprised that they even have their service shop open at Sundays which is very rare. A major mechanical problem which could have ruined the engine and could have turned disastrous for me. They got it fixed for me within 5 hrs. I finished the whole trip in one peace safely while having my bike running like a champ!!! No word can express my gratitude to the crews of this dealership. Thank you very much !!!

I m not a Harley guy but I m always impressed every time I step into one of the dealerships. Harley really does have excellent customer services. All the staff were friendly, laid back, and willing to help. They offered refreshments and have a beautiful show room. I rented a bike here and the process was easy and quick. Only complaint was that the bike I rented was in poor shape and needed repairs. Overall I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of every staff member.
