This is the second time I came to this shop to get my issue fixed. The owner, I think his name is Juan was so wonderful to speak with and he made sure the issue I had with my car was fixed. The ladies at the reception desk were very nice and took their time to also ask me the reason for visiting. I left my car in the morning, got the car in a couple of hours and the price to fix the issue was affordable. If you want the best customer service and affordability I would go to Las Vegas Collision Center.

I have to say at first, I truly dreaded looking for a body repair shop to fix the damages on the bumper of my car. Then I finally called Las Vegas Collision Center to get a quote. I went to the shop and was greeted with two lovely ladies (what a relief to see and talk to ladies in the auto body shop). Juan assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote that I ended up not claiming It to our insurance company. My car was fixed beautifully in just a couple of days. That was an about a year ago. Then my husband had a minor accident that did not involve another vehicle and we took the car there to get fixed. Once again, they ve done a fabulous job and looked like it was never damaged and we were able to pay it out of pocket because it cost us not much more than our deductible would be. Then yesterday, I went down for another car issue and Juan was able to secure the loose part underneath my car and charged me nothing. I know what you re thinking ladies WHAAAAAT!!!! NOOO WAAAAY!!! Oh yes way! So to all the ladies that have phobia in auto body shop for whatever reason, I highly recommend you to come to this place. You won t be disappointed. You re welcome.

Their customer service was fantastic and made me feel confident in their ability to fix my mothers car. Lupe inspected the car and made sure to check every single nook and cranny before giving me an estimate, something no one else did. The car took about 5 days which seemed long, but it was worth the wait as you can tell everything was done correctly. They took care of calling the person who hit my moms car and arranged payment plans with her which took the stress off of this entire situation. Plus we now have a life time warranty!

The place is a very cosy place, the receptionist is very helpful, and they help you very fast with good price. While you waiting a free water, coffee and cookies are there. The doing the fix well in excellent quality and mostly on time. In case if anybody need to fix a collision or update the vehicle body color, paint, protection this is the place to go.

From start to finish great business. Office personally was on top of it dealing with my insurance company and car rental. So stress free. Body work was perfection. Would hogly recommend.

Juan is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!!The first time I happened upon this establishment I was driving around obtaining quotes after I unfortunately had a box in my new BMW 430i and let the trunk hatch open too much and it hit the top of the garage crunching the whole hatchback. Juan came out and gave me a very fair quote, finished the car before the quoted time, and most importantly fixed my car to better than new! Perfectly painted and flawless.Another time we brought our Escalade and they replaced the headlamps and professionally cleaned the light covers.Currently my son s Cadillac CTS headlamps needed the bulbs replaced and Juan is making sure it s all handled and done.Juan really goes above and beyond, exceptionally knowledgeable, amazing prices, and top notch customer service. The owner really cares about his business ensuring quality service and the best prices.This is the BEST automotive place we ve ever been too. Definitely worth the drive from Summerlin! Courteous staff. Great communication. Good color matching and dent removal. I really like how Las Vegas Collision Center communicated with the other driver s insurance so I wouldn t have to. It was pricey, but the other driver s insurance paid for the service.Service to my car was ok. It took a little longer than expected, but they paid for the rental car. They replaced my passenger door with a door that has some wear and tear. It was unnoticeable at first because the worn out area was polished. They replaced my rear bumper and now I have to slam the trunk for it to close.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

MAAAN LET ME TELL YOU, this place is a spirit of excellence! I have 3 cars on Turo, and the first one they did was amazing, not to mention. They called me and said it s not ready because they weren t satisfied with the finish. For them to call me and tell me that shows a company that wants work to be completed. Took my car there didn't regret it, it was all good everything looked super detail. Marisol and jessica took care of everything. I waited a little bit long but at the end was worth the wait! Definitly a good place to take your car and have it back to normal

When I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean and nice this place looked. I was greeted right away, their customer service is out standing! Lupe gave me a great estimate compared to other companies. She made the whole process so much easier for me, constantly kept me in the loop. Their work was amazing and they finished the job very quickly. When I went to pick up my car, it looked so nice and new I barely recognized it. I want to thank everyone here for the amazing work. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go here! Thanks again guys :)

My experience with this shop has been amazing!! All the staff is extremely helpful and super nice. I'm glad I decided to come here to get my car fixed. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and gave me my car back good as new. If I ever need work again in the future I will for sure come back here, as well as refer people to them. They rock!!! Thanks so much guys for taking care of my car and being such a pleasure to work with.

I give this place 5 stars from front to back. I ve brought my car to Las Vegas Collision Center twice and both times were great experiences. The people who work the front desk are very nice and personable and the people who worked on my car did a great job. This is my second experience with Las Vegas collision center and by far the worst service and customer service I ve ever experience in life. The first time I brought in my red 2013 Audi A5 for a minor dent in the bumper . Fortunately everything went smoothly. Not so fortunate my second time around thought ! I had to bring in my 2018 A5 sport back for what I thought was something minor , aCracked rim and broken control arm but they had my car for 3 months and every week they would demand money and say my car would be done but none of that was true seeing how I had to wait 3 months and the day it was done they called me 2 hours before they closed and demanded that I bring them there money or else they would be charging me $75 a day in storage fees . Inside it say they will charge storage fees two days after work is completed . After I picked my vehicle up the next day the undercarriage of my car was scraping while drying on the freeway and I had to pull over and get my car towed to the nearest shop to have screws put in that s they forgot to do to prevent further damage . I called them as soon as I noticed the problem but no answer and I left a message asking when is the best time I can return the vehicle to get fixed and still have not been reached out to . It s been seven days now and I came in to get my rim fixed but they didn t even replace the tire that was damaged in the accident . And come to find out I have almost all of my wheels covers missing from all of my tires . Mind you this is a brand new car with only 30k miles on it . Last but no least they agreee to fix the drivers window that was shattered out but unfortunately did not replace it with the proper window. It s not even made by audi or fits properly and does not seal. Everytime I m driving I m hearing wind and all my cold a/c leaks out the window. I hope it doesn t rain . I am completely unsatisfied with services especially the wait and paying insurance and a car note for a car that s been in the shop for 3 months . Not to mention 14 hours of paint supplies and 14 hours of paint labor . My question is what got painted?????? My rims????????Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I took my once beautiful Pearl White, heavily damaged front and rear end Lexus to LVCC and they magically transformed it into showroom condition. WOW amazing work.Juan and Lupe, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. Great people. Great company. Professional work. After someone tried to break into my car, they dealt with my insurance company, gave me a reasonable estimate, and got me my vehicle back. I was so stressed having to choose a body shop to fix my baby right. Quality work and customer service is a thing of the past. So I read reviews and settled on lv collision center. Wow!!! It was a great choice. Several thousand bucks damage rear passenger corner they made it look like new. I'm so happy with the work. They drove me to the rental car and drove me back to lv collision center no down time. I highly recommend Las Vegas collision center. Ask for Lupe, she knows all the insurance adjusters and rental car companies. Lupe is the best you'll see. Look how Well they put my baby back together

LV Collision Center gave me an estimate that was 1/2 the price of AutoNation's estimate, and the actual amount I paid was spot on to their estimate for my front end collision repair. Multiple people looked at my car for the free estimate, and the girls at the office were extremely helpful with all my questions (thanks Lupe!). When they were done, they delivered the car to my workplace, and it was like brand new! It looked like it had been completely detailed and fresh off the lot. Great people, awesome prices, fast turnaround time. They were very also very transparent about my options for what work would could be done and the associated prices. Thanks so much!

Great experience. I got sideswiped and had to get my car fixed. I'm so happy I brought it here! They kept in touch every step of the way. There was some miscommunication and I had to bring my car back and they were more than helpful assisting with a second rental and making sure that I was satisfied with their services. They dropped me off to pick my rental up and even offered a ride if the rental place was closed. I couldn't ask for more. My car looked brand new when I got it. Thank you Lupe and the other ladies at LVCC and of course the mechanics and everyone in the shop for making this an easy process during a stressful and painful time.

Had a family member get into an accident they chose this place don t know or why they did but they did anyways they paid all outta pocket to get there car fixed had a electrical piece break and they couldn t get it fixed or programmed and we asked them to call and let us know so we could figure it out before hand but I guess not so the next steps we are going to take are1. Get the car back and get it fixed and the other step is to file a complaint at the DMV since they wanna be lazy you shouldn t own a busy if you don t wanna do the job and if it was done by an insurance company I would have a them by a noose because they would not allow the vehicle to be released if it wasn t running

Lupa was amazing. Owners are very understanding. All of my calls were returned right away. They did a great job coordinating my rental and insurance. They make car repairs convenient and quick! Thank you again for amazing customer service!!

I was referred by friend and I have to recognize that they did a great job. They worked with me after they provided me with the total repair cost and the office stuff was really professional, especially Guadalupe.I totally recommend this place if you want to have your vehicle fixed correctly.Silvana Guinto

I highly recommend this shop to anyone! They are very caring and helpful, especially in my situation after being in a accident which can be very stressful. They kept in contact with me through out the whole process and had my car done sooner than I expected. They also covered my $500 deductible ! Thank you for all your help Las Vegas Collision Center you guys are awesome :)

I had trouble getting my 2018 Honda Pilot fixed. I'm from out of town, the Pilot was in an accident, and I had it towed to this facility after a cursory internet search.It took my 13 weeks to get my vehicle back.It came back with a driver's side visor that would fall off if swung out to the driver's side windowI requested a full detail on the interior of the vehicle. All I got was a cursory wipe down, and charged $150.I was charged for delivery of the vehicle out to me, even though I had arranged for someone to fly out and pick up the vehicle, on the first promised date, at about the 8 week mark.The fog lamp on the driver's side was damaged in the collision, and not replaced.It was a frustrating experience to try and arrange for this repair from 1000 mi away. It seemed like an extraordinary length of time to get the vehicle back, even though it was not urgent to get it back.The overall quality of the repair was good. Body work is good.There was a CEL code that was not reset, and that was annoying.

My old work truck needed some love!So this morning, I called the shop and they did not hesitate to assist me over the phone. They promptly invited me to the shop so they can diagnose my vehicle. Since I was on a time crunch I took it in asap!. I met with the shop owner CARLOS right off the bat. He diagnosed my truck and after a quick estimate I had him perform the work.
