How refreshing it was to find an honest family owned business. I came in with a rattle in my 2020 Audi Q3 door that a previous mechanic could not find nor fix. Within 20 mins Jorge and his son Edgar located the rattle and fixed it without charging me since it was quite an easy fix. I ve found my new shop for auto work.

Can't say enough about this family run business. The service, the price everything was exceptional!!! Went in for oil change also got the brakes done they also checked my rear rotors and brakes went above and beyond very friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely be returning to get my car serviced.

Very nice and super fast service. 13 mins from the time I handed them my keys until the time I got them back with a completed oil change. I think it s a family business and they treat customers like family too.

Walked in and was greeted very nice atmosphere. Went In For brakes and rotor change and was taken care of .They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend. Will return for tFuture repairs.

Awesome work on my brakes and routers, very professional! The owner went above and beyond to show me my damaged parts to reassure me of the need for repair. I will definitely be back. I love that they are family owned and operated!

I needed my front brakes replaced and was able to not only get it first thing on a Saturday morning but all the work was done within 2 hours. The brakes are working great. They showed me pictures of how my old brakes looked and pictures once the new ones were installed. The pricing was very reasonable and everything was explained in detail.I highly recommend them!Service: Brakes

First off I would like to start by saying I am extremely disappointed on the fact that I even have to right this review.For Local readers: I am one of the owner's of Blackjack Window Tinting. We are located at the Fantastic Swap Meet on Oakey and Decatur. If you are one of the 600 Clients we have had this summer and was recommended this place for any car services, please read this review and know that I/we will no longer recommend this company! Please Contact us with any questions if not answered by this review.I had brought my 2007 Lexus GS350 to George for a new timing chain and 100000 mile tune up. When I first brought my car there was nothing wrong except a small tick sound on start up. The car was extremely clean as I am a car detailer myself. There was one scratch and one small door ding that was pointed out. George took pictures and said the car would be done in a few days. After about a week I reached out to him, he said that they had some trouble getting some parts and the timing chain.After 2 weeks my car was done and George delivered the car to our shop. Immediately I had noticed new scratches/dings, and a horrific smell of burning oil. He told me that they had a small leak and some oil got onto the engine. I drove the car, even with a little disappointment from the new scratches. The car seemed to drive well. After a few days the sound of the timing chain returned but was louder as well as a small vibration at idle. I called Gorge and he immediately told me to bring it back. So chancing not have a car for a couple days I brought it back. After 1.5 weeks I went to get my car. Not only is the car not fixed its worse. Also they had backed the car into something and put a huge gash in my bumper!!! I talked to George about this and he immediately said that the damage was already there and had 2 perfect pictures of it! I can assure you all, this damage was not on my car!!!! So not only is my car not fixed, it is damaged and George's stance is that it was already there except you can clearly see where someone tried to polish it out!! As well as the perfectly placed pictures! That being said not only is my car damaged, the car now is absolutely not running well! I had ask for George to refund his labor. I would pay for the parts that they put in the car so that I can take this car to Lexus and have it fixed properly. I have yet to have the money refuned. Readers Please beware of this shop! I see other reviews of good work. I am happy for them.. I did not receive that kind of quality.

I have been in Las vegas for 10 years, and it has been hard to find a good mechanic. RICKY was very helpful he was honest and fair. The pricing was very reasonable, and they were quick. My car is running great, and I will definitely be returning. I finally found a good mechanic and will be referring everyone.

Not the best experience. I visited because they had a groupon for brake and rotor resurfacing. Idk how long I was there but I was able to take a nap. Brakes started squeaking badly again within a cpl days. I called and set another appointment (which was kinda a hassle cause I live quite a ways from the location).Second visit I was told, We told you, you need new rotors so whatever s brakes we put on will squeak . I am fairly knowledgeable about auto repairs and I keep note of what repairs are recommended next. I was NEVER told that I needed new rotors during my last visitAlso during second visit they couldn t even find my brake warranty so I had to go thru my credit card transactions to prove I had my brakes done there.I need a reliable, honest car repair shop. I did not feel those things here. I would up having the brakes and rotors swapped out elsewhere.

They did an oil change and changed my spark plugs on my car. Also let me know everything else that was wrong so I knew what needed to be fixed in the future. Transparent and quick. I made a same day appointment and they showed me exactly what the issue was with my car. I was able to look under my car and see that they were only going to work on what I came in for. I was in and out in 2 hours. I took my car in because it was making a lot of noises, I had a diagnostic test done and found the problems. Several of them, motor mounts, shocks, oil leaks,power steering hose tuneup oil change . They repaired what I could afford to pay, and I will return for what s left in a few weeks. They are all very nice and they don t over charge I will be telling all my friends too go too them. I was a victim of scam. Paid for transmission to be changed and broke down repeatedly after being told I had a warranty. VA stayed parked at location and for months made me believe it was being worked on. Still walking for 11 months now. New I had small children. Said he would refund me at least part of my $ 7000 in different things he said was wrong never did. He was polite but still took my money.

I went in to get my air fixed and they had it fixed in a few minutes. Meanwhile my truck would not pass smog so I asked the man if he could fix the things that autozone said needed fixing. He insisted on running another diagnostic on my truck and fixed Everything on it EXCEPT what it needed to pass smog. After about 4 thousand dollars of work my truck STILL won t pass smog and this man has not accommodated me in anyway! So 1 year ago I took my car to this shop he told he fixed all the things that was supposed to be wrong with my car and charged me $3200.00 to it being a year later and I m fixing everything again that I was told was fixed. Please do not use this company he did not offer to help out or nothing he just keep stating I let the repair expire and I should of brought it back to him. Like I told him I did not know a year later that I would need the same repairs again. And I m not a mechanic so he pretty much got $3200 for free that I did not have.

This is the kind of shop that gives the automatics industry a bad rap. I brought my truck in about 2 months ago, and I waited until I confirmed my suspicion to write this review.For one, George is not a bad guy. He s a business owner who s trying to keep doors open, but unfortunately he staffs it with technicians that really don t know what they are doing. (They left bolts on the floor, tools in the engine bay and broke my hood latch).I had an AC issue, and it wasn t fixed but I was charged for all the labor hours and for the AC to be leveled out. But it wasn t leveled out because the next shop I took it to said the same thing.Except that shop actually made it right and didn t charge until the job was completed and the problem was fixed.Take your complicated work elsewhere, and think twice before spending any serious money with these guys.

I want to give a big shoutout to the team at LA Auto Center for the work they did on my 2004 Camry. I came in looking for an oil change and a laundry list of other repairs. They were very efficient and fair with prices. I'll definitely be coming back for any future issues.
