My van sprung a leak and needed a new water pump ASAP , they got me in and done in the one day and stayed late to finish it up so I could get back on the road. Great job, great price, great staff!! Thank you Korner Kwik lube team!!

Great service. Attentive both in the office and the shop. Joe was amazing, knowledgeable, and thorough. The price quoted was the price I paid and it was Very reasonable. Just found my new go-to shop. Thank u Joe!Just used them again on my Beemer. Joe was amazing! Kept me updated and even sent me pics throughout the repairs. This was the second time in a row, I had to return my van to your shop after an oil change, because of oil leaking on my garage floor. I have been coming to your shop for years and never experienced this problem. I am letting you know because if it happens a third time I will find another oil change business.

I was the 3rd person there when they opened. 2 people came in 45 minutes after I arrived. They got oil changes just like me. They serviced their vehicles before mine. I asked if I was skipped and was told they mixed up the paperwork. After 2.5 hours of waiting, my vehicle was finally finished. I wasn't offered anything for the mishap or even given an apology. Also, the person you runs the register was over 30 minutes late. So the garage was open, but nobody could be helped(except for 1 lady getting a smog) until that person showed up to check us in. Overall a horrible experience. Woke up early for nothing!!!Service: Oil change

I had a problem with my 93 Nissan pickup passing smog. The mechanic at Korner Kwik Lube was very knowledgeable and hung in there in finding the problem. EXCELLENT SERVICE--I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. (This is coming from a retired. Mechanic who spent his life as a diagnostic mechanic.)

Visited in the beginning of December. I arrived right when they opened at 8am. So my visit was not long although New owner took over, kind and courteous staff. Mechanic that I talked to was knowledgeable and explained the faulty part on my vehicle. Price seemed fair even though it didn't take 2hrs for the oil change and installation of the part that I was charged for. I would still return due to the honesty of the employees.

Great work they rebuilt my engine for me at a great price I couldn't find anywhere else, they have amsoil which is great for my car, I will definitely be a returning customer. Great experience. The receptionist was extremely helpful. They were able to complete my required work at almost have the cost of another repair shop. They got me in and out quickly. Bringing both cars here for routine maintenance.

Went for an oil change and they didn't put enough oil in my truck and it overheated on my way home. Avoid this place as much as possible!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars!!! If you want idiots working on your vehicle go here!!!!

The girl seemed agitated, like I was bothering her, I asked questions about the service I had received and she basically told me that whatever service that was done was done by the previous owners and that they weren t responsible. I was asking for a part number not complaining about the service. Poor customer service is not a good look for the new owner

I went in to get a smog test, the gentleman behind the counter told me it would 30 to 45 minute wait. I had called an hour before I went in and they told me they can do it in an hour. I am a state licensed smog technician and law states I am not allowed to test my vehicle. It literally takes 5 minutes to perform a test including paying for it. I have worked in the auto repair industry for 40 years and you sir have very poor customer service. Your bays where empty. I would always take the 5 minutes to test a vehicle and satisfy the needs of a potential return customer. I know you don't care but I went down the street and got my car tested within 5 minutes. Guess where I'm going if I need other work? Not you.

My car was towed here after hours, they even stayed late so it could be droped off. Then my car was fixed and ready for me to pick up in less then 24 hours... thank you!!

Stopped by to get a smog test on one of my vehicles and found out they do other repair work.Brought my other vehicle in that was leaking oil.Gave me a run down of all the possible problems it could have been.Started with the less pricey repair to see if it solved the issue and it did.Very friendly and helpful staff, would definitely recommendService: General repairs & maintenance

My hubby took his truck to Korner Kwick Lube for an oil change as he has for a few years. This time the technician accidentally drained the transmission fluid and overfilled the oil. My husband noticed the white smoke immediately when driving away and went right back. The head technician took over and corrected the problem.The next day he received a call from the owner who apologized for the mistake. Brian told him that he was going to take his truck to the Toyota dealership to ensure there wasn t any damage. Oscar agreed that he should and to bring the bill to him.Toyota verified the transmission and engine were good at a cost over $400. (Current dealer prices I guess). Brian called Oscar and let him know the price Toyota charged and while not happy, he told Brian to come in and they d give him a check which they did.We realize mistakes happen and good help, since the pandemic, is hard to find but it s nice to know there are still companies out there who can admit to their mistakes and take care of their customers even at a loss to themselves.
