Picked up my car from getting a simple tint and found broken glass in my trunk. Please take these reviews seriously because they are all true. After I confronted them about the broken glass, they lied and said a car next to me had a broken glass. How would that get into my closed trunk. It is very embarrassing how they do business. Please do not take your vehicles here. Now I have no warranty because I do not trust them to ever work on my car again. They did replace the rear window with an authentic Toyota one which I am grateful for, but they should not have lied to me. I am so happy I didn't get charged. I still don't know what happened.

Called to have a new windshield put in my semi truck the shop had me in withing 2 hours and installed the new windshield within 2 hrs I will bring any trucks here for a windowGREAT WORK TO KINGS AUTO GLASS

Man I appreciate you guys. I got my windows tinted from them in Feb and one of my back tinted windows was damaged. They provide a lifetime warranty. I was the very first person there for a simple window regulator. Nobody else was there. It took them 3 hours to fix my problem. Not because it was difficult, but because they all started working on their buddies' cars first. 3 hours, man...... Every time I checked "Oh 10 more minutes" (they meant another hour). I was quoted one price and charged more, too. When it was done, the person who did the job walked off, giving me the silent treatment after I did say thank you, polite. So, if you like waiting forever and horrible customer service, then hey.... NOT ONE PERSON KEPT ME UPDATED WHILE I WAITED. Quoted $40, paid $220 afterward.

Got our front windshield replaced here and they broke a piece on the side of my truck and never told us and as I was driving on the freeway it flew off and we then noticed all they did was try and glue it back together. We went back multiple times trying to talk to a manager which for some reason is NEVER there and the people that are there are very rude and have horrible attitudes.. they basically laugh in your face. We have never heard back from them after all of the messages and it s been almost a year already.. I don t know how any company thinks this is acceptable and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone..

These guys are pros last time I broke my windshield it left air coming in from another guy I dealt with. Better price And better service than anyone else I ve dealt with!

I had my front window replaced a little over a year ago,and have gone back many times trying to get it fixed and kept getting a run a round from everyone, I thought my window was done good,went home didn't wash it foralmost a week just to be sure although they said 3 days,,it does not rain much in Vegas but once it did the it leaked into my car over the driver side visor and got the carpet wet to,this happens every time it rains,now because it has been over a year they wont fix it and its notfair because they were the ones giving me the run-around,i shouldn't have to pay another $185 because you cant cant fix a mistake you did

Prejudice service, as soon as they saw my Puerto Rican key chain on the keys that were handed to them instantly the service downgraded. This family business should be ashamed of themselves after what my husband and I went through with them. I went in to get all my windows tinted - they told me it would take 2 hours. 3 hours passed and I had called to see if they were ready and the son - and "son" is what I refer to him because neither of them were professional enough to introduce themselves. So the son tells me "20 mins you can come by" following his instructions I make my way to get my car and they were STILL working on it and I was waiting for almost another hour. Bubbles appeared and the mother tells me in Spanish because she said she doesn't speak any English at all "if the bubbles don't go down in three days come back" I proceed to check out my car and noticed that the windshield wasn't tinted as I asked. Which I mentioned to there rude son who didn't even acknowledge if he heard me or not. She seems frustrated, I tell her add it please. So now I gotta waste another 30 minutes and wait in my mothers car luckily because their waiting room is a joke. They left a mess when they were done, strips of the material they use to tint the windows were left all inside my car, I went to pay with my card and the lady shakes her head no and says she doesn't take the card...um okay, so I pay in cash. Three days go by and the tints are all bubbly, my husband and I stop by to show them and the mother proceeds to say she'll fix it but now she's speaking English perfectly fine and understands it well now that my husband is talking to her with authority. So I ask "I thought you didn't speak English" and then replies in Spanish " a little bit" Okay lady you're playing games and I don't like it at all - I tell my husband how I feel, he is also frustrated because he was referred by his job & when we mention her husband Christian's name now she is acting like there isn't no one by that name. I tell my husband let's get our money back and let them take the tints off because this is ridiculous now. My husband went the next day to get the tints removed they aren't happy to see us, the wife already has an attitude because my husband is taking pictures of the tints. She starts to mock my husband by speaking in Spanish in a Puerto Rican dialect - assuming he is Puerto Rican when he isn't, he's actually Cuban which sounds similar. My husband was beyond frustrated at this point and embarrassed as well. Not only did they did a horrible service putting the tints on they did even worse job taking them off by cutting my window side panel! Not only did we get our money back, we also got money for the damage they caused. They should just shut down and find something else to do where they don't have to deal with customers because there service deserves 0 stars. (review was written by my wife)

Due to low windshield stock supplies nationwide as a result of Covid, they were able to find an excellent used windshield for my Nissan Frontier for far less money

They did come but they were 2.5 hrs late. Every time I called they did the whole, We got stuck in traffic. We ll be there in 15. Then when they got here they brought the wrong glass so instead of being without my car for 30 min, it ended up being 3 hrs. I get that things happen, but let me know so I can adjust my day.
