I was in a hit and run that cosmetically damaged my rear bumper on my Forester. While it didn't affect any major parts, the bumper was still ready to peel off and it barely snapped back in place. My insurance sent me here and I'm so happy they did. The staff got me taken care of within a week (sooner than originally estimated). The repair was flawless and the process was simple and easy. I'll be recommending them to everyone!

Mike was amazing, he was able to get me in super fast, got my part ordered, and my car was finished the same day. My car was returned like brand new was clean. The windows were even clean. I wouldn t hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone I know that would need, their car repaired. And the front desk was amazing too. She was the first one. I talked to when I called to set up an appointment. Previous to coming to Kaizen I went to a competitor down the street and their quote was $900 more just to get my car in and it would ve taken up to two weeks. If I could give you 10 stars, I would thank you so much.

Findlay Chevrolet does not have their own shop. This is their go to shop.. We dropped our 2020 Traverse there on Valentine's Day. They will have it as long as they like 2 weeks or more.. You would expect a dealership to have a bodyshop & do top of the line work so our expectations are running high.. I will be back when the job is complete.

Over-priced. I took my car for a free estimate and they tried to charge me almost 7 thousand bucks to fix it . Just to replace the front bumper paint it, lights and some details. The body - structure was ok. Skyrocket. I found another place where they changed me 1500 bucks. My car looked terrific.

They did a great job repainting my car. The end result was good except for the reassembly. A side door mold was missing, my tire flaps were gone, and I had to come back to put them on. Worst of all one of the mechanics uninstalled and stole my Viper car alarm and the owner was less than willing to help me find out what happenedP.S. I had multple conversations with the owner and there was no resolution. And neither were the police

UNBELIVABLE! Its better you stay away!Kaizen Collision Center & Auto Body Shop tows my damaged accidented car and hold it for 12 days without any update or repair. I asked what s going on and the answer was: We have transferred this vehicle to another Kaizen Body Shop. We are no more responsible.The other Auto body shop told me, that no repair has been done yet and they don't know when it will start.Result: after 12 days the car has been returned to me without any repair or written statement.Kaizen Collision Center & Auto Body Shop didn t response to e-mails anymore.Addendum to response from Kaizen Collission:1. Interested that you respond to a 1 star rating from me. No response to e-mail or direct contact. Shame on you!2. Kaizen Collision did not tow my vehicle until the insurance company issued a certificate of coverage. You have a car in repair and nothing happened for 12 days! This situation is outrageous3. You writing her: We hope you give us another shot in the future.. My answer: You see me never again!

Every person I spoke with was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They made something as stressful as a car accident so much easier and gave me a very clear picture of what to expect. I was updated consistently and was never left wondering what was going on with my vehicle. Everyone was amazing, but Branden in particular took great care of me and is an absolute asset to this team! Certified did awesome work on my car and were very patient with me. When an incident outside of their control caused further damage they fixed the issue and made me whole before I was even aware of the event. They were honest and upfront, would definitely recommend. Certified was a "preferred shop" by my insurance company. I've had two episodes of road rash hitting my car on freeways, and one recent parking lot hit and run, so I've used Certified now for the third time. Excellent work by Kurtis and his crew. Their work looks great. They told me it would take about three days....it took two. Nice! Car was washed when work was completed, and a paper floor mat on the drivers side to keep it looking almost showroom new. Insurance matters, rental car loaner, and shuttle ride to Enterprise all handled by Certified. Nice work! Couldn't ask for more.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Thank you Certified Auto Body for fixing the damage to my passenger side door. It looks like nothing ever happened! I also appreciate how the car was washed and small blemishes buffed out. Good work, but poor customer service skills. After waiting for 2 months, they pre-ordered the parts but didn't advise me the parts were lost or "misdelivered" until we showed up for our appointment.This caused another week of waiting and the communication skills were very substandard.

They did great work! I was rear-ended and had that covered by the other guy's insurance. Met Life recommended this place. I decided to go ahead and fix some other body damage I'd had on the car for a year, and they gave me an excellent cash price ($200-500 lower than other estimates I received around town.) Work was done quickly and they were super communicative. Great experience!

They did a great job fixing my lift gate and side mirror. The paint match was excellent and the only issue is that Subaru kept sending the wrong mirror glass. They sent stalk instead of the custom glass...

I had numerous surface scratchers across my passenger door that was caused by someone's metal button on their jeans. I went into Certified Auto Body Center to get an estimate to remove these scratches. I had never been there before, and I was amazed how pristine, clean, and professional this business was. Shelby was the gentleman that came out to give me an estimate. Instead of an estimate, Shelby grabbed a handheld buffer, and removed the scratches from my door within 2 minutes. He is the sweetest man ever! His small act of kindness, completely changed my day. Now that is great customer service and that will be the only business I will return to should I need any further auto body work!! I had nothing but good vibes from the moment I walked into their office.

Just got my car repaired at Certified Auto Body after a fender bender. I didn't think they would be able match the paint on my older, but beloved car. Boy, was I wrong! My car looks perfect and you would never know it had been dinged up at all. They handled all the insurance approvals and kept us informed on the status as they went along. I have used Certified Auto Body Center a few times in the last 3 years, and i have been happy with all of the results and customer service. They know what can be done and how long and they are not afraid to go to dealer to get specialized items completed which can not be done in house at a certified level. This thinking makes me feel that they are a true company for the client and not always for their pocket book. Would recommend them anything needed..

Took my car n for an estimate on the hood as a cardboard box hit my car while I was driving leaving terrible mArks. I expected to have an insurance claim with $500 deductible but the wonderful guy named Speedie said let me take your car in the back and in less then 10 minutes he had made the marks disappear . No charge. Wonderful. He could have charged me but he was so gracious.As a senior I was totally Greatful. Now that's customer service at its best

AGAINMY NEIGHBOR TOOK THEIR CAR IN FOR REPAIRONLY 4 OUT OF THE 20 PLASTIC CLIP WAS PUT BACK AFTER THE REPAIR AND THE PAN IS JUST HANGING ON AND FLAPINGWHAT A JOB!!!HI THIS IS TO THE OWNER AND ALL THE CUSTOMERSI HAD BODY WORK DONE THERE TWO MONTHS AGOIF YOU WANT TO TREAT LIKE A CUSTOMER, DO NOT COME HERETHE BODYWORK IS GOODSERVICE ADVISOR SHELBY BROWN IS VERY BADTHIS IS THE EXACT WORD HE USE, YOU COULD TAKE YOUR BUSSINESS SOME WHERE ELSE, JUST BECAUSE I HAVE QUESTIONSWE ALL UNDERSTAND THERE ARE BACK UP REPAIR TO WORK ONTWO WEEKS APPOINTMENT FOR ESTIMATE AND THREE MORE FOR THE REPAIR TO START, IF NOT FOR THAT I WOULD HAD JUST DO WHAT HE ADVISORIS THIS AN EMPLOYEE YOU WANT!!!!
