Excellent service. Went in for a standard brake job, was greeted at my car before I could make it inside. He Promptly took my car inside the shop to take a look at the problems. He then brought me to my car and actually showed me what I needed fixed right then and what needed replaced soon but could wait. I was so impressed I had them fix it all. Honest shop, honest mechanics and fair prices. Will be recommending THIS Just Brakes shop to all my friends and Family.

Not trustworthy, and doesn't honor their warranty. Took in for standard break maintenance. Service was a little expensive, but not terrible and was satisfactory... for a few weeks. One rear break began squeaking sporadically. I wasn't worried about it at first, but when it got to be a little more consistent I took it back for them to look at it. Took them 2 hours to figure out the problem (I had an appointment and I told them exactly what was wrong. Should have been in and out with the repair in less than an hour.) The shoe wasn't wearing evenly, due to improper instalation, and they wanted to charge me labor to replace the pad and machine the rotor (which wasn't needed, but they refused to only replace the shoes). Took it to another shop that replaced the shoes for what these guys wanted for machining the rotor. No squeaks and breaks great now. Will never go back here again.

Replaced my rear rotate and pads. Had to return 3 times because the tech wasn t good enough to to adjust the parking break correctly.He ends up over tightening which results in me not being able to drive over 45 miles an hour without the car shaking and also caused the new brakes to burn. Their fix was to resurface my brand new rotors. So I paid for new and end up with resurfaced, now thinned down rotors. Not happy, not happy at all

Went in for a brake job after I hit 50,000 miles. They let me know that I didn't need one and I would probably be good for awhile because I extended wear brake pads. I really appreciated their honesty. They rotate my tires and flushed out the brake system. They were very professional, courteous and service oriented. They have earned a long time customer with us.

I was looking to get my brakes done, they tried to overcharge me by 550 dollars Compared to 5 other mechanics, 2 others Of which did point by point inspections. The owner was so rude When I came to pick up my car to take it to 1 of the other places That he yelled at me as I was leaving I would be back. Find out he has done this to 2 other people I know the exact same estimate price. When I went to drive away my brakes were barely usable compared to before I entered their shop just for inspection. Beware!!!

I originally took my car right next door to Sun Auto to fix my ac, they quoted me $1400 to replace the compressor. I was not willing to pay that. I walked right next door to the Pepboys/Just Brakes. They did their own inspection for my ac. All it needed was a recharge! I went from having to pay over a $1000 to fix my ac, to only spending $108! My ac finally works, and I'm so thankful they were able to help me.Pat was AWESOME! Great customer service, very honest, and didn't take advantage of me like the people next door were trying to do. Thanks again guys!

I would never bring my car there. PERIOD. they didn t do a thing to my car but my brakes were really bad brought it in for a quote they were charging me near $1k to fix my brakes. $500 for the back alone. Which they brought down to $350 Like I needed to replace my whole system. New rotors new brake pads and I NEEDED brake fluid. Well they re full of s**** my brake fluid was full, another place charged me $250 to replace back rotors and pads and the front ones are perfectly fine. They lie and try to rip you off. Don t come here. Btw I only own a Altima.

Worst brake job ever. My comments pertain to three locations, namely in order of repairs completed: 9530 W Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89147; 7465 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123; 5610 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146. I have gone back to this company repeatedly for sloppy workmanship and warranty work. I had a complete brake job done. Not soon thereafter, the right front caliper fell off on a trip to California causing me to be stranded while repairs were done. I was lucky to be alive and avoid a serious car crash enroute. I had to threaten the manager before he finally reimbursed me for the repairs. Then the left front wheel squeaked for several months before it finally disappeared. They told me to just keep driving until the squeak went away. Then my right rear tire and wheel flew off while driving. Car had to be towed to the shop, and they charged me to fix what I considered to be their fault for stripping the threads on my two rear hubs. Later, I went back to complain about a vibrating brake pedal when stopping, and they replaced the rotors, which should have been done when I had the brake job done. I was told that instead of replacing new rotors required on all Mercedes Benz, they were turned instead. So I paid for new rotors on top of having them turned. Recently I returned to complain again of a vibrating brake pedal when stopping, and the manager told me he could find nothing wrong, was rude and condescending, told me how long he had been in the brake business, inferring that I knew nothing about brakes, and everything was just as it should be. He gave me the run around so he would not have to warranty again my brake job. I resent their poor attitude and customer service.

I went in yesterday for a brake service. Called ahead and the guy on the phone was very courteous and said that if I printed off a coupon from the internet, I could save $5? on lifetime brake pads if I paid $14? for installation for all four wheels. Got there...they pulled off all the tires and took apart all the brakes....called me in to "discuss" the issues... quoted me a price of almost $$900 to fix brakes. I politely told thte service person to put my car back together and that I would be leaving immediately. He said that they would put the pads on and turn one front rotor for the original $143 quote. ....would not turn the left rotor, because they said that it was too low, but would throw a brake pad on it anyway? Yeah right. THEY COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME AND TRIED TO RAPE ME IN THE PROCESS!!! (Figuratively speaking of course.) NEVER ...EVER...AGAIN!!!

Went in to have my car checked because my ABS and VSA light came on dash. Mike and Keanu told me that it was not a safety issue, and the reason why my lights were on was because of having a tire on one side that had less tread causing my sensors to turn on. Appreciated not being ripped off and having unnecessary work done. Recommended new tires, but weren't pushy to have me purchase right then, and there. Told me to come back when I was able to afford new tires. (also went to this location in the past a few years back because of squeaky brakes thinking that I needed new ones and was told I still had many more months of wear and tear before they needed replacement.) Really like that there are honest people that work here.

Experience 2: I had a taste in my mouth like this shop had done me wrong before but I couldn't remember (I guess I get around too much). While placing this review I was reminded below (experience 1).I took in my truck for noise in my front wheel bearing for them to take a look. When I returned he told me my bearings were 'bone dry' meaning there was no grease in them. I asked if he could repack them and he said he would not because I may need new rotors too. He quoted me an outrageous price and proceeded to tell me that it could be a very serious problem leading to my wheel coming off and that I should not drive on the freeway. Then he said he was just keeping it real.Later that week, I took a look myself and found the bearings full of grease and needing nothing but a little tightening. The guy working at this shop is scamming piece of junk.Experience 1:The person in charge quit working on my car so that he could take care of customers for his side business he is running out of the shop. When he got around to looking at the car and giving me a quote, I was told labor was based on fix rates.This is likely true, but in the fixed time he mentioned for one job I could have done all three of the jobs (each with their own labor cost) with a pump jack and hand tools. After the quote, I told him to do everything but the shoes. He gave me a face and did some hand signal to his worker. I left to take a walk and came back 20-30 minutes later and found the car parked. I thought it was fast but the job really wouldn't take that long with the tires and drums already off. He's talking to us in the office and I ask, "so what's the damage?" He says, "nothing, we didn't do anything." I ask him how come and he talked a lot about this, that, and how bad the car would have been without replacing the drums. Then after wasting my time he says he'll take $30 off the price to do everything. Moral of the story is: Don't waste your time here. Please.

Bart, the counter guy, really takes good care of me. My last 8 visits were the same, I didn't feel pressured and the prices were very fair. I was charged 69 dollars for an synthetic oil change (Mobil1), which I thought was high, but I called around as they were checking my breaks for free and Terribles was 75 bucks, where I usually went. I also like how my front breaks wore down and THE PADS WERE FREE! Okay, so you say they marked up the labor to cover the pads, but they didn't!

I would be very wary coming to not only this just brakes but most others as well. When to take my car in for brake job and they try to rip me off by telling me all types of other stuff wrong with it, said its going to cost me at least $800. All I really needed was some brake fluid which I put in and my car ran fine afterwards. I have service done by these guys and another Just Brakes a couple of times for some rather Hefty fees. Who knows how many times they ripped me off before I caught on. I'm never coming here again I would stay far away if I was you.

Horrible service. I do not recommend this location to any possible future costomers. They overcharge and are not honest. After taking my car in to get new struts, drums, rotors, and pads, I noticed that my steering was unaligned and my steering wheel was not centered. I called them to ask as to why this was the case and they told me that there was no way it could be the struts and that my car just needed a realignment. After finally finding an auto body shop that would work on my car, they discovered that my struts had not been replaced back to the operating position of the old struts Just Brakes replaced. After the body shop adjusted my struts into the correct position, my stearing was magically fixed. I do not trust this shop and neither should you

First I am visually impaired and needed to sell my minivan as I am no longer able to drive. The minivan had been sitting for a few months so I was unable to get it started. I was trying to sell it. I had it towed over to Just Brakes and they told me that the battery was fine and needed to be charged but that the catalytic converter and fuel pump was bad and that was causing it to not start also. Not knowing what to do I told them to fix it. They brought the minivan back to my place so I did not have to pay for a tow. Then a few days later while showing the van it would not start. I called them up and they had it towed in. They said that the alternator, starter, and battery was bad. Apparently the tester was not correct from a couple of days before. They fixed it and brought it back to my place. A few days later again it would not start. I called them about it and they stated that there would be nothing else they could do unless I was willing to pay even more. I already spent $2500.00 and it still did not work. I had a different shop look it over and they stated that the alternator, starter, catlytic convertor, battery had not even been changed. I have filed a complaint with the state and the EEOC against this place as they were taking advantage of the blind. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL. RUN AWAY FAR AWAY.

Been going to Just Brakes for 2 years, always great.They don't upsell people on products. They saved me hundreds when I thought I had a bad fuel pump but just needed an injector cleaning. EASILY could have screwed me.Also talking to the guys there, there was a management change a couple years ago, so disregard some of the older reviews. Keep this place in business!

No complaints! I came to get my brakes fixed and had a bit of a hiccup but it was nothing that couldn t get handled. Very clean place, great customer service, and comfy seating area. My son and I were occupied the entire wait time. Keep up the great work!

Very pleased with the complete brake job done on my truck by these guys. They took care of me the entire time, kept me informed on the progress via phone.Pat at the front is the reason I will be going back to this shop, he is a pleasure to work with.

Great service! I brought my VW in because of some brake noise and to my surprise he told me that I didn't need brakes and my pads still had 50%. No Charge and super honest. I will be going back once I need it.

After I finally got an appointment on a Saturday (the place was packed with customers), the manager, Bart, himself took my car in and checked what was wrong with my squealing belt. He advised me to just get it cleaned as it appeared to be an issue of some fluid dripping on the pulleys, instead of taking it in and repairing it for hundreds of dollars. Will definitely come back for other repairs; very friendly manager.

Avoiding going here at all costs. We had my girlfriends rear brakes done here and they kept her car for 8 hours when it was the only vehicle in the shop. They caused damage to her calipers and parking brake forcing her to spend a 2nd day at Pep Boys to fix the issues. The store manager here is incompetent and does not know what he is doing whether it be on a car or the computers.

Always honest. Always fast. Their service is spot on and complete. I have had brakes serviced at other vendors and seldom have they lived up to near my experience at this Just Brakes!! Honest, good service, and friendly sincere smiles; what more could you ask...

Went here for an oil change and to investigate a weird smell coming from the engine. Turns out it was a plastic bag on my catilitic converter. They didn't charge me to look at the car. Just the oil change. Joe was awesome!

Total rip off #1. I was charged $93 for an OIL CHANGE. Moral of the story:1. Ask for the prices AT THIS PLACE prior to service.2. DONT GO HERE- SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE.3. MAKE SURE if you are going to SUN AUTO you walk into SUN AUTO- I accidentally walked into Just Brakes (this SHADY place)next door (they are super close) and I was very tired from a long night prior- I told them I was there for my appt and they knew I was a customer of SUN AUTO and PLAYED along with it- TO RIP ME off because I am a young lady- they DID too.4. IF you decide to go to JUST BRAKES at this location- get someone to do your car repairs first otherwise YOU WILL PAY and be RIPPED OFF.5. I won't bother to explain my conversation for how they JUSTIFIED me being ripped off- BECAUSE it is not worth my time and energy- BS is BS.

Been there a few times and its always been a good experience. They've never tried to oversell me and even advices me when I came in for services that were not needed. Bart is a great manager and I'll keep coming back to see him!

Went in for an estimate for brake work: $2500 to change all rubber seals in system. Took my car to dealer, who fixed the problem for $850. Proceed with caution!

Ok I have been to a few auto repair businesses around South West Las Vegas..let me tell you that I have never been more pleased with the quality of the service being the repair as well as customer service has surpassed my expectations for the best yet.. my car running like a champ and now I telling everyone to come here THIS LOCATION.. FORMALLY JUST BRAKES NOW PEP BOYS ... EXCELLENT WORK ETHIC..THANKS FIR ALL YOUR HELP..KALANI N ROBERT BESTEST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

They try too hard for the up sell. They'll show up a problem and when you tell them its too much money they tell you they might not relase it due to "safety issues" then they won't warrenty what they put in after. Poor customer service as well I stead of trying to save money next time I'll go somewhere else. Also no phone etiquette what so ever.

That s is my husbands yukon and we have to little kids they sent me out 3 weeks ago with new brakes and rotors, this place is a joke and they tried to charge me even more than last time which was 300 and all for the same thing, 2 babies with supposibly new brakes ok you guys are a joke and they rounded out 2 of my lugnuts, shows you what they can do
