Amazing staff at JPR. Totally transparent and very knowledgeable. I was referred by Jeremy and I m very pleased with the quality of work performed. Dana and Ralph in the front office are awesome people and shout out to the hardworking mechanics in the shop. Experience was a 10 out of 10. Thanks y all! Definitely recommend

Dayna the office host was not only friendly but had 16 years experience as a mechanic.Ralph completely professional and kind . Did my work for a third of what the dealership wanted! Major work done in less than 2 days! Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and her son have both used JPR and were extremely happy with the service they received so I called and they had me come in then took it right back. I don't remember her name in the office but she was amazing and Jim that did the work was great too. He took me back and showed me what he was going to do before doing it. They are totally honest and do good work I will trust them completely with any future work.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Was referred to by Jeremy to see Ralph at JPR. Outstanding job fair price clear communication outstanding staff. After picking up the car several days later we need to have a battery replaced that was covered under warranty by 3A, we had a sign a disclaimer saying that we would need to register the battery. I called a couple places and it was $150 to run the register. Decided to call Raul he said no problem bring it in tip my guy 20 bucks will take care of it. Went in, was out in 10 minutes was able to meet him great guy. He has our business.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery, Oil change

Amazing experience! Very knolageable and passionate about BMWs n Minis. A friend recommended this place when I purchased a new / used car for a pre sale inspection. They squeezed me in and gave me an independent inspection with a list of what's needed. Very reasonable price! Highly recomended!!

Purchased an auxiliary tank for my LC100, had JPR do the install. Couldn t be happier with the outcome. Both Ralph the owner and Jim the mechanic/tech who installed the aux tank were very engaged prior to and after the installation. They made sure I know what to expect and how it ll be installed. Not all shops are like them, most just take your car and money.

I have trust JPR with my cars, both, Mercedes and BMW, for close to 10 years. I brought my 2003 Land Cruiser to JPR for the installation of an auxillary fuel tank. Ralph and his crew did a great job on the install, and they got it done quickly. Every part of my experience from making the appointment and discussion of options to picking up the finished product was top notch. I would highly recommend their shop.

Where do I even begin... I have been going to JPR for the last several years. It's finally taken me THIS long to realize how extremely reputable they are. My car is in pretty great condition for being an older car. It wasn't until this year where I took my car into the dealership and they tried to swindle me out of money. Knowing something didn't seem right, I once again took it over to JPR who assured me that, it was actually a small minor issue, rather than the large issues the dealership presented. Once that was fixed, the car was good to go.Going to the dealership and seeing how they tried to hound me for my money while JPR was so honest and willing to work with me really put my full trust in them. It really solidified the integrity these guys have. Ralph and Adrian, you guys are amazing!!

Very efficient, professional and effective!Brought the kiddo's Mini in to have a parasitic battery drain issue looked at. No one likes to see a BMW breakdown because a simple repair can exceed the GDP of some small nations but unlike the dealership Ralph doesn't stick it to you like your last name is Rothchild.He's fair. His prices are beyond conpetive. The quality of the work of him and his team is top notch and you would be hard pressed to meet a nicer guy.If you're looking for someone who genuinely appreciates your business. Won't find thing wrong that aren't and is a pleasure to know visit Ralph at JPR.

I've been coming here for years. I started taking my BMW here because the dealer was outrageous with their quotes. I need to find someone honest and not price gouge me to death. When I sold my car I sent the guy who bought my car here because they know the condition of the car, why go anywhere else?? Now I bring my Smart here and have referred many people. Owner is awesome and kept everything easy and simple. My daughter also brings her car here. And soon my husband will bring his after the manufacturer free services ends. Thanks Ralph!!

I would highly recommend JPR for your repair needs. Everyone in our family are customers of JPR. Their work is great, price is very reasonable, and they are very knowledgeable! Everyone we have sent there have been very pleased and continue to go there for their BMW's and Mercedes! They worked on my friend's Honda too!

I took my wife's car to the shop this morning to get the oil changed. What a great service! Everyone here is very attentive and professional. They got the job done fast and they checked some other things for the car and told me what other things I could do to keep the car running smoothly. I definitely reccomend JPR Automotive!

I've been using Ralph to repair my BMW's for almost 20 years. He is honest and reliable. Very fair, never charges for things that are not needed like most mechanics. You can trust JPR for your repairs.
