This was our first time purchasing a camping unit. Johnnie Walker RV has an amazing inventory. Mark directed us to the perfect unit right away and was very passionate about his work. The whole purchasing experience felt natural and not pushy at all, the way it should be. The service department taught us so much and offered additional assistance if needed. We love our travel trailer, and we will be back for another purchase in the future!

We went to Mark a few months prior to purchasing our RV from Johnnie Walker RV. After shopping around for months my husband and I were so close to going somewhere else but we didn t feel comfortable with the sales department. We went back to Mark and immediately knew we made the right choice. He took great care of us and even after our purchase he continues to answer questions for us. Everyone at Johnnie is super nice and helpful. We will definitely be referring all of our friends because we know they will be in great hands! We are beyond happy with our RV

My business deal with Johnnie Walker RV was more than easy with them Angela and Mark were knowledgeable when it came to making a deal, Walker the manager was extremely helpful with customer service and adding the Gen Y gooseneck hitch was a breeze to add on to my deal. With the schooling to my new camper and the Door to Door method when trading in RVs makes it an easy transfer and more than a welcoming experience when working with Johnnie Walker RV.

Awesome experience except when your Golden Doodle barked/snarled at our little Yorkshire Terrier.We bought a used 2022 Forest River Cherokee Wolf Pup Black Label,16FQBL, travel trailer. Fair deal, but no owners manual or instructions on how to operate the rear camera or WiFi the day I picked it up.Technician, Travis, was great with all the mechanical setup on the unit. This was not my first RV but he taught me a few things.And thank you for the Polar Camel cup filled with cookies. I hope the wife and I don't fight over it. Merry Christmas .

I would like to thank the Johnny Walker staff, Tom, Victor, Jen and Walker and the rest if the service techs for our experience today. We have stuck with this company because of their professionalism and friendly experience. Its been a few years in the making, but today we finally made our dream come true and it was not without Johnny Walker RV!!

I went there thinking I needed an end on my water hose.Turned out I didn't but kept the end piece anyway. They explained very nicely how to hook up the hose on site and to my Van went back to my site and low and behold it actually connected. Being a women of a certain age I very much appreciated the explanation.

I had the best experience purchasing a travel trailer. I travel 2 hours to go to this dealership. I am so glad that I went there. They talk about being one big family, and you get that feeling while you were there. All the employees are wonderful and friendly. And I've called back to ask several questions and there's always someone there with an answer. I would go back and buy from them again even if it's traveling 2 hours. You don't find that kind of customer service anymore.

Just bought a 23 foot Sundance Ultra Lite. Kenny is a Phenomenal salesman. If you re looking for an RV he s the guy for you. That s coming from another salesman which is myself. Thank you to Walker and the whole Johnnie Walker RV Family for this amazing experience and getting me into the Trailer/RV world. Time for many adventures with the family!

We have been full time RVs for almost 3 years now and we are in our 3rd RV and our 3rd RV dealer. Johnnie Walker RV is in a league of their own! Seriously, they could teach the other dealers out there a thing or two. We had a total loss of our last RV and were in Vegas visiting when it happened. Tired and emotionally drained we were dreading the whole sales experience you generally get but walked in after finding a rig online that we liked. We met up with Jody and he was FANTASTIC, absolutely NO pressure at all. Honest and straight forward, he was very familiar with both of the brands that we had previously so there was no talking to someone who didn't get it. You can tell he loves his job and he feels valued where he is because he is a great sales person who went above and beyond for us. We had to switch over our whole "home" and they have the space for it, they set you up door to door. No pressure to rush rush rush to get it done. They have an epic space here, it's safe and secure, they have horseshoes, a putting green and a BBQ area better than most RV parks. This company makes you feel like family and that's unheard of anymore. We appreciate the experience and the value in our rig. Thank you to Jody and the whole Johnnie Walker crew!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new Jayco Jay Feather travel trailer from the Johnnie Walker RV dealership in Las Vegas, Nevada. I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment my wife and I stepped onto the lot, we were greeted with a warm inviting atmosphere.The staff at Johnnie Walker RV were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about their work. Our salesperson was Joe Barbot. He took the time to listen to our needs and preferences, ensuring that we found the perfect recreational vehicle for my wife and I. His expertise and guidance made the entire purchasing process smooth and stress-free.The dealership's inventory was impressive. They made all the vehicles on the lot accessible to us so we could roam around, without them hovering over us. We took our time and found the perfect floor plan to meet our needs.What truly set Johnnie Walker RV apart was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to address any concerns or questions we had, even after the sale was finalized.When we arrived on the day of delivery, we were warmly greeted with a big white board sign welcoming us to their family of customers. Nice touch. LeeAnn then managed all the paperwork and documentation details making that process pretty painless.Upon taking delivery, and after some orientation and training, they had our new RV parked adjacent to the travel trailer we were trading in. This was all located in their mini-RV Park within their facility grounds, where we spent the night. This made it so easy to move everything over to our new RV. They even assigned us top-notch RV mechanic Jody Ramos. He ensured we were well-versed with all the features and operation of the RV, answering any questions we had along the way. Jody also took care of all the necessary adjustments, installing some upgrades while he was at it.Their dedication to ensuring our happiness with my purchase was truly commendable.Furthermore, the dealership's facilities were top-notch. The showroom and facilities were clean, well-organized, and showcased the RVs beautifully. We already have confidence with their service department after dealing with Cole on our trade-in. Also, shout out to Derrick for helping us with the upgrades to our new RV.Overall, our experience with Johnnie Walker RV was exceptional. Their outstanding customer service, extensive inventory, and dedication to customer satisfaction make them a standout choice for anyone in the market for an RV in Southern Nevada. I really regret buying an RV from Johnny Walker. It is my fifth issue with this RV. Every time I go on a trip, something else breaks down, or the toilet floods, or the fridge stop working, or the heat doesn t work. Every time I had to check my trip short or cancel my plans due to the malfunctions with this RV. Service times are very long. Three weeks on average which means it will take you three weeks just to get seen by the crew and then another week or two for RV to just stand there. If I could go back in time, I would buy an RV from somebody that sells quality RVs and has reasonable maintenance turn around times.If you read the dealership response below you will see that they don t really care it breaks down during or even before a trip. They also claimed it s the number one best selling trailer. But I will also bet you it s the no.1 garage kept trailer. Because it s always in the garage

These people here are nothing short of amazing. I'm a new RV buyer and after being put through a ringer for a week at Camping World, a friend suggested I look here due to their multiple solid purchases with great experiences in service too.I worked with Kevin and Ronnie. From walking in the dealer you know what I noticed first? Everyone of their employees was happy and had a smile on their face. Coming from a leadership background, I instantly recognized this. You can feel a vibe when you walk into a place, and it just felt like everyone was a team. It was no shocker I later learned that even the GM himself started from the bottom as a porter. That says a lot about the ownership to recognize when people have what it takes to be promoted.Our salesman Kevin was super quick to help us, attentive, answered all of our questions, and more importantly good at educating us. Solid guy, quick to answer calls and texts (again unlike other dealers in town). He was really sweet to my daughters getting them drinks and icee's to keep them cool in the heat. I don't think I've seen an icee machine at any other dealership before, not even Porsche/Ferrari.They offer lots of cool benefits like 15% off parts for life, Free nights in the multiple campgrounds they own, and more importantly a solid walkthrough of the camper's features and camper setup. There are a few more benefits I'm forgetting. That does include a night at their campground to test everything. My friends when they purchased their last one did find a few small items, but they took it back over to the shop and fixed them right away. Other dealers would have made them wait weeks according to things I've read about other dealers. These people understand the value of relationships and return business. That is SUPER uncommon these days. That says a lot about them and who they are. In the end, we didn't purchase a camper from them... Just yet. They have earned our business in the future. We fully plan on buying from them when we are ready!If you care about being treated right and having a great experience, this IS the place! - The Jacksons

As a Las Vegas native we have the opportunity to purchase several Rv's from Johnny Walker RV. We just purchased a 2023 310RL Alliance Paradigm. I'm happy to say that they continue with the excellent service and diligence that it takes to deliver a new coach. Thank you Roland and Walker for your great customer service.

If you're looking to buy your first RV, this is the place to go! Not only are they a small family owned business (which I personally love to support), but they truly do care about you as the customer. They went out of their way to provide me with an exceptional experience with an unbeatable price. With how great of an experience I had, I'd even be willing to not get the best deal just so I could receive that kind of customer service again.

UPDATE: I just realized that I rated this business several years ago but never provided any details to support my rating, and I would be remiss to not mention how superb my overall experience was with Johnnie Walker (JW). I know JW has three different buildings spread out across Boulder Highway, but my review is solely focused on this specific building and its employees.My family and I walked away with a brand new travel trailer on June 13, 2015. This was our very first camper and I appreciated all the help and patience the staff provided. As with most things that are your first, major purchase, you'll most likely have a lot of questions to get more familiarized with the product you're purchasing - this was clearly the case for me. Unfortunately, I don't recall all the names of the personnel who were part of the process since it was about 8 years ago, but I assure you that even though the sales team may be different now, the service quality still remains.Additionally, I enjoyed how JW allows customers of newly-purchased campers/RVs to stay on property overnight to ensure you're fully comfortable with your camper and its functions. The one thing I'm not a fan of is the 3-building feature they have. The fact that one building is for service, the other is an outlet (consignments), and the third building is this one I'm writing about, is a little annoying at times. It would be nice (personal preference) if JW builds a brand new facility somewhere by the Las Vegas Motor Speedway (where there's ample land size), and in an area that isn't as sketchy either.Recently, I had made the decision to sell my travel trailer after purchasing it from JW 8 years ago. Although our camper held a lot of family memories, it was the best decision on our part based on frequency of use. If I had the choice to go back in time and do it again, I would certainly repeat my experience with JW; it was just flawless. If you're looking to purchase, sell, or repair a camper, I highly recommend you visit JW...you will not be disappointed. Thanks, JW for the outstanding service!

We found a fifth wheel in Utah for $10,000 less, so I call JW and spoke to the salesman who had helped us a couple weeks back when we were just browsing. He was able to get us the lower price. We decided to buy from JW for that reason. Our experience was positive for the most part. We had to wait for finance to help another customer in front of us which took an hour and a half. My patients were wearing thin and my tummy was growling. I was hangry. I wish they had more than one person working that department. Our salesman wasn t at the location but checked on us to make sure we got everything we needed. He made sure that we would be next in line to complete our paperwork. The tech was very patient with us and was very thorough. He never rushed us at all. He even made sure our hitch was connected correctly as well. We received a couple hats and gadgets and they gave us a truck to borrow, we needed to eat lunch since it was taking so long. Other then our troubles with finance taking so long our experience was positive. I would recommend this business. It is my second time purchasing an RV from them.

We've purchased several RVs in the past with some okay, some good, and some terrible. But Johnny Walker RV was by far the best experience my wife and I have ever had. Our salesman Mark was fantastic. He went above and beyond helping us with every little detail, making sure we got the things we needed to get us on the road quickly. Walker, the manager was also extremely helpful as was our technician, Mike. I wish all RV dealers offered the same level of care, courtesy, conscientiousness to their customers as we experience at Johnny Walker RV.

We had an AMAZING experience getting our RV serviced at Johnnie Walker RV!We had a long list of warranty work that needed done on our Alliance 5th Wheel and we were only in Las Vegas for 6 weeks. We full-time in our RV, so it's been really hard to find a dealership to tackle our warranty work while traveling. Cole and his service team at Johnnie Walker not only fit us in quickly but they tackled every item we needed fixed and did an amazing job. We had some issues getting parts in on time, but Cole was always so positive, helpful, and kept us up to date on everything. He had a great attitude about everything, which we really appreciated.I also have to mention, when we got our RV back, it was SPOTLESS inside and out. The cleaning crew made our RV look brand new. I was shocked because it was cleaner than the day we picked it up to purchase from our dealership in Tennessee. :)We can't recommend Johnnie Walker RV enough for RV service. They are top notch!

I cannot even tell you how much I appreciate this business. We came in to do a trade in with our RV as we wanted to go for a travel trailer now. From the moment we walked in the door the team here treated us like family. They gave me an extremely fair value on my trade in then found the perfect travel trailer for my family and I. If fairness and friendliness are important to you this is the place to come. There was a zero pressure approach when it came to the purchase and once we were finalized they did so much to make sure that we were comfortable with our new unit. Even weeks later they continue to follow up to make sure we are doing well and sent cookies and some gifts to the house as a thank you. 5 star service through and through and these other reviews seem to agree! Thank you to the Jonnie Walker team!

While everyone that works for Johnnie Walker was wonderful and our buying experience great, the travel trailer itself turned out to be a disaster. We bought the trailer because we moved across the country and wanted a place to sleep other than a hotel, as we have many animals. There s a crack in one of the tires so we re lucky we made it here without a flat, the side door kept flying open while driving so we had to tape it shut and hope the door didn t open again, the awning collapsed and there was only a slight breeze when that happened, the two brittle skylights popped off while on the highway and I hope they didn t hit someone else s car, and we ve done nothing on this 2 1/2 week adventure but worry about what s going to fall apart next. Again, everyone that works there was amazing, helpful and nice, but we re selling the trailer ASAP.

I had an amazing experience purchasing a travel trailer from Johnny walker rv 3700 Boulder Hwy. From the moment I step through the front door to delivery. Steve/Mark did an amazing job helping find the right one. Leeann was knowledge and patient in finance and Travis was an excellent guy with the walk around and traing, I left feeling confident and sure about what i was doing. I will recommend family and friends and they've earned a customer for life. Thank you to the entire staff and team for making my dream a reality.

I was helped by two wonderful associates, Christine and Troy. I highly recommend either of them to help you find what you are interested in, and the the price range you can afford.Through out my time spend at Johnnie Walkers I was impressed with the friendly people who work there, in every area, whether it be sales, parts, tech support, mechanical and financial. Everyone I have encountered was extremely professional in every aspect.I will diffidently do business again with them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for and RV.
