This is a truly honest review and no exaggerations.I entered my brand new 2023 Z into this shop after an accident involving the driver side body. ( front fender, door and back fender)The car entered the shop December 2023. Car was supposed to be done before Christmas. I didn't get my car back until the end of February. The entire time, the person managing my repair kept having some answer on why my car was taking so long. I then showed up a couple days later to see my car sitting completely filthy already done, but they lied to me and said they are waiting on software but in reality they were waiting to get paid. I understand you need to get paid but no transparency what so ever.When the day came to finally pick up my car, there were many issues. The hood, front fender, door and whole drivers side didn't match at all to the passengers side of the car. Spacing was completely off. There was overspray all over the passengers side of my car and the grill manifold to direct air into the intakes weren't even attached.I took my car back in to get those adjustments and buff all the paint off my car. I then collected it again once more to find the drivers side side-skirt not slid in correctly into the body at all, so the spacing was completely off and there were no screws holding in the side-skirt to the body. I fixed it myself and refuse to go back or recommend this shop to anyone unless you need lazy sloppy job. This place just pumps out cars and doesn't care about the end result.Photos of my car sitting at their place filthy and not done correctly.

Beware, Beware, beware!Jim marsh body shop has been an absolute nightmare. There is zero customer service zero accountability and zero craftsmanship.They are very condescending, they treat you like you re stealing from them, and they don t treat you like the client, the insurance is their client as if you don t pay the insurance. John, the production manager, boasts 43 years of experience and will tell you that two different colors on a body panel is normal (left vs right bumber caps).I only brought my vehicle here because they have the same mechanic shop brand. What a terrible mistake stay away.Thanks for the response below Jim Marsh, when are you going to make it right? I keep checking my phone in case you called, you haven t.

My jeep was attacked by someone's car door. Took her in for the repair. Was treated wonderfully by the staff, took care of the rental and my jeep now looks as good as new.

My Kia Sorento was broken in to, they smashed the back passenger window. My insurance set up the appt for the next day. Arrived at scheduled time, dropped my baby off and a week later I had a new window and all scratches were cleaned up. Randy was amazing, he was so sweet and professional. We've been to another service place in Vegas for repairs after being rear ended and they were terrible. We won't go anywhere else for my Kia.

Jim Marsh body shop has done an outstanding job on repairing over 5 cars I've owned over the past decade. Vegas has crazy drivers! Thankfully, these guys do crazy good work.

If I could I would put 0 stars, this place has junky people to fix your car and unless you want electrical issues so bad to the point insurance has to total your 2021 car after they fixed it and not cover even a penny on payout I would definitely go to these people. Not to mention they left the wheel lock key under the skid plate. How I found out is when I got it back and took off the skid plate to change my oil and the key was just sitting their. These people suck at what they do and I would not ever go back or mention anything good about them to other people.

They fixed my car after it was Vandalized and it was ready sooner than the estimated time I did get 2 phone calls giving me updates and I really thought that was nice of them The only thing I did not like about them is they got rid of my battery because it was dead however it was a battery that I have warrant on with Meineke not sure how it works with shops going through the insurance anyway Im grateful I got a new battery but I really wish they would have asked lol

Absolutely a great experience.....even though it was by accident....literally...I will definitely only go to this body shop for all work....fast ...courteous...professional and friendly....and literally 5mins for my home.....the facility is gated and looks very secure so I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle there ...the work looks flawless....pearl wht paint came out beautiful....5 stars ....

This is the closest body shop to my house and so far I've been there about 6 times and they've been great. The employees there have all been curious and polite. They use Enterprise Rent-A-Car for their rentals and that's always been super smooth. I can't think of a bad word to say about them

I could not be happier with these guys and the work they did.When I walked in, I felt a little out of place because clearly they do more insurance work than cash paid walk-ins.That being said I explained my situation to the first available person at a desk and they had me fill out a form. It was clearly geared toward insurance claims, so I was a little confused at first, since I just wanted a quote.I had overloaded my bike rack on my Subaru Outback at last years Burningman and destroyed a panel on the tailgate, which I then found out was not made of metal, like the rest of the back gate.Once I filled out the form, and after a few minutes, Mike came and quoted me the cost of the OEM part and what it would cost to paint and install.The price they quoted me for the OEM part was the same price I could find it online on my own, from a junk yard, so I was quite happy and ordered the part right away.They did mention that the color might not be exact, because of the fading on my current paint, etc, but matching a paint job from a junk yard doesn't alleviate that problem, and I couldn't find a panel from a junk yard that matched my factory color anyway.The paint and installation quote was better than fair.After everything was complete, the panel on my car looked absolutely perfect. They matched the exact paint color from the Subaru factory based on my vin number. I couldn't be more thrilled!I certainly could not have gotten these results doing the work on my own.Thanks Wendy and Mike!

Our appointment with Randy O'donnell went way better "flawlessly " I should say, than I expected. Other repair shops need to take notes on how to approach, listen and provide information because it was painless. Thank you Randy! So far so good. 3 weeks till repairs are done. Can't wait to see it finished

They do not have very good customer service. I had my vehicle in the shop for three weeks and I only got one call on the update to my truck. I called them three or four times left my name and phone number and they never returned my call. I need to know what was the update on my truck and I never got a call. I am still waiting to see what kind of work they did on my truck. I would never recommend this shop to anybody.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have taken several cars to Jim Marsh Auto over the past 10 years. The last car I took was repair that cost $14,000. I trusted they had my best interest at heart, but the only thing they are interested in is the money. They repaired my car over the course of 2 months and I got my car back with junkyard parts glued together. Since then, I have had several issues, one which they CLEARLY should have taken accountability for, but did not. They did a sloppy job on the seat repair and told me the new leather needs to relax before it looks normal the most absurd thing I have ever heard and it STILL looks awful. I will never take another car to this auto shop. They have lost me and any referrals I would have sent their way. $14k for junkyard parts is crooked and dishonest.Service: Body & Trim

Estimated 2 weeks to do a bunch of repairs/replacements. They ended up having my car for over 30 days and my insurance stopped paying for the rental. They put most of it back together so I could drive while waiting for the last part.Update: The headliner was misaligned, dirty and missing a plastic rivet. I also noticed the drivers side mirror was pretty wobbly while I was driving around waiting for the sunroof glass to come in. When they got me in to finish the sunroof they fixed the headliner and mirror. They followed through on their warranty and my car looks like new again.Total time from start to completion was 69 days after the estimated time of 2 weeks.Would recommend them for their work and follow through. Just expect time delays and lack of communication.

Sarah gave me wonderful customer service! She was so kind and on top of things. Very professional. I had gotten into a fender bender last month and this company took care of it right away!! My car looks so good and they were quick, communicative, clean, and efficient!! I would highly recommend.

I had a bad QC experience at the end of my experience here. A great work ethic is hard to come by today; just ask Ceasar, the body man who worked on my vehicle. If he would have dealt with me and my vehicle differently, my rating would have been vastly different. I grew up in the body business and know that this family shop would be mortified to witness what this tech did and said to my face, with my adjuster, Mary Gould standing by. Give me a call, Mr. Marsh. This should be handled. He told me, when I pointed out shoddy work, and he admitted it was shoddy, "you want it perfect?" Really? No, I want it done correctly. You were paid to do it as per specs. Correctly. Continued arguments with a customer who knows something is half-a$$ completed and brings it to the shop's attention, and then is told she is the problem...well, that is a poor work ethic as well as a very negative reflection on Jim Marsh. I have recommended and used this shop for 20 years. Do you think this will continue? Think again.

Did a great job fixing deep dent created by small boulder that smashed into on on 215. Windshield replaced and looks great. They took time to place parking stickers onto new one. Husband says the repair looks great and like nothing ever happened. Agent John was fantastic keeping us posted throughout the week with the status of the car.

So I was recommended this business by my dealership, I will be letting them know that this place does not have it together. My husband and I came here to get the brackets fixed on our car, we ordered our parts and they told us they would call when the parts get there. About a week later heard nothing so I figured I d call and check in. They initially couldn t find my file looked me up in the system and couldn t see me, was put on hold and was told that my file was in someone else s and that s why it was taking so long. Turns out the parts had been there and no one called me. We come in to get everything fixed and was told it would be twenty mins by Vanessa. Two hours later it was fixed. We spent about thirty minutes in the office because someone either couldn t find Vanessa to help us since she had the details of our car, or Vanessa didn t know what was going on. No issues thus far with the car but it felt like a huge waste of time and this place has some serious miscommunication things to work out.Service: Body & Trim

Got my Wrangler repaired for some off road damage. Git vehicle back with 3 bolts holding canapy to body loose and storage for left rear wheel well not bolted in place. Had to do it myself. Spoke to manager for discount on total bill.paid of$ 3,797 and got zilch. People taking vehicle there must Harare of this and check it properly before taking possession when job is finish. I am not a happy camper

Miserable experience and terrible service. I hate being lied to. They held on to the car for 4 days to complete a less than 3 hour estimated job. When I called to just get my car back because it sat 3 days, they insist it was in a disassembled state and can't be picked up. Minutes after the call I can track on my app the car was suddenly in motion being moved from where it sat for the previous 72 hours. After the work was completed my wife went to pick up the car and they charged her the price of parts that I already prepaid. I have yet to be reimbursed for overpayment despite their claim to make things right. Absolutely unacceptable.These guys are not trustworthy, overcharged me, and held the car for an unreasonable amount of time.

They are too busy to take a look at what they might be working on 14 days later. Good for the shop bad for someone who might want them to work on their vehicle. I needed a quote on damage and i expected maybe a day or so, not make an appointment for 14 days from when i called. Also for them to tell me i will need to make an appointment after the terms are agreed on for who knows a month later for them to also need the vehicle for a week to work on. Plan for the vehicle to be out of commision

I recently had my car completely painted by Jim Marsh Body Shop. They did an amazing job! I was very please with the level of service that I received and all of the correspondence. Randy is awesome and kept me in the loop all of the way. My car looks beautiful and like new. I am happy to send anyone wanting first class body to work to this location. They matched the paint to the original color which I was really concerned about. I am so happy that I made the decision to go here. Thank You so much.

The most God awful place to do business. The staff is incompetent from the customer service to performing repairs.Took 3 weeks completing my auto body repair and am still experiencing issues with the work done. Frustrating patronizing a place that cannot fulfill the basic service that it offers.All I can say is don't expect your car to be in the same working condition it was before a collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Beautiful job and great customer service. My rep was Araceli Keene who was awesome. She kept us informed every step of the way. She was extremely professional and if she didn't know the answer to my question she made sure to find out and got back to me ASAP. When we came to pick the car up my husband noticed a spot on the repair that had been missed by buffing. When we pointed it out to Araceli she immediately apologized as if she had missed it herself, and took it back in for them to buff out. I figured we would be there for another hour, but to my amazement she reemerged in less than 10 minutes with a smile on her face telling us it was all taken care of. She walked us back out to the car to make sure it was to my husbands approval. It was. The body work done here is excellent. My husband used to teach paint and auto body repair so he isn't that easy to impress. He was very impressed with the job done by this business. We are so impressed with the customer service that we intend to purchase our next vehicle from Jim Marsh, AND we are hoping to be able to get our leased vehicle serviced here also. One thing to add. I had a really bad experience with this company numerous years ago. They are in no way shape or form the company from 15 years ago. They are better than most places I have had to deal with for my automotive needs. Will definitely be back for all my automotive needs. Thanks Araceli and crew.
