The lady that did our smog check today was very pleasant but when it came to paying she never asked if we had a coupon but quickly asked for a tip. Would of been happy to give her the money I saved with coupon but she never asked if we had one. Felt uncomfortable when she asked if we were going to tip her on the card.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my smog check done at this Jiffy Smog, and I must say, Trevon's assistance made the experience truly exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Trevon and the team for anyone in need of a smog check.

On yelp it shows inexpensive smogs in Las Vegas. The price is $33. The star is based on the pricing not the service.

Closed 4/15/2023 shows open online. Show lunch sign by the back door. Then another one saying "will return 3/4 pm" on the side .

I went to Drango location today and it was "closed" although website says its open. So I drove to Buffalo location and its closed with "bathroom break" cone. I tried to call and it's unavailable. Not sure what to do here, terrible experience so far

Had an oil change and AC service. Fair price, very nice and efficient staff. My only issue was their computers went down just as time for me to pay. Apperantly uts a frequent occurrence. They were very nice and tried to get it back up, but it did take quite some time. They checked in with me several times, but it was over an hour waiting to be charged. I have 5 stars because this was completely out of their control and needs to be addressed by corporate. Luckily, I wasn't under any time constraints that day.

Service was great, but I would recommend that you send previous customers email when the service is down due to whatever reason and that you will send a new email when service is restored. The past 3 days may not be your fault, but there are ways to have customers not waste there time day after day!

Great place for a quick smog. They get pretty busy, but the line tends to move fast! The guy that usually helps me out is super nice as well!

I would give this place a 4.8 rating only due to the price. I paid $30 for a 1995. The service was excellent! I would like to point out, that anything older than a '96 requires a physical inspection, as well as electronic. The young female working this booth, had everyone in & out within 10 minutes! (There were 4 cars ahead of me & 4 cars behind, she was very fast and efficient.) I first want to say, I appreciate that a female was working there; but also, she took the time to explain the process & all the testing to me. She was extremely knowledgeable. This was my first time getting a smog test, since I am originally from out-of-state. This was a very quick & easy process, I highly recommend!!!

When I pulled up, about 30 minutes from closing time, there was a line of cars in front of me (about 5 cars). I wasn't sure if I was going to make the cut off time. But these 2 young men were hustling, quick and efficient.Blake helped me and was so sweet and pleasant. He had a smile on his face the whole time. Very professional service! I made it with 15 minutes to spare and there were more cars lined up behind me.Service: Smog certification

I was about to give a bad review because of the long wait but Sophia (female with red hair) changed my mood. She knows how to handle customer service really well and was pleasant. Guy just finished up with a car, and just leaves, saying bathroom break and gone for along time. 7-11 right next door, but he takes off in his car, not saying anything.

The attendant was very nice and helpful. Saw him last year to renew tags and hopefully he will be there next year to see!!

Make sure to arrive before 5:45 pm or you might not get service from Sophie B. I do not get off work until 5:30 and when I arrived at 5:50ish, Ms. Sophie B. scolded me and basically told me I'm lucky to get service. They close at 6 - not sure what that was about; however, if the business wants their employees to go home at 6 they should probably close sooner than 6. Ms. Sophie B. was very fast. I miss the older African American gentleman. He made my smog check pleasant every year.Services: Smog certification, Emissions testing

I had a bad experience at another location and went to this one, as I had used them years ago and liked it then. Sophia (sp?) was tremendously professional and polite. Line of cars never went below 7 while we were there, and she was truly great to work with. Thank you, Sophia, and Jiffy Smog - you turned a bit so pleasant experience into an outstanding one!

The young woman working at this location was fast and pleasant. Too many people would have a bad attitude being as busy as she was. That was not the case here. Hate to sound a little heavy handed, but I would wait in this line again.

Showed up at 1:15 PM and came across a note on the door that they were closed for lunch from 1 PM to 2 PM.Not so friendly employee with little to no customer service skills eventually showed up at 2:10 PM with an attitude like I was bothering him and had just woken up from his nap. Oh well.. guess that's what happens when you have a business that's mandatory for people to use. Owners are probably making bank hiring people with no customer service skills and paying them garbage.

I was helped by a very nice young lady from Idaho. She did an excellent job. She was friendly, professional, and quick. I was in and out in about 7 to 8 minutes.Thanks

There's usually a wait, but goes quickly when it's your turn. Took both of my vehicles here. Reasonably priced too, substantially less than the state max they can charge.

Had been going in for years. Young woman working this a.m. EXTREMELY rude for no reason. I then noticed while waiting a hand printed sign: No the old guy isn't here anymore. No I don't know where he is. Yes I know it's cold. So am I. Won't be going back there. Very unsettling to have someone be so rude for no reason.Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification
