I was having a tough day. I told the manager so. He just happened to be handling my car with another tech. Both of them are extremely friendly and accommodating. They noticed a problem with my car and handled it perfectly. I haven't used Jiffy Lube in decades. I will now. This is right down the street from my house. Thank you very much

A very friendly crew. Very comfortable environment. Nick is who worked with me and to say the least he provided exceptional customer service. I felt he was genuinely concerned about my well-being and I very much appreciate him for that. Thank you crew and Jiffy Lube!!!

This place I recommend 10/10 service and customer service. The manager which I didn t get his name really was helpful in getting me the best deal. I was only going in for an oil change and the staff ended up replace my filters and oil for a very good deal. I m definitely coming back, they made sure I knew what other issues my car possibly has but thankfully it wasn t a big deal. They really took care of me and I was happy with the overall experience. I will be coming back for future services on my car.

Erik was the best mechanic I've ever had!!! He walked me through the entire process, made sure I knew what was wrong and how they were gonna fix it. He and the rest of the team took great care of my car from start to finish, and in a timely manner. I will definitely be back!!

The manager was well informed and polite. The technician that did the work was horrible. No care or concern what so ever. Oil all over the engine and hoses and all the way down to the brake. I didn't notice till the engine started smoking. No rag was used when he pulled the funnel out. The top of the plastics were also oiled. With this level of company this should not happen. Retraining is in order suggest you go else where.

Not only did I get a discount with my oil change but when they were putting air into my tires they noticed a tiny nail and helped me fix it. I was suppose to do a long drive the next day, so I really appreciate them going the extra mile.

The staff here at Jiffy Lube Isaac and Ranelle Met us with smiling faces when we pulled up and were very friendly, professional snd helpful withassisting with an oil change! I always return to this particular location because the staff is always so nice!!

Jamie and Eric were awesome and very helpful! They made sure my oil was all good to go, put air in my tires, and gave me windshield wiper fluid. Great customer service. Jiffy line is my favorite place to take my car to get serviced :)Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very efficient crew. Kept me in the know as far as dirty filters, what oil life I had left, etc. Topped my fluids and filled my tires also. Will definitely return for future service.

Eric and Jaime were very personable although I had a lot of things wrong with my car. Eric made a metaphor with brake fluid and drinking soda, and drove my car when they were unsure if the brake fluid exchange worked. I appreciated his valor in putting his life on the line.Although I am still unsure of the safety status of my car since I need new tires and brake pads (but at least have two weeks to get the work done before my life is in jeopardy myself), I want them to win the competition against the other jiffy lubes and want Jaime to achieve her dream of becoming a diesel mechanic.So I will gladly leave a 5 star review :)Their up-sell skills are entertaining.Update: my front tires still have about a year on them, the edges are worn slightly and my brake pads are at about 50% so I have more than two weeks of life on them.

Guy's at JL were professional and courteous. I had been there for a little while longer than anticipated due to the location I was at did not have the proper coolant for my vehicle. They ordered it and it came quite quickly. The manager at the time apologized for the wait and gave me a discount for my troubles. I really appreciated that. In this day and age it's hard to find people with decent thoughts about their customers. I will definitely be returning for any future fluid changes and highly recommend these gentlemen. Thank you.

This particular jiffy lube has always been good with all my cars I ve taken, but today mainly because of jaime Hoyt the service was over the top. She was quick efficient and let me know everything that needed to be done while also being an awesome person and funny. I ll be taking all my cars here from now on.

I found out my oil was burned and the last person who did my oil used the cheapest oil. Jamie suggested a service to clean out the old oil and put in synthetic oil and checked out the rest of my car. I appreciate the thoroughness on her part.

Over tighten my oil drain plug and damaged the threading after an oil change here, and I only found out after noticing leaking oil from my car after work. Not happy since it cost 500 to get a new oil pan,and it was a Friday night to top it all off. So finding a mechanic to fix it is not easy and when they did and inspection of the situation they noticed they just put a little yellow paint to try and seal it So screw this place not worth all that hassle and stress just for a quick oil change

This Jiffy Lube location is GREAT! I have to apologize as I did not get anyone s name but EVERYONE that works at this location were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with. The manager has a good staff and keeps the location running efficiently. Waiting area is clean and overall the location has a good environment. When I went it was not very busy but the employees treated as if they were. I was out in way less than 20 mins. Which is a great sign that when they are busy the team works together to try and get all customers taken care of and on their way as fast as possible. I will be back. Thank you Tropicana Jiffy Lube team.

Excellent customer service! As a women its hard enough finding a place to service your car you can trust. Chloe was the mechanic that worked on my car and she was very knowledgeable about what services to provide me. She topped off all my fluids and checked my tire pressure. I feel more safe driving my car now knowing that everything was checked out and maintained today. I would definitely recommend this shop. They were fast and reasonable. I didn't even have to wait to get serviced.
