Jiffy love has always been great to me. This particular time it made my experience even better. Going from one side of town to the other from one location to another just to get an oil change. Mike was very kind, and knowledgeable and his help and customer service skills are much appreciated!!!

Anthony was extremmely courteous and helpful in giving me the best possible price for my oil change and filter. We got to chatting during checkout and found out we both share an common interest in writing and musical production. Perhaps we may collaborate on a future project together. Like i said he couldn't have been more professional and courteous as well as way beyond helpful.

Anthony and Mike have fantastic customer service skills! As a woman, its never fun as dealing with auto issues because you feel like you might get taken advantage of. I felt well taken of by these gentlemen! I have been to this location several times and i always leave pleased. Thank you Anthony!! Thank you Mike!!

Came to change the motor oil, my oil and filter. Man on reception thinking and throwing a price of $60. I was shocked lol. I went a couple blocks farther and changed it for $25.Do not recommend this place

The guys at the Jiffy on Rainbow were amazing! They helped me figure out what was best regarding my transmission and were extremely quick and informative. I ll definitely be back and would recommend anyone in need of car service to head there!

I am always in such a hurry when I go there to get an oil change. Usually Anthony is the tech that helps me. He has always been very professional, courteous and quick allowing me to get on my way. I never really get a chance to thank him for helping me. I would definitely recommend going to this place for assistance. The other techs are great as well, I just usually get Anthony so special shot out to him. Thanks again!!!

I recently had an experience with the Jiffy Lube located at 3420 S. Rainbow St in Las Vegas Nevada, that I would definitely classify as remarkable . The standout star of their team was undoubtedly Jordan. His impeccable service was nothing short of affirmation of their commitment to customer satisfaction. Jordan s manners were notably courteous, treating us with respect and kindness every step along the way. Furthermore, his proficiency in car service was truly impressive. He handled everything with such professionalism and efficiency that it made my visit smooth and hassle-free. The affordability was another appealing aspect, largely due to Jordan and his team's efforts to communicate about various promotional offers available. In sum, a great experience at Jiffy Lube, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Jordan. I am from LA, but very tempted to drive back to Vegas just to service my car! This is my go to spot for oil changes. Super fast in and out and every time the technicians have been very knowledgeable and helpful. They'll also look at other fluid levels in your engine and let you know if anything needs attention, but don't upsell you unnecessarily. They usually have a coupon promotion going on the website which makes the overall cost very good for the value they deliver. If you want a trustworthy shop changing your oil and looking at your engine outside of your major car maintenance routine, this Jiffy Lube location is a great option.

Came in for an oil change and left feeling completely taken advantage of. Its already hard as a women to come in to get service done without feeling like people are price gauging you based on being a women but this was ridiculous. I have been coming to this location since 2020 and was recently told I don't have an account with this Jiffy lube and when i proceeded to tell them this couldn't be accurate i was made to feel like I was lying yet I have previous receipts from this location because I always come in to do a oil change at this location. What I spend is usually 50 dollars and had to end up paying 80 which I've NEVER done before. I'm also able to always use a coupon off the website and was told that these coupons don't usually work so there was no point. Basically got strong armed into paying 80 dollars. I will be taking this up with a higher up.

Popped in after a long road trip needing an oil change and a coolant flush. In the past I've had sketchy experiences at oil change businesses forgetting to replace my filters, caps and not completing services paid for. I had an excellent experience today. The guys were happy to answer my many questions about how my vehicle works and what they do to keep it working. I'm grateful for the professionalism and attention to detail at this spot. Thank you for your time and expertise!

Everyone there was beyond amazing. Anthony went above and beyond. I went in for an oil change. And was not expecting him to start cleaning out my car! I was so embarrassed but truly appreciated it. If you couldn't tell it was a long few month for me haha. Definitely coming back.

I came in today to Jiffy Lube on Spring Mountain in Rainbow for an oil change, and I got excellent service from Anthony and Staas. They are awesome and if you're close in the area go down there for your car needs they're amazing They literally got me out of a road of trouble.

Quick, pretty easy too. Didn't hound me for a bunch of things, just got my oil change done fast.Had 1 issue this time (usually come here and never have issues). They give you a sticker that says "come back within 500 miles of your mileage shown" for when you need another oil change to get $5 off your next one. You can also get coupons online, in which I got a $15 of a synthetic blend. The teammate I talked to (don't want to put names out there) had a difficult time understanding my question if these discounts stacked or if they were separate discounts where they couldn't be stacked. It became quite awkward. He brought up that I'm already saving like 22 dollars then he said he didn't say that, then he said he could apply the lesser amount if I wanted. I was already pretty annoyed with the attitude and lack of communication so I just said "we'll just go with the 15" lol I don't think he meant to come off having an attittude if he was just confused. He did say he was gonna get someone else to talk to me, but then ended up just giving me my total and was basically telling me I could pay instead.Look, I don't care if it's 5 bucks, 7 bucks, 10 bucks. The VALUE isn't important to me, it's what is stated, the PRINCIPLE, to the customer "this is a 15 dollar coupon" and "come back for 5 bucks off" that I care about. It could've been like 2 and 3 dollars and I would've asked the same question.We ended up settling for 19 bucks off instead of getting someone else who could understand my question. I would've been completely fine just taking one or the other if that's the policy, likewise, if there is no restriction, then I'd want my 15 + 5 off since they accept that. I got 19 off but I don't really care since the money isn't the issue, it's the principle.

The was extremely courteous and efficient. I had no wait time to have my vehicle serviced and was only in the service bay for a few minutes. Alondra was great!

10/10 customer service, Mike even went out of his way to walk with me to autozone to make sure they didn't sell me the wrong part. Service was super efficient and the technicians were super personable and friendly.

Alondra, Michael, and Travis were amazing!! I will be back. They showed me everything they did, and even taught me some things. They were honestly a joy to deal with at the end of a long day and while getting a chore such as an oil change done.

As usual, this Jiffy Lube had me in and out, even though it was busier than I'm used to seeing when I come to get an oil change. Anthony hooked me up, making sure everything with my car was ready to go before I hit the road for the holidays. And Ty offered to put air in my tires even after I totally forgot that the "low tire pressure" light was on.

I took my car to jiffy lube on 11/24 to get a oil change, when I arrived I did not have a oil leak when I left I I did. I was told I needed to have a my oil plug replaced, which ironically could not be done at jiffy lube. Jordan manager of this location, knowingly damaged my car and sent me out in the world to drive a car not safe for the road. I took my car to Firestone only to be told and shown that my drain pan threads and drain oil plug had been stripped smooth. This could only have happened during a oil change.Jordan manager at jiffy lube refused to pay for my repair, when he is the one who knowingly stripped my pan threads and damaged my plug without taking responsibility for the damage. I'm assuming he didn't know my last 3 oil changes have been completed at this location consecutively. No matter what damage was done, the damage was caused by jiffy lube. I will be pursuing this matters legally if jiffy lube does not reimburse me. This is the exact reason why people don't trust mechanics. They should have admitted the mistake and repaired the damage. Jordan isnt denying the damage, he's upset because I had the full aluminum pan replaced an doesn't want to pay almost $1,100 in repair cost. Dishonest

Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location! Anthony provided excellent customer service, and the rest of the staff were very kind in giving updates while they were working on my car. I ve been coming to this location since I moved to this side of town and I ve always appreciated their customer service! I ll be returning again when my car is up for maintenance.

Time for an oil change and I come to this Jiffy Lube. Great group of men and women at Jiffy Lube #2665 on S. Rainbow, across from the Post Office. GM Jordan has great staff working with him. Smiles and helping each other!Had my oil change and asked about my headlights. Since they were ashy and dingy. David is your guy if you want like new headlights.
