What Great Customer Service! I recently moved here to North Las Vegas and when my brake light on my Jeep went out last week, I visited this Jiffy Lube to get it fixed. They were courteous, fast, and very professional. When the Manager checked on me, he noticed I had an out of state Veteran license plate. He asked if I was visiting or had moved here. When I explained I had just moved here, he told me, "Welcome to Las Vegas" and didn't charge me for the repair. It was only going to be a few dollars for the repair, but his kindness in paying it forward, won him a customer for life. Thank You for the warm welcome, and the Great Service - see ya soon!

It was an extremely difficult time for me last week, I urgently needed an oil change and my beloved pet had just passed away. The employee who attended to me was very kind and listened to my concerns. She not only provided me with excellent service by promptly changing my car's oil, but she also offered helpful tips on coping with the loss of a pet. Her empathy and understanding made a tough day a little easier for me, and I am grateful for her kindness. After they repaired my car, I discovered that it worked even better than before! It was now equipped with the ability to turn into an air plane at the push of a button, something I didn t even know was possible. It's clear that their hands are blessed by the gods above, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results.

Took my truck into get an oil change and that's all that was needed. The crew wanted me to get new brakes that were not needed as they were less than a year old, new windshield wipers, and many other supposed concerns of the mechanics that were not necessary. I told them my husband would take care of them. The men were very rude and told me " you don't know what you are talking about and should listen to uswe are mechanics". Then they told me there was an oil leak ,no oil was leaking and never saw any oil leaking from vehicle ever. Now the AC is out and can't get a freon charge. At a new mechanics now still no oil leak, but there are showing us damage done to the AC as it did not just go out it was overcharged and damaged. This was probably intentionally done as an oil change is apparently not good enough for a simple transaction they wanted more money. The crew was ridiculously rude and not happy I just wanted an oil change, did you think by damaging the AC unit intentionally i was going to bring it back to the crooks who damage it? Thanks for the $3000 intentional damage. The old crew and employees that used to work there were so much better for the four years I have use this location. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCREW YOU HARD IF YOU DONT WANT UNNECESSARY WORK DONE!!!!!!!!Zero stars if I could rate this terrible location.

Got an oil change. The guys were AWESOME! Quick fast and thorough! Covered everything I needed and was professional and friendly at the same time. Need an Oil Change? This is the place. They even washed my dusty windows way to go guysssss

Devon was great, I appreciated his customer service skills. The Team worked efficiently, Devon, Drew, and Anthony. Devon heard and respected my concerns; he discussed his suggestions but was not pushy. I will return to the Camino Al Norte location #3081. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer.

About 3 months ago, I took my truck in to get serviced. I have never had an issue with this location until then. The tech was telling me that my brakes needed replaced, due to them being at 40%, however they were new pads. They then tried to scam me out of an ac overhaul, only to find out by a real mechanic that the ac system was intentionally damaged, that has cost me 3k to replace. Prior to leaving they attempted to give me a read out that suggested that my vehicle had an oil leak, which was completely un true. This new crew of felons needs to be replaced by actual mechanics.

All employees were very friendly. I had extended interactions with James (Manager) and David (Mechanic). James was a pleasure to chat with and David took the time to explain the procedure, show me the parts that were replaced and why they needed to be replaced. He also suggested repairs/replacements for the near future, and gave me a cursory inspection of the undercarriage. Lastly. I am very pleased that the estimate I was given was what I actually paid. I'll be back. Please thank James and David for me. Be Blessed!

Cory!!! So sorry to write this review so late! I didn t forget about you!! We have just gotten back from Vacation and the trip went so smooth because it started it with you! We needed a super quick oil change the day before Christmas Eve to head to Cali on a family vacation and although this isn t the usual spot for me to go for this type of maintenance. Cory and his crew took such good care of us on a crunch! In under 20 minutes he had our oil changed, new wiper blades, topped off the air in my tires and gave us the family discount ! He gave such outstanding service that day! I work in customer service and I can confidently say Customer service clearly comes naturally to him! Thank you Cory for treating us like family!! Hit me up when you need a career change!

WOW! I mean just wow.. This jiffy lube is so AWESOME!!!!!!! All of the employees really helped me get my car fixed today so quickly and they did a great job. One employee in particular, Tania.. was literally the best today!! She s a 5 star employee!! She s so sweet and friendly, and she s so helpful. I m not gonna lie she s also pretty sexy . Thank you Jiffu Lube for your amazing customer service.

Devon was GREAT! Did a fantastic job explaining the issues with my vehicle, recommended services I ACTUALLY needed instead of just trying to upsell, physically showed me the condition of some of said issues. 11/10 would recommend to come when Devon is here and the rest of the staff was amazing as well. They all work so well together .

When I first arrived at this establishment, my car was a complete and utter disaster. A severe road-rage incident had just occurred between me and the President of the United States, Joe Biden. He got out of his vehicle and tore my brakes, engine, and tires off with his bare hands. I was fearing for my life when Drew, my JiffyLube superhero, appeared and apprehended my attacker. He then swiftly lifted my car, and me, and took me to the shop for repairs. Everyone at the establishment was sublime. They treated me and my vehicle with utmost care and attentiveness, I felt like a true passenger princess. Among the workers, one stood out in particular, with her cute glasses. Tania literally welded my car back together using her laser vision. I have never seen such spectacular craftsmanship in my life. She is truly an automotive god. If you love yourself, please come to this establishment. You will not be disappointed.

I went in for an oil change and transmission fluid change. They were helpful, respectful and did the changes quickly but also cleaned my floorboard and windows free of charge. Will be returning for tune up soon. Thank you again!

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Carlos, Hector, and Anthony.While they were taking off the plastic housing unit thing on my Rav4, it broke. While I was panicked, they, patiently explained what happened & answered every question I had.Once they put the new piece on, Anthony double & triple checked my car to make sure nothing was leaking.If you guys go to this Jiffy Lube, please look for Carlos, Hector & Anthony they definitely went above and beyond with their service & they were honest

I love coming to Jiffy Lube! Devon, Dave, and Rios worked on my car. The guys are so friendly and informative. They take the time to explain to me what s going on, what it takes to fix it, which things are urgent and which things can wait. They also seem to really enjoy working with each other. This site was awesome, the way they communicated from bay to bay was amazing to hear . I thought I was watching a musical without the dancing .everyone was extremely helpful. I even got some great early recommendation to take care of . I will always get my oil change done there.

I came in here a few weeks back to get the oil changed on my car and the folks working were extremely friendly and quick about it. Answered all my questions about other unrelated stuff without making me seem dumb for asking lol. I think the manager helping me at the time was named Anthony?? And another girl was also super helpful I think her name was Tania or Tanya, not sure how it s spelled. Either way it s a good spot :]!!

I rushed here right after work because they close at 6. I arrived at 5:15. I felt horrible coming in near closing time. Devon and Desean were great. They made me feel so welcomed and at ease knowing they ll take care of my car. They had great customer service and were extremely polite. The lobby was really clean and felt refreshing waiting in here. I would definitely recommend this jiffy lube to anyone.Service: Oil change

I put this negative review under the business. The people at this Jiffy Lube were wonderful! They were respectful they were kind, and they were helpful. As an elderly woman, it was such a refreshing change to know that I spoke to people who honestly cared, and who gave respect to the elderly and the disabled. So I m so sorry that my bad reviews got misplaced on the wrong site. But these people at Jiffy Lube I think his name is John or Jeff. I m not sure but they were wonderfully kind to me and I can t say enough after all the bad service I had received, it was nice and relieving to be able to find somebody that you can trust, so thank you gentlemen at Jiffy Lube and I m sorry that I posted the negative post on your site you did not deserve that. You only deserve the best!

I had a flat tire last week and on top of that, it was a really difficult time for me emotionally. Tania attended me and she was very helpful, she was even lovely enough to listen to my problems and give me advice. I will definitely be coming back.

I usually hate getting oil changes because the guys at Valvoline always talked to me like I was dumb.Decided to come to jiffy lube this time around. What an amazing staff! Terry and Devon helped me out, they were super transparent and thorough telling me what they were doing! The boy with the long hair was also super kind and courteous, and was very polite as well! I will never go anywhere else. I appreciate these guys and all their help. Amazing customer service and super quick and efficient!Service: Oil change

I was a walk in and I got in right away. I needed an oil change and I thought it was probably time for new brakes (which I knew was going to be costly) even though there wasn'tany squealing. I was told they would check them out. I forgot to tell them to check the cabin filter. The crew were so efficient that they showed me the cabin filter on their own, which I asked them to replace it. Then they told me my brakes were fine and they recommended a brake fluid flush and replacement. Mind you I haven't had anything done to my Trax (other than oil and filter changes) until last year I needed to replace the battery. So they saved me money including giving me a Military discount. I am a 66 year old woman and they treated me with respect and didn't try to take advantage of me by saying I needed services that I actually didn't. They were very friendly and honest which I appreciate very much and why I will continue to have them service my Trax. Thank you Anthony, Terry, Hector, David, Drew, Devon and James.

There are very few places left where the customers are treated nicely and thoroughly. This was definitely one of those rare places. They were professional yet friendly. The oil change was done quickly and I haven't had a problem with it.

Jiffy Lube at 2475 Camino Al Norte in Las Vegas Nevada told me I needed both front/back bakes and rotors for $1,000. I left it but felt it was a fraud. I went back and took my car to the Toyota dealer who inspected it and said both my front and back breaks and rollers were in excellent condition and I just had brake dust that need to be cleaned. They took care of that & other things for $300. Jiffy Lube it's not an honest business!!

Employees here are so nice and helpful! Everyone I spoke to was chill and Tania helped change my oil and gave me advice as to not let my parts go bad and more basic info about cars, was afraid I was gunna get scammed bc I know how auto repair places are but I got a good price, really helpful people would absolutely recommend:)
