This place really does good work. They don t only do oil changes but they also do brakes and suspension as well. With my oil changes the inspected everything . And let me know if anything was needed. I left there feeling more safe than when I pulled in. I would like to thank jake and his crew for not taking advantage of an old man like me. I will be back for all of my future car needs

I had an unpleasant experience with a different location. My vehicle needed to be serviced, so, I decided to go to the Jiffy Lube at Charleston & Lamb. What a difference! They actually listened to my frustration with the other location. Then they tackled the job. I was very pleased with their service. I was pleased enough that I immediately went home & switched cars. My second car was given the very same excellent service! Thank you Sam, Jacob, Jordan family & friends! Keep up your professional work. I will be seeing you again when my cars need servicing next time.

Today I went to this location again for the first time in many months. I speak to Jake who, come to find out is the new store manager at this location. Jake did an absolutely amazing job with my vehicle even with there being only two employees working. He has a positive attitude and is just simply easy to be around which makes for a much better visit when waiting to get your car done. I can't see myself going to Any other shop unless jake was to be at the shop. By far one of the best experiences I've ever had. Great job manager Jake.

Went to get a SMOG & Shannon & Sonny took GREAT CARE OF me. Fast, friendly & clean.They are open on SUNDAYS till 6pm which was a 1st as MOST are not open Sundays.

I recently went to this location to get an oil change and my breaks changed.. I was helped by a young man named Jake and his customer service was beyond outstanding along with the wonderful service he provided for my vehicle . I recommend to anyone who needs any type of services done to there vehicles to request him . I was 100% satisfied .

I was never given suggestions nor prices on anything. I wasn t aware of any other services. One asked full synthetic right I replied no. The other person asked so what do you want? I kinda know my way around my car so doesn t really matter. If it would have been my wife she would have been very confused. I usually go to Valvoline but I wanted to give JL a try. But you guys are a bit more expensive for a way!!!! Less quality service. Not to leave out the fact that they didn t secure the oil pan cover and damaged my vehicle. Straight garbage.

I had a little trouble with my very old car overheating, while in Las Vegas. After I called Jiffy Lube. They said bring it on by and I had my car assessed and fixed within a couple of hours. A huge shout out to Jacob who thoroughly investigated my car and got me back on the road. I was able to drive all the way to Canada soon after my car was fixed.

Marcella was amazing!!! Worked really fast and honored my $25 off coupon. The gentleman who did my oil change was also really polite and completed my oil change in less than 30mins !!! Definitely recommend!!

I Had to get an oil change, So, I stopped at the local Jiffy Lube, I was happy with the estimate that Jordan gave me, Benjamin and Demarco helped me find a $24 dollar coupon towards my services and Tavon rang me up. They all provided me with the highest level of customer care and great hassle free customer service. I would recommend coming to the Jiffy Lube located on Lame and East Charleston.Kimberly

I been getting my oil change at this location for almost 5 yrs and the service and customer service has been great. I went today and my I was disappointed there was two employees there that had a really bad attitude I feel like they didn't even want to work they were so rude so nasty.

I just visited this jiffy lube as soon as I got there they were immediately friendly and attentive. Jamie Hoyt took care of me gave me a fair price and I had an engine light and needed an oil change. She listened and was able to get me quick service in and out very good customer service and friendly staff. They also have a nice waiting area with AC on a hot day it was great I would definitely think about giving them a visit.

Jiffy lube was amazing, I called to see if there was any waiting in there wasn't. they told me how much it would be and when I asked about any coupons they told me where I could find some. They were courteous and polite. Is my first time going to jiffy lube but it won't be my last, and they did an amazing job.
