Waited about 10 minutes for the customer in the bay to get finished up and once I was up, true to their word, 15 minutes later, I had my oil changed - air pressure checked, system checked, and we were rocking. The employees were friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable. I ll definitely be back.

Randomly stopped by on a Wednesday morning at 10 am on my way thru town, they got me in and out for an oil change very quickly and all of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Orion, Dakota & Derek!This was my first time to a jiffy lube and my personal opinion was it's pricey so I probably won't be returning unfortunately... But overall I had a great experience with these guys!

Came in to town needed a quick oil change and they helped, when I asked about any coupons my advisor pop up with yes I do and he was prompt putting it in when checking me out didn t have to remind him or ask again. Great team great service!

Best shop in Las Vegas! I needed a last minute inspection to get back on the road. All these other shops just do M-F with appointment. The nice gentleman said come on down we will have you out in 10mins. The other Man who inspected vehicle was also cordial and didn t try to upsell things I don t need. I just had a tune-up done with front and back brakes done. Other shops would ve said something like ohhh them rotors. Thank you to these great people! Come on down folks!

Respectable honest team members.Showed much love by replacing my oil drain plug at no cost. God bless this team here. most definitely would Recommend this location to all my family and friends. Keep that positive energy jiffy lube brothers.

Great staff! Super quick and reasonably priced. Glad that I stopped by to get my oils change. Coming from out of state it s nice to be able to get the services I need from reputable businesses. Definitely stop by again next time I m in town and in need for any car related services!

Joseph did a great job helping me decide what was best for my car. I told him my concerns, he checked it out and came back to me with a plan. Very easy, fast and honestly the best experience I ve had ever. Thank you Joseph!Side note: I know for girls it can be intimidating to come alone to do car stuff, but Joseph made it easy.

I live near this Jiffy Lube and can always count on them during an emergency or in a time crunch. My technicians on Thursday were Dakota and Austin, who serviced my car when the oil was very low. They practically saved my engine. I highly recommend this place.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I used to love this shop. Jaimee and Nick were the best. Now they have this new guy running it named Joe I think. I'm extremely disappointed.. he's rude, talks down to people and should not be a manager. Guess I'll have to find a new shop.

I took my vehicle to get it's headlight fixed. After trying for an hour and not being successful. They told me I had to wait for jay the manager and he was at lunch. They informed me that his lunch normally takes 3 hours. I was charged for the oil change and for them fixing my headlight. After being there for 2 hours Jay never showed up

The attendent was kind. But he didn't tell me that my air filter was bad. He didn't ask about my windshield wipers. My fluids weren't topped off. I stopped and bought washer and transmission fluid. The manager didn't use the military discount code that I gave him. I won't ever use Jiffy lube again.

Had a great experience here at Jiffy Lube, 20 �.20 Sahara Ave., Nicolas the manager and Anthony the worker definitely transcended past their basic duties. I m absolutely ecstatic that there is new management. It s definitely showing improvement. Being that, I had a terrible experience before this is definitely making up for it and this should be a positive future for Jiffy Lube.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change
