Waited in line for almost 45 mins for 1 car... that's not too big of a deal. But when I get home after my oil change, I see that my truck is FILTHY with greasy handprints everywhere. I just got it washed yesterday! C'mon Jiffy Lube!

Kael M took great care of me today, the location was on Craig and Decatur across from oreily. He was extremely sweet. He had a lot of knowledge about my vehicle. Was very patient because I didn t know much about my car. I will return to this location always. He made my trip here extremely great! I recommend this location for anyone that needs an oil change !!!! Awesome experience from the staff as a whole !!!!! I will return

Real awesome team of people working here. Friendly, genuine, professional, and definitely quick. When there's a shop on every corner offering an oil change, you have to set yourself apart with customer service and I think they've mastered that at this location. All the recommended upsells were reasonably priced and they really only recommended what my car needed and nothing more. Keep up the good work y'all, I'll be back.

Very nice & helpful. The fellow was there by himself so there was a short wait, which he was very apologetic about. He gave me much needed information & help and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Very positive experience & I will definitely be going back!

The entire crew, from the initial inspection by Mr. B Goodwin to the techs, Brian G , Shane G and Herman M. doing the work in the pit was very courteous, professional and did a great job. Always leave happy that my car got some love.

Came in before a big road trip and was able to get in immediately. The guys working here are an absolute blast. Super friendly and funny. Driving into their vehicle bay cracked the exhaust on my car up near the engine. When we came in, my car sounded fine; when we left, it was making a terrible noise when accelerating. Of course they didn't take any responsibility for it, or give us any kind of compensation/apology. Stay away from this place, especially if you have a low-riding car.

The service was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had the parts that were required for my vehicle. I was able to get some money saving coupons from their website. Will keep having my vehicles serviced there. Jake went out of his way to make my visit very pleasant. Good job guys!

I came in to get an oil change at this location this morning. Three very professional and enthusiastic technicians displayed amazing teamwork. I ve never seen people as excited to work as them. They got me in and out of there with a smile on their faces the whole time. Great communication skills with each other. Quickest oil change ever. If I could give zero stars because of the service I would! I took my car for an oil change. They told me I needed a new plug, so I paid the additional fee and drove off not much later. A few days later I pulled out of my parking spot and there was a large puddle oil. I used my computer to test the oil levels and it was significantly less than it was when I left the shop. I called, they told me to bring it back so I did. My car has NEVER leaked before! I took my car back and Kael took a look. He told me something was not put on tight enough, stated he had fixed the problem and I drove off. A few days later I noticed the oil puddle in my parking spot had gotten bigger. Thinking maybe I was seeing things, I went to the grocery store, I was in there an hour and noticed a puddle when I pulled out the parking spot. I called the shop again, Kael told me to bring it back. I told him I d get there just before the end of his shift and he assured me he d be there. Got to the shop 20 mins before he got off and the employees told me he had left early. Jake took a look and told me the plug they supposedly ordered when I initially got the oil change was never put on my car. Like why did they tell me it was being delivered and I sat there for awhile thinking I was getting a part put on my car and it never was! Jake showed me the new plug he bought and did the oil change again. Mind you when I got there, half the oil from the initial oil change was GONE! It has been a few hours since and I noticed a tiny oil spill under my car AGAIN!!! Not sure if that is residue from the previous bad job, but this has been a nightmare! I won t even mention the last time I went to this same shop I asked for them to change my windshield wipers and they cracked my windshield right down the middle! They paid for me to get another one, but after this second incident I can say I have learned my lesson. I will NEVER go back to another Jiffy Lube!!!! The staff was very nice, but the service was terrible and that is an understatement! We will see if I have to take it back again. Longest 2 weeks of my life!!!

This is the best Jiffy Lube in the area. The best part are the people there. They are kind and courteous. Never thought getting an oil change could be so pleasant.

I love the whole crew at the Jiffy lube on Rancho. They are always very informative, efficient and kind. I will not go any where else. Kael M is a great human being!!! Jason M is polite. Jacob T always smiles as he greets me. Desean F is so awesome! Herman M super fast! Thanks guys!!!

Had to drop in with my two youngest daughters for an oil change. Everyone was so sweet and courteous, the wait felt even shorter than it already was, and it was just a wonderfully pleasant experience all around.
