The crew there provided excellent recommendations and professional service. Genesis and Michael provided excellent customer service. They both knew what they were doing and it showed through their knowledge of the job. I will return for future auto service !

Just got my F-250 truck serviced and Trevor and Wilford were awesome. I was in and out fast and they topped off all my fluid. Very professional and friendly. I ll be back with my other cars soon! I m glad I found these guys! Thanks for great service!

I had a brake fluid flush on my vehicle. The price was very reasonable, the guys did a great job. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They also do many other automotive services there too. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

First time with you guy's, so far you have displayed customer satisfaction the only thing that I would like to bring up is my wiper fluid was empty and was never topped off, other than that everything was fantastic! I just moved to that part of Town and Im very happy that you also displayed the type of customer satisfaction that I am a custom to from my previous place that I go for oil change. You will be seeing me more often. Thank you for your service!

We love this Jiffy Lube!! It s right across the street from us. Genesis was very helpful. Even though we came in for an oil change, she let us know that there were a few other things that needed to be done with car. Which is what she called preventive care. We will definitely get this done before it becomes an issue!

My review was late I was serviced on Dec 26 Jiffy team was great and had amazing customer service they didn't charge me a dime when they emptied my oil and they couldn't remove my filter because the dealer over-tourqued the cap they added new oil in so I can get the service done once they get the part. Jiffy team would have completed the service but it was late and I needed to go plus the part wasn't available at the moment. Anyway amazing team Jiffy Lube! Thank you!

The service here is awesome. The guys are really fast and the Genesis was really helpful, well spoken, and super generous. Thank you guys for your constant service. This is my favorite place to get my car serviced!

I despise this place . They told us it would be 10 to start change my oil . It was 20 min . Once into the shop they still have not touched my car and it has been 30 min . I am still here waiting car has not been touched . They have started service the car that was here 15 min after me . I have a 330 appointment that I will now be late for . Jiffy lube my butt nothing jiffy about this place . Won t come again. I just hate being lied too. If you gave me an accurate time I would not care I would just have done it later but don t screw up my day by telling me inaccurate times. Took 80 min to get my car back . Won t be back

I was here at 8am and the staff was so nice that they got me right in for my oil change, tire rotation and fluid topping super quick. Affordable cost with fantastic customer service and as easy as I could imagine!! Thank you!

I have only ever come here for my oil changes. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I'm in and out quickly, and I don't feel that they try to oversell or take advantage of me. I highly recommend this location!

This is definitely the best place I have been for an oil change. I flat out refuse to go anywhere else anymore as I don t trust anyone to have the level of service I get here. Even the jiffy lube just around the corner from here can not compare. The people here always seem so genuine and understand that good customer service makes the experience way better. Huge thanks to Trevor, Willfred, and Brittany for being awesome today. Keep it up! I hope these employees are being paid well for running the best jiffy I ve been to.

It has been a very long time that I could write a review of two employees that went above exceptions. I was welcome to Jiffy Lube location by Rylee, which was very pleasant and welcoming to the Jiffy Lube location. His customer service was outstanding and advised me every step of the way what was going on and happening to the vehicle I did bring in. Josh, was very professional and followed procedures and quickly changed everything expected on my vehicle. These two gentlemen were on top of everything making sure to keep my informed of every step. Customer service was outstanding, quality of work was outstanding, friendliness was outstanding, professionalism was outstanding, and performance of job was defiantly outstanding. I will be returning here more and more with both vehicles.Service: Oil change

I come here because the last time I was here they were showing Initial D in the waiting room. This shows their commitment to cars and car culture as a whole. The people that work here are not only chill, but professional. They move quick and provide excellent service. I ve never had a wait to be seen and they provide personalized care.

When my car alert told me i needed a oil change, they were honest and told me it was full just the alert didnt get reset. I know plenty of places that would've lied and just went along with what i thought and tried to get money out of me, but i appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

This is the best place to go! They go over what is needed, no pressure but gives honest feedback. Been here the past 3 times I had to get an oil change and each time I had the best experience. Will only go here from now on.

The staff at Jiffy Lube are wonderful! They are personable and professional. They're caring and very meticulous about the cars they work on. My car had overheated and I was panicking! They helped me through everything. They're great people and honest! Thank you Jiffy Lube! Trevor is the manager. Such an awesome gentleman.

Trevor (the General Manager) and the entire staff at this location were extremely friendly and efficient. They completed everything I needed in a very timely manner. There was a very impatient customer waiting behind me that wanted them to stop helping me to do her oil change immediately. Trevor did his best to handle her rude demands calmly and professionally before kindly recommending that she can wait patiently or leave as she was walking around in the garage where they were working. I will be back Jiffy Lube!

Came in today the date is October 11th to get an oil change and I was in and out with the snap of my fingers while only 2 people working the whole store today they were great, friendly, and very educational not only did I get a quick oil change but I shared some laughs and learned new information which is always a great process when going out to do tasks like these. About time! Honest, caring technicians. You actually can still find a mechanic that takes pride in there trade! Great team that they have at this location. Genesis and Josh took outstanding care of us and our vehicle. She was so helpful with us, explaining things that needed attention with our car, made me feel that she truly cares. Josh somehow managed to explain to us( I should say break it down) the how and why of some other things that they had see during the oil change, in a way that made sense to me! No pressure at all....didn't explain things to me like I was an idiot...I felt like they both really take PRIDE in what they do. 100% will be back and will specifically will make sure that they are there!
