Good service. I was informed on everything that they recommended along with prices. You can see the maintenance being performed and they do a good job. I would be careful with their general recommendations. When in doubt just refence your vehicle's manual. I was recommended a spark plug replacement for 60K miles, but my maintenance manual says to do it at 100K. This happens everywhere though.

I had a very positive experience during my recent visit to Jiffy Lube. The service was remarkably quick, which I greatly appreciated. The staff were not only friendly but also very professional, making the atmosphere welcoming. Before proceeding with any replacements, they clearly communicated what was needed and consulted me for approval, ensuring there were no surprises. They also provided upfront pricing, which made the decision-making process much easier for me. Overall, the process was easy and straightforward, making for a very satisfactory visit. I would definitely recommend their services based on this experience.

First I was met at my truck by Anthony he was nice very pleasant attitude, attentive to my service needs. He took great care of my truck. Also Izzy was quite helpful he explained each service that was provided and he was pleasant and kept eye contact. Anthony made me smile cause I was a bit down and when he approached my truck I knew everything was going to be fine. Thank you to the whole crew but especially Anthony & Izzy. 5 s across the board

The guys working here were really nice! And I didn t have to wait so long to get my oil change, I was explained what services by truck was due for soon which was very helpful, highly recommend!

Manny took great care of me today! I brought in a Dodge Grand Caravan, and he gave great advice because he has actually worked for Chrysler in the past. I pulled out to Jiffy Lube and was stressed out because my tire was almost flat. I was greeted very warmly by Jabar and Kevin. They noticed that my brake light was out so they placed it and filled my tires which were low. Very fast and friendly. A great experience

This crew and this Manager and the staff are the most amazing honest people I ve ever dealt with. I always bring my cars here. They are always so kind and so honest and they do whatever they can to help us save money they go over and beyond to help us I love these guys so much.

This establishment is great at making sales but has failed to honor their warranty, promising a change of battery if in case something wrong happens. A 30-minute service for an item was ensured but later admitting it cannot be serviced. The experience was disappointing, with questionable customer service. Entire delivery route was messed up because of them. I recommend avoiding this place and safeguarding your money.

I felt it was important to leave this review because the staff at this location are the most helpful, genuinely nice people. Kevin was amazing - I felt awkward asking him to teach me about my car (because I should know that as a car owner lol) but he thoroughly explained everything to me and answered any questions I had about the engine, different parts of the engine and their functions, how to maintain & more. Kevin really went above and beyond in all areas including servicing my car as well. Mason was great too, same with Brittany. I will 100% be coming back to this location with any questions or issues I encounter. Highly recommend!! Thank you guys again.

Strongly recommend this Jiffy Lube location!! Manny and Kevin were the BEST!!! I ended up just purchasing a Jeep Compass and brought to them for a checkup and full service! They changed my oil, topped off my coolant, rotated my tires, AND even got a dark black scratch off the back side of bumper as an extended courtesy!! They were quick, kind, and the process was seamless!! Will definitely be returning to them again!! AND - added bonus - if you present your receipt to the carwash next door, you get 50% off their services!! Win Win!! Thank you Manny & Kevin for being 10 out of 10 and so awesome!!

Normally I would come to this location due to service being great but quite a while back took a work truck here and we have a contract with jiffy to service the trucks for an oil change. Unfortunately I d have to recommend to go elsewhere as of now. The manager working here did the oil change on the truck but informed us that not only did the truck require synthetic oil but because our boss was cheap that he was unable to charge the account for the service and that he would no longer want to work on any of our service vehicles because he could also not charge for the drain plug as it was required by the manual to change every oil change. In reality what happened was instead of taking some accountability for damaging the drain plug and breaking it because they did not know what they were doing they decided to shift the blame onto the customer as though it was our fault we broke the drain plug in the first place. I don t recommend this location and after looking at the actual service manual I can see the tech wasn t as knowledgeable as he claimed and must have broken the plug because I have gone to other locations with new drain plugs and directions provided by my boss to ensure it can get replaced and it seems as though all of the techs are unaware of what they are doing because they have let me know they ve broken the plug. They also had zero issues charging the account for filters that needed changing etc. etc. I m not a fan of dishonesty and I do build cars myself so I would change the oil in the vehicle but as I said it s not mine. Update and train your techs better jiffy it s not that hard and potentially loosing long time customer because your staff was incompetent and dishonest is ridiculous

Mason was so great with me I love her and I don t know nothing about cars . I drive a Pontiac Sunfire and I walk out with an oil change and a, couple of things. Definitely was satisfied

I highly recommend coming here for all your car needs, I came in today for an oil change and found out I didn't have any coolant in my car, the sales associate showed me the problem and was able to fix it easily they're very knowledgeable and super friendly so if you ever need anything done come here

What a wonderful day to have my friend's Nissan serviced. It was so good to to get the wiper replaced and oil change done.Mason, and the whole crew did an outstanding job with her 2020 Sentra.Made me a new customer for sure. Manuel up front was awesome. He was very polite and kind. Offered recommended services wasn t too pushy. They even went above and beyond for another customer s air filter situation, who was sitting next to me. I ll be back to this location again.
