Great communication and transparency. I was taken in right away with no appointment. Had the oil changed , cabin and engine air filter replaced as well as a full inspection taken care of on the 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 with just under 50,000 miles.

This was my first time, as my 2019 BMW X3 just surpassed the warranty period, so I no longer wish to pay BMW Service Center's rates for oil changes. The rep who first greeted me was very polite and explained the registration process and pricing. I don't think my car was in there for more than 15 minutes before they told me it was all done, including inspection. I will be returning for a coolant flush soon and have all my oil changes handled by Jiffy Lube in the future.

Everything was great,I have a recommendation though.my oil filter cap is kinda in an odd location and need a short 24 mm to open it, but shop didn t have that, so technicians had a difficult time opening that, i recommend that every tool necessary to be added to equipment in the shop.

Zach here at jiffy line took awesome care of me from the time I arrived until the completion of my full synthetic service needs on my 2020 Chevy Malibu. Staff was very respectful, detail oriented, And made sure that I was well aware of my cars servicing needs. Would definitely recommend you go see Zach

I decided to try this location today for oil change. The lady that helped me, I believe her name was Shannon, she was super helpful and very friendly. While I went into lobby to wait it smelled very strong of weed inside building.

I ve been taking my Jeep to the Jeep Dealer ever since I got it and after getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube on Charleston/Hualapai I wondered why I didn t come here first. Being a woman, sometimes I don t feel I get treated the best when doing anything with my car and the three gentlemen who helped me at Jiffy Lube were sooooo awesome!!!! Zachary, Eric, and Julio were so professional, kind, nice, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to show me everything and. Ow they have a customer for life!

Anytime I have come to this location the staff have been knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. They make solid and honest recommendations based on how they would care for their own car. I would highly recommend them.

Eric and Ryan , Julio helped me out today ! They did a wonderful job even with the damage on my vehicle already . I appreciate them i will definitely be coming back for my next oil change and any work i continue to need !

Just have to say that the employees are 5 star!! Probably the best experience I ve had at a quick lube shop and I ve been to many! Will be back!! My service writer gets extra credit for being that guy as well!!

My CSA, Jayden, at the 10157 W Charleston Blvd Las Vegas guy was very nice and helpful. And they got Jeep in and serviced quickly. I would definitely go to this location for service again.
