Ed and his crew did an awesome job! Professional from the start, with a more than fair estimate, to completing the job in a few days. I waited less than a week to get the vehicle in too. Kept in communication with me during the progress. They even addressed a small damage to the tailgate and R&R d the left bumper cap (I purchased prior) without charge. Highly recommend JandM! Mahalo to Ed and the crew!

J & M. They were referred to me by a stranger off of a site called Next door neighbor. I had posted needing a body shop. Several people kindly responded but the guy who works for the county seemed so sincere I went with his choice. It turned out to be the best decision. J and M saved us over $900 without even seeing the 1st bid. Once I met Ed I knew I could trust him and didn t need a 3rd bid. Go with your gut. He promised 4 days max and was true to his word. He matched the paint on my 2020 Santa Fe perfectly and it doesn t look like it was ever in an accident. I don t have the card in front of me but his front office person is sweet as ever and very knowledgeable. She set the appointment and listened to my needs. They will get all my referrals.

Ed and the team at J&M are awesome! They did a beautiful job on my car, on budget and finished earlier than the estimated time frame. Personable and honest. Hopefully I don t ever have a reason to go back, but if I do, I m glad to have a relationship with an auto body repair shop that has integrity and does great work!

I definitely recommend this shop! Ed and his team did an amazing job at fixing the dent in between the two doors and had the job done in less than two weeks!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, Edwin and Jon were friendly and attentive. They provided a detailed estimate and explained the repair process. A plus is they had my car ready the next day. The quality of their work is outstanding. I highly recommend.

Ed ordered my parts before I arrived, it made it quick and efficient. My car was fixed before the date they told me it would be done. I appreciate his attention to detail. My car was even detailed when I picked it up! I would definitely use this body shop again if I ever needed to. Thank you so much J and M you are the best!

I needed to change the gas tank in my motorcycle, the tank needed to be painted and swapped with the existing one. They did a great job.

These guys are great! Extremely friendly and very easy to work with. They went out of their way to show me issues with my truck caused by a job that was previously done incorrectly. They seem like very nice people. Worked with me on replacing a bumper and got me into the price range I was looking for. Unfortunately thier customer service wasn't indicative to the craftsmanship I've received. There seems to be separation from the new bumper panel leaving a small gap. I told them I was not satisfied and gave them an opportunity to fix the repair but was told it was installed correctly after bringing them my car for a second time. Please look at the photo and ask yourself if this is correct or acceptable?

John, Michelle, Ed, and the rest of the team were wonderfully kind and helpful when I brought my car in after running over a shredded tire on the highway. They checked everything out, made some minor repairs to the undercarriage of my vehicle, and more than anything helped me get back on the road with peace of mind that my car was safe to drive. Let me start by saying that J&M Body Repair has given EXCELLENT service from the moment I messaged them up to the final day of picking up my car.I went to 6 auto body shops that had good reviews just to get a quote and to make sure I m taking my car where it will be taken care of and I chose J and M Body because from the start, when they checked out my car, they were the most thorough and precise. I have very little car knowledge and they explained to me every part of the quote and what they planed to do. The others did not care as much.Picking up my car, everything looked flawless from how it looked after the rear end accident.My bumper was pushed hard that the sides popped off. It also had damaged inside so they had to replace the whole bumper.ALSO, they fixed my hazy yellowish oxidized headlights when they didn t have to!On top of this, the car insurance was giving them a hard time for not approving the alignment fix for my car. My car had really strong vibration when shifting gears and after arguing for a long time on the phone with the car insurance, they said that they will just fix it for free!!!J and M Auto Body were also the one who helped me find the best lawyer to handle my accident when the other party did not want to take responsibility.Super long review but they absolutely deserve the praise!I would recommend them to anybody so take your vehicle to them because it s hard to find people that actually care about their clients!!!

Great place to have your car repaired! Honest.. and they actually CARE.. They go out of their way to help you.. Good people! Michele and Ed in the office are SO nice! And they stand behind their repairs. They don't let the insurance companies tell them what to do - they listen to what YOU want done with YOUR car. They also try to negotiate with the dealerships to put REAL parts on your car, even when the insurance company will only pay for aftermarket cheap parts..

If you want honest and legit work done on your car this is definitely the place to bring it. Ed is the owner and his staff are awesome too. They don't try to sell you something you don't need or is not a necessity. Only what is obvious in damage and what will make sure your car runs safe for you. They do everything from body work to engine work and frame work and even do intoxilock service there. They work with your insurance and with you to make sure don't have to pay any ridiculous prices just to fatten someone wallet. They genuinely care about the customer.

ED is the owner and works on the car's as well. Him and his team there are very polite and helpful. They are willing to take the time to listen to you about what you want exactly done with your car and to make sure you are completely satisfied with the outcome. He's a very straightforward man and makes it a point to let you know that he doesn't cut corners and he does everything by the book. He's willing to help those who need it and will work with you and your insurance as much as he can. It's a family owned and run business. So make sure to take your car's there if you ever need any body work. They also do other repairs as well as intoxalock contracts. You won't be disseminated.

I found J & M by accident and can't believe how lucky I was. I have used them twice. 1st time I had them repaint minor scratches on two corners of my car bumpers. My car has metallic paint and they matched the finish perfectly - and unbelievable great job. The 2nd time I had them replace motor mounts. Great price, done on time and they even washed the car! Would not take my car anywhere else.

The owner of the place helped me push my car at the scene of the accident, he just happened to be driving by. He told me exactly what was going to happen after the accident. And everything happened exactly like he said it would. His knowledge of insurance companies, adjusters and appraisers is dead-on accurate.he was even nice enough to let me store my vehicle there, and he didn't even charge me. I'm sure he saved me a few hundred dollars.

I called and spoke to the lovely owner Ed! Told him I went to autozone to have them replace my license plate light (left) but they weren t able to do it because it was much more complex than we both could ever imagine. I guess that s a Benz for ya!I pulled up and was greeted by his team (always important) and he immediately got to work and replaced my light within only 10 minutes! Let s not even talk about what he charged me...or didn t lol.I ll definitely be back for my bodywork next month!You sure know how to keep a happy customer! Thank you dearly!

This place is amazing the staff is very friendly and professional, they were very helpful in answering some questions i had about my van that was unrelated to the work they were doing. They were able to not only answer my questions but explain in a way i was able to easily understand as someone who does not know alot about cars (i dont even change my own oil lol). they also have fair prices i needed some minor work done and everyone was quoting me out of the roof except for j and m. if your looking for great customer service dont hesitate

Sooooo I was referred to this little gem by a pretty awesome lady, so I should've known this shop was just as awesome. Ed, you're a dream come true and I mean that! Vegas is super iffy when it comes to mechanics, let alone to find a NICE TEAM of them who actually care about their customers rather than take advantage of them. Your body shop is much more than that. You checked my Audi out without question, educated me on things I had no idea about and are willing to put it on your lift when I have more time next week. Your prices are crazy reasonable. Thank you! See you next week!
