Been getting work done by Julio for a long time and recently came to Alex to get my brakes/rotors replaced. They are super professional, able to get my car in the same day I called. Super fair pricing, especially if you bring in your own parts. I was quoted hundreds more from other shops. I was in and out within 2 hours. Highly recommended.

This company had installed my engine a little over 6 months ago. Since then I have had all kinds of issues. I have taken my car to 2 other repairs shops to get things fixed. Both repair shops said the engine replaced can't be what I purchased T 30k miles it feels more like 100k or more . I believe they just fixed my issue that the engine was having . And kept the other engine I purchased. When addressing them with my issues they refused to talk about it or even show me the old engine. Took my car in there cause it was overheating. They told me it was a blown head gasket however when I informed them that I'd just had a head gasket replaced then they went to the water pump and they had all kinds of things. I immediately took back my car took I to another repair shop and it was a temperature gauge $57 problem they wanted to charge me four Grand. Do not take your car there. Rip off alert!!!

This place sucks. I took my car to get my engine installed. Called to ask them how long they would have it so that I can make arrangements for transportation to and from work. He told me two days. They did a rush job and didn't install correctly. When I addressed the issue they brushed me off. Alex admitted he didn't check for leaks or fluids to not only me but a male friend. I told them if you needed the car longer they should have said so. No rush when your playing with someone engine. I'm a single mom who just moved to Las Vegas and I felt ripped off. I will be filing a civil suit . They also broke the hood latch cable on my car and refuse to take responsibility. I have a 2016 NissanService: Engine repair

Very helpful and friendly. Julio kept me updated on everything and answered any questions I had. Went here to get rear axel replaced, he noticed the check engine light was on and he got it to pass smog (after many attempts at other places, it wouldn't pass or they couldn't find the problem). To be fair, not really sure. Went in to have my brakes looked at and was quoted $240. Then, once he got the back wheel off, it was suddenly $749. Sense I'm not mechanical, I don't know, but he started recommending this no credit check financing thing they're in business with. Just seemed like maybe that was his schtick.

Please Please Please do not go here. If u read the other reviews other people have posted You will see they always say one price too get you hooked then they will charge you an extreme amount more. I ve gone too this place sooo many times and they always do this and nothing ever end up getting fixed and the cap on my engine was lose and made a loud noise and my car we extremely dirty after. All the good reviews posted about this place are from family friends or relatives. Took my 2006 Chevy Equinox to get looked at by Juan the Owner, he was very dead on and told me that my truck was basically no more good. He suggested that I trade my vehicle or pay close to $2500 to get it fixed. So I took his advice and traded it in for a brand new 2018 Chevy. I m sooo happy that he was honest because after I left him that truck took a turn for the worst, engine was no good, needed thermostat, radiator, water pump etc... I m sooo happy I took his advice. By the way he looked at it with no charge. Thanks Juan!

I got my transmission repaired here in February of this year for 1800 and at first I was pleased with the customer service and the work up until July 23. My transmission went out again and although Juan honored my 1 year warranty I still got stuck with the cost of tow for their mistake with no tentative date as to when I will receive my . It seems as if businesses have begin to lack integrity and the importance of great customer service. Being a single working mother I have to be skeptical when hiring a business because of situations as such. Not only am I out of my vehicle for another week with no definite date but I also have additional cost of transportation, added stress, and fear of not having my car fixed correctly. It could also just me being impatient although I don't agree with the wait or having to pay the tow fee I am very appreciative of Juan and the warranty. Bottim line if you are gonna get an expensive job its better to buy the part from a well known vendor yourself that way you have all rights to warranty, cost is cheaper, and you dont have to worry about things as such. After he did the first job with a year warranty when I took it back for the warranty he change the warranty to a 6 month warranty or 6, 000 miles I don't think that's legal but he did it anyway question yourself again do your research before you go to these mechanic. They have a mechanic by the name of Angel his reviews all or good upstanding guy cheap prices you can look him up.

We thought that we could trust juan 100% , but we were absolutely wrong I suggest you take heed to what I m about to say. Short Ian s to the point, my mother and father, myself and other family members have always went to this establishment. We trusted the work that was done, Juan was usually the one that did the work on our vehicles. There was a problem with a driver side window we were told it was probably the motor and we would need a new one, we purchased a new one and it was put in by Juan. Not even two weeks after the new motor was put in for the driver side window it broke, I brought the vehicle back explain what happened and she said don t worry he will fix it. A day later he stated that he fixed the window.Not even A month later the window was not working again so of course I brought it back to him and he said he would fix it. I explained to him please make sure that you do fix it because we need that truc A month later the window was not working again so of course I brought it back to him and he said he would fix it. I explain to him please make sure that you do fixed it because i m tired of bringing it back and forth and we had to pay a good amount of money for the motor and the labor .He called said it was fixed and less than three days after that it broke again, we were absolutely furious about this I called them up and expressed to him that obviously there is an underlying issue that either he doesn t know what he s doing or that the new motor that we bought from him something was wrong with. He told us to bring it back leave it he ll look at it when he can and then he ll call us. My husband and I decided this was not a good idea and we never went back to him again. We brought it to another very highly recommended service station and the gentleman looked at it and clearly stated that the motor had been used, meaning we paid for a brand new motor and it was not a brand new motor!We brought it to a Nother very highly recommended service station and the gentleman looked out it and clearly stated that the molder had been used, meaning we paid for a brand new motor and it was not a brand new motor! Not to mention that when the motor was put in bolts were broken and that is why there were broken bolts .So let me end it with this, I suggest that if you get any work done there that you stay and watch exactly what s going on take pictures of it before and take pictures of it after.

Stop searching for BS mechanics and just make this shop your number 1! I've been coming here for years for all my cars and always had great experiences. Prices are always competitive and work gets done in a timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Ask them to do diagnostic but they did the work without my permission and charged me 375 instead of the 95 diagnostic and my car still over heated and I still don t know what s wrong .. horrible experience
