Truck broke down going into Vegas. Called first thing Monday morning and Enrique said come in and get it checked out. We were fixed and ready to go within 4 hours with a new water pump and under estimated price and time. Thank you for getting us back on the road..

Went in having troubles with my starter and a few other minor things. Relatively priced well and nice service. A few weeks later was having intermittent trouble starting car again, took it back and they found the small issue and fixed without charging. Will be going back again for any future car troubles

Travel through and Car broke down and needed a repair asap! I called around and a few places but no luck. Then I called J&A Auto and spoke with Enrique! He told me to come in right then and there and 2 hours later I was back on the road! Amazing service! I highly recommend this shop! Thank you again!!! Best Service I ve experienced!

Clear on pricing and polite! I got thier before my apt and they saw me right away. My car was ready in half the expected time! My ac works like a charm now! No price gouging pretty fair on the prices :)

I had my fuel pumps replaced here, quick response when inquiring about needing service. They got my car in right away and work was completed in a timely manner. Also they help with financing which saved me after the holidays. They pricing as so reasonable, as a women that is my biggest fear because they get over on us but he brakes down the cost and labor and it really helps. I will be returning for maintenances work and any other work. Check them out also not far from strip in a great location.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was leaving Las Vegas with my family and my car started to leak oil and the breaks failed after an hour drive. I put some oil and came back to Vegas. I called J&A the next morning, and told me to bring the car. The team found the problem and replaced a hard to find part in less than 2 hours! J&A has to be 1 of the most honest auto service shops in town. It's the only shop I will take my car or refer anyone else to drop their car off.

I would give J&A 10 stars out of 5 if I could!!My son was driving across country and one of his brake lines rusted out. The first garage wouldn't even quote repair because they said it was too rusted. J&A said they would quote it but had to fabricate a new brake line and fittings. I am on the east coast and my 18 year old son was there by himself so I thought they were going to charge me a fortune. They fixed the line within 2 days and also replaced pads that were needed for $400. They were great on the phone and incredibly nice to my son. The car then made it back east. I can't thank you enough!!Service: Brakes

Highly recommend J&A. We were travelling through Vegas and needed our van looked at. They diagnosed the problem quickly (ball bearings) and got us back on the road same day. No bs, reasonable rates and friendly service!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

They found the problem (ac fan failure) and were able to replace the fans and flush my coolant quickly (dropped off at 9am picked up at 1130am). We were visiting from out of town and now we can make it home safely. They are a honest, (asked if something was a problem and he said it wasn't an issue when he could have taken advantage of us) good group of guys. Keep up the good/honest work. I wish you had a shop in Gilbert, AZ.

The best auto repair service experience I've had. I used to independently buy and sell cars and I've worked with a lot of shops in town and this one takes the cake. Since I first called Enrique was understanding and courteous. I had a complex motor issue and needed my AC serviced on my 2003 Eddie Bower Expedition. He took his time to figure out exactly what was wrong and ran various tests to ensure the correct diagnosis. My car is now running smoothly and my AC couldn't be any colder! Not to mention the price was incredibly great. He came in hundreds of dollars less than any other quote I had previously gotten by other shops because Enrique took his time to figure out exactly what was wrong. Definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any help with their automobile.

I was referred to Enrique one year ago by Auto Zone.....that says it all.No one likes to realize that they have to go to the mechanic $$$/inconvenience.Plus you know that feeling you get when a mechanic tries to fast talk and confuse you....not here.Enrique is honest, pleasant, economical, fair, respectful, appreciates and believes in the value of building relationships with his customers.Does good quality work and returns your car prompt!Thanks Enrique and team, especially the older guy that's always there. His got ole school talent!Having a good mechanic is the same as having a good family doctor, you stay with them.Thanks J&A!

I like to call J & A my family mechanic! I have been going here for years. They have always taken care of my father and I . They have always take care of any issues you have have, quickly and effectively. They absolutely know what they are doing and I recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to get a job done at a reasonable price. Shout out to Luise for always being there for us.

A blinking check engine light is a real thing and a really bad experience especially in traffic on the interstate. Happened upon this shop because it was close to where I was breaking down and I found it based on proximity and reviews. They more than live up to the reviews. Got to the shop around 4:15 pm and told them what was going on. They diagnosed my car quickly and even ordered parts and did the repairs to get me on the road again before they closed. They were super professional and went above when they could have told us to wait until the next day to do anything. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of my situation being a girl either. I now have an amazing, honest shop I'll go to for all of my repairs. Love these guys!

I had a waterpump blow in my 2001 Subaru on Sahara @ El camino during rush hour!! Talk about embarrassed. Fortunately a few fellas helped push me off Sahara after a Very Long 10min. My son suggested having it towed to J&S Auto, which I did. Enrique was awesome, texting with me over the following days. My son was able to complete the work order electronically....cool! For $659 I was back on the road, and that included freon which blew from AC when the waterpump blew. BEST SERVICE EVER!!

I was a first time customer at J and A and had a very pleasant experience ! Enrique was courteous and his prices are excellent . The workmanship was terrific and in these times of scammers and liars, it was awesome to find an ethical repair shop in Las Vegas. Places like this are hard to find....... give them a try !!

F A N T A S T I C ! My car is running like it was before ! I m so happy to finally have my car back! I know rebuilding the transmission is hard work and I appreciate everything! This is by far the best shop in Vegas without Charging an arm and a leg! I ll be back if needed! Hopefully for nothing to major this time lol. THANK YOU SO MUCH!- Royaal .

My truck engine light was on couldn't pass the smog test went to four different places to try to fix it or see what was wrong nobody could tell me what was wrong until I took it here got my truck fixed pass my smog! I like that he was honest and answered every question or concern I had I highly recommend this place! To everyone excellent service

enrique is not only my goto mechanic for appx the last 2-3 yrs he is my families mechanic I know alot of peolpe in Vegas I have sent a good amount of people to him and no complaints to date. he is a man of God and keeps it real if he says your car needs the repair it needs the repair. He honest and does it right the first time... I highly and only recommend his shop to to my friends.... May God Bless you all.. ed
