Collision Rep Todd rude, unprofessional, doesn t seem like he wants business or to work. Convinced me not to use this place s services. Told me the information my insurance adjuster gave me was incorrect. I always used my own shop preference. So I didn t agree with him. Not sure if it s due to the holiday but he definitely made me feel uncomfortable getting my vehicle repaired here. Website reeled me in and Todd sent me out.

Don't bother with these people. It must be that time of the month for the guy on the phone. They're not helpful and can't give you direct answers.
