Industry collision was recommended to my by my mechanic when I was looking for someone to repair a little damage to my Bentley.The quality of craftsmanship was excellent, the personnel were great to work with and the price was very good. I would recommend them to anyone, and if ever needed again I would not hesitate to bring my car in again.

My wife had her car repaired here and we were very disappointed. There is a scratch and we started noticing the color does not match at all. My wife didn't wanna go through the hassle of paying for another rental car and having it repaired again.

I have never felt more confident in a body repair shop. Everyone was very professional, including the technicians in the shop. The quote was detailed, with options, the work was done quickly to specifications, and the cost was exactly as quoted. I'm very pleased.

Industry Auto Designs is amazing. I brought in my 2018 Ram 1500 for a very specific head unit from Linkswell. They ordered the headunit which arrived in less then 24 hours. Thinking this would be a simple install since this specific radio is an OEM style integration unit, I was schedule for an two hour install.However, what we didn t know was that the previous business that installed my two amps and subs had completely destroyed my factory wiring. Jason, my installer is a genius and wiring GOD. He repaired, rebuilt, and replaced my wiring brining it back to factory look and function. He spent two days making sure it was perfect. He rewired my amps and retuned them. My stereo sounds amazing. He is a master in the auto audio field.April at the front desk is the best. Very communicative and honest. I knew what was going on every step of the way. When necessary, she put both Andrew the owner, and Jason on the phone to explain things to me as needed. Customer service is definitely very important here.Andrew is very personable. Never hid anything and practiced full disclosure in every conversation. On one visit, even escorted me to their work space where I was able to view the progress of the repairs/install. The work space was clean and organized. Seemed very professional.I believe Industry Auto Design takes every opportunity to go that extra mile. I am happy to have found them and will continue to have my vehicles serviced by them.Thank you April, Jason, and Andrew. I will be back soon.

My BMW 430i met with an accident and I took it to industry auto it took a while to repair because of supply chain from Germany but the owner made it like a brand new car didn t had any issue afterwards. The guy in the phot is the owner and a super nice guy, professionalism at its best. Helped me with everything including insurance. You work directly with the business owner. He is very professional, kind, and compassionate.The repairs I had done were perfect. The job was finished ahead of schedule. And the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business.

Honestly this was the first time we have tried to come here and it was not a good experience. Setting up the appointment was easy. However, we were supposed to receive a text if our appointment wouldn t work the day before. As we are literally driving to our appointment today we get a call saying they are too busy to see us. Not too busy for our appointment but too busy until next week. This is beyond frustrating especially since it is not close to home.

Absolutely not! Do not bring your vehicle for auto body repairs after an accident. We waited three weeks for the front bumper to be replaced on our 2012 suburban because the owner apparently doesn't work weekends and doesn't start his day before 11am. Then when we picked it up (after waiting an additional 45 minutes) the front license plate was not even attached! Apparently they left the vehicle parked out in direct sunlight for the last three weeks because the dashboard now has a foot long crack in it! And the side trim piece was left on the dash during that time because it is now sun baked orange instead of white and can no longer be reused. Attempted to discuss the cracked dash and sunburnt trim piece with the owner but there's a very large ego involved and he'd rather argue with you about Chevy selling defective items ("Google it!" He says) then simply taking responsibility for leaving the vehicle in direct sunlight for three weeks.Listen, at this point he still owes us a piece of the door step that had not yet been delivered a month later. This is not a reputable body shop with a reputation for customer service-it's two guys with unmatched egos who thought they would look cool by opening a place that has the ability to bolt on upgrade parts. Don't even get me started about the BMW owner that apparently works here that chose to rev his engine directly behind me in the suburban instead of letting me finish reversing in to the spot i was headed for. And then he got out and have me a dirty look. You will not be important as a customer to these people.

I'm not one to post reviews often, good or bad, but Andrew and his crew at Industry deserve all the respect. I'm new to the Vegas area and had no idea where to take my Range Rover for its much needed audio upgrade. I had all the gear I was needing installed already and needed someone who knew how to work on difficult vehicles and understood high end car audio. Industry is well versed in both. My Rover and Audison gear were in good hands the whole time. They also did some exceptional paint work for me as well, and you can rest assured, if these guys touch it, it'll be done right! April at the front desk is also amazing and will keep you updated all the way through!

* Good quality* Honest and professional* FastHighly recommend.I took my GTI yesterday to get an estimate for a minor bumper repair. Anthony and team looked at it and got it fixed in minutes and did not take a penny for the work. Thanks Anthony.It took a few mins of their and time and labor to get it done but they were nice enough to not charge me for it while this other place quoted $1000-$1500 and wanted to totally replace my bumper and said that s the only way to fix it.This just shows how trust and honesty is important for auto repair shops. You can trust the team at Industry Auto Collision Center and they do a great job!

They were highly recommended to me by several friends when I wanted to do a lift, wheels tires and bumper upgrades to my Jeep. Pricing was fair and honest, work completed was done correctly with a quick turnaround time. It's been a pleasure working with Derek to get my Jeep upgraded, I won't hesitate to stop by again in the future when I need more work done.

My experience started off good, met the owner and he explained what could be done and how they'd move forward once they figured out what was wrong with my radio. It went downhill, a little because of the mix communication with the front desk girl, S. Calls weren't being made when she said, and never got back to us which in the end prolonged a few things. Fortunately they had someone else there, April; who calmed my nerves and reassured everything was being taken care of. It did take a little longer than I'd expected but I can't complain because they fixed my radio.

I actually haven't had any work done by this shop but was just there, watching the Owner of the company bust ass, AFTER HOURS, in order to get my friends boat dialed for 4th of July weekend. As I said I haven't ran any jobs through them yet, but from the quality of work and the effort put forth to get the job done, I wouldn't hesitate to hit them up for custom work or send business their way.

If you care about your car at all read my story.The nightmare began when the Best Buy car audio install department botched and butchered a simple amp install.They taped bare copper wires right next to each other, grounded the amp to aluminum (duh), busted parts, left screws missing, and scuffed my door leather in the process.Took my car to another shop that ripped out the Best Buy mess, re-wired, and got the system sounding louder but somewhat harsh in the mids.Now I m really frustrated.After digging deep, I finally stumbled across Andrew at Industry and went to his shop.I could tell right off the bat that I was in good hands. His shop is clean and organized. He knew my JL VX amp and Focal speakers inside and out. He had all the right equipment to diagnose the system and get it dialed in. He used protective covering on my paint, seats, and carpets.And what really impressed me is that even though he got it sounding so much better on the first try he told me something just wasn t right, and he wanted to dig deeper.Well, guess what? The second shop hadn t done much better than the first. The wiring was so poorly done, there was no hope of getting the clean, detailed sound the JL and Focals were capable of.Andrew ripped out the ugly, over-kill mess from shop #2, re-wired the whole thing again (looks beautiful), and delivered me a concert hall on wheels.I smile ear-to-ear every time a crank it up.I could NOT be happier with my experience. Industry is the place and Andrew is the guy if you want your car respected and done right.Side note: I took my car to a local leather repair shop to fix the scuffs from the Best Buy butcher job. The repair was a joke. Guess what? Andrew even fixed that! Looks like new. Just look at the pix.

Wow.. was so worried to pick just any shop to take care of my smashed quarter panel and came across these guys who took such good care of me and then looking around at what they do made me so hyped to do so much more to my car!!! Can't wait to do the customization to my car I've been wanting to and I'm going to have them do it. Thanks you're awesome!!
