Every person I came in contact with at Ian's treated me with courtesy and respect starting with Ryan, Cindy, Dominique and the other guys that greeted and assisted me. They replaced my headliner in my 2003 Ford Ranger and did an excellent job in a timely manner. Thank you for exemplifying great work and great customer service.

Ian and his team are amazing, easy to deal with, and the highest integrity, and professional staff using the highest quality materials. I needed the entire front seat of my 62 Caddy Convertible re-stuffed with all new materials. Ian asked me all the right questions as to how I wanted the seat to fit, fill, cover, he explained the process, and they did as he explained. We agreed that how it came off the showroom floor was best for me. I felt the price was more than reasonable. They finished on his quoted time line, the interior perfectly match my existing interior, fit was like she rolled off the showroom floor. I found the only company I will be using for my classic car or new car work. Amazing job no complaints. I got my side panels and sun roof cover done in plaid. Once the fabric came in it was a pretty quick day job and the end product was amazing looks like it came right out the factory . I highly recommend.

Amazing work, fair pricing, timely, very courteous and professional. I had some issues with cables coming off (factory hooks breaking) the interior lining of the convertible top of my 2013 MB E350. If you're having the same problems, this is the place to have them corrected. I highly recommend!

I've used Ian's services twice now to replace convertible tops. They are top notch, professional, honest and their work is meticulous. Not close to home for me but worth the drive!

On 05/31/22 I took my vehicle to Ian's Auto Interiors without an appointment. I had discovered a small tear or separation of the leather in the passenger seat. I was met by Ryan who was friendly and straightforward. For $80 they could repair the tear - no problem. In less than 1 hour, they had done so, to my satisfaction. Problem solved quickly and at a fair price. I shall return as the need arises. Recommended!

First time user of this shop. Recieved a very fair estimate to repair back seat stitches and repaired it the next day! Excellent job and great customer service. Highly recommend Ian's Auto Interiors!

If I could I'd give this 10 stars. Very professional and relaxed atmosphere. They put a new convertible top on my car. Amazing job, done quickly and the price was worth every penny. I will recommend this company to anyone. Staff very friendly. All over fantastic people and service.

Had my '07 FJ Cruiser in to Ian's for new leather seats and a new headliner. Ryan, the shop foreman, was very attentive. FJ looks amazing with new leather seats and a new headliner.

What a nice group of people. I have an older car and needed the seatbelt repaired. They are so professional and really car about their customers. I am taking it back to have the carpet replaced and some more interior work completed. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for top notch work with appreciative people.

We own venerable British cars, which occasionally need love and care. During this difficult period for us all, many challenges have arisen. And yet, my focus often narrowed to five inches of badly degraded steering wheel leather. It's pathetic that a minor malfunction could so colonise my attention, but then it is often what a person can actually control that matters most. So we explained this annoying problem to Steve, the wonderfully decent service manager at Towbin Motocars, who recommended Ian's Auto Interiors. Just days later our steering wheel has been beautifully re-covered and expertly stitched in colour-matched leather. We are delighted with the very fine work; our wheel was done by Ryan, who clearly maintains the highest professional standards. And Ian himself is a splendid fellow, polite, thoughtful, efficient. Thanks to Ian's brilliant intervention on behalf of our old land yacht, I can now at last return to worrying about matters beyond my control.

Ian's Auto Interiors did a great job on my daughter's Mustang convertible. The vert frame was bent and they found a used one and replaced it. The service was friendly, their follow up was great (they called me and kept me up to date on progress) and the price was hundreds below what I expected. The workmanship was flawless. You can find others to replace tops but finding a pro that knows the whole system isn't easy. I would use them again.

Ian's Auto Interiors was recommended by Franks European Service and found Ian and Cindy to answer my questions and make the appointment convenient. I got my 1997 C280 Mercedes to the shop, left it overnight for a headliner replacement and when I came the next day to pick it up I was SHOCKED at the poor workmanship. After speaking with Cindy who reviewed the problem she contacted Ian and we left the car to be redone and picked up the next week. We had already lost 2 days work and didn't need any more lost time. The next week we were called and told the car was finished and Ian would be available to go over the work, yes even on a Saturday. I have to COMMEND and PRAISE Ian for doing a Fantastic Job on our little C280 Mercedes. He corrected the problem and made the decision to keep his customers happy. Thank You

Took my 1989 Vette in to get a new top. Ryan did a great job, personable and the top is guaranteed by them as well. Highly recommend them if you want quality work done.

Just awful. We own over 12 custom classic cars so know a good upholstery job when we see one. Ian's isn't it! It costs me a lot more money to have someone fix the mess his guys did. Wires hanging out just dangling. Carpet cut & not seamed back afterwards. Really bad covering on the seats, put too much cushion & built a seat up for some unknown reason to where a woman of 5'5", her feet didn't even reach the ground anymore! Strange, it was already at normal height. Just really bad finish work. Working with my cc now to get charges reversed cause we got LOTS of pictures to prove this.

Ian's replaced the convertible top on my MBZ clk430 with a gorgeous marine blue authentic German cloth. Ms Cindy's guidance and knowledge was essential to getting the job done in just a day and a half. The work done by the mechanics came out to perfection ! . I' in love with my Benz all over again

I'll try to stick to the facts first and then give my advice at the bottom. I had Ian's replace my convertible top back in October 2015.*4:30pm - $330 - Nets +4 [A]* (DONE) 4:30pm - $330 - Wolves +5 [A] (Westgate)4:30pm - $330 - Celts +2 [A]* (DONE) 5:00pm - $330 - Sixers +13.5 [A]5:00pm - $330 - Sixers/Hawks U198.5 [A]5:00pm - $330 - Grizz +3.5 [A]-----------------------------------*5:30pm - $330 - Wiz +13 [A]5:30pm - $330 - Wiz/Spurs O197.5 [A]-----------------------------------*7:30pm - $330 - Suns/Warr O220 [A]FACT: I needed to replace my convertible top because it was coming apart at the seams above the window. Make note that the convertible mechanism was in perfect order. I could let the top up and down with no problem. Just needed the top canvas replaced.FACT: They replaced the top. Upon picking it up, I was instructed not to let the top up for 2 WEEKS to give the new top time to adjust/stretch.FACT: I waited for two weeks and on a beautiful sunny day I decided to enjoy a top-down driving experience ... but ... the top would only move a couple of inches and stop. After some inspection, I noticed that the rear passenger window would only move down an inch before stopping. On my vehicle, the top won't go down w/o the windows also going down.FACT: I took it back to Ian's. When I showed him the problem, he said that it wasn't because of the top replacement and that it was working the last time they had it. That's all the "assistance" I got from them so I knew that I was S.O.L.FACT: I took it to a couple of other shops and they told me that the diagnosis (to prove Ian's was responsible) would cost as much as it would to fix it (over $1000). It costs so much because the back seats have to be removed to repair the rear side windows because it's a coupe. Due to a lost of employment, I still haven't been able to get it repaired.So, that's my experience with Ian's and the end of the facts. I have a new top but now the convertible up/down mechanism doesn't work. I traded one repair for another. Can I prove they were responsible? Not yet. Don't have the $$$ to get it diagnosed. Do I find it suspect that my top was working when I gave it to them but not working after I picked it up? ABSOLUTELY.MY ADVICE:#1.) Shop around. There are other shops that can do a repair. I'm not even telling you not to use Ian's ... I'm just saying to do the work and find all of your options and then research their customer service.#2.) No matter what ... DEMAND that they show you that your convertible top still operates. I can't emphasize this enough. EVEN IF THEY TELL YOU TO WAIT TWO WEEKS, make them show you that it works WHEN YOU PICK THE CAR UP. This was my biggest mistake ... a mistake that will cost me over $1000 (whenever I'm able to raise the money).#3.) Buyer beware.Considering that I've never been able to have the top down since I got the car back, I have no idea if there are even more problems. It could just rip apart if it moves further than the two inches where it stops. The only bright side to this is that my window is stuck in the up-position instead of the down-position. Small victory. :-)

I have known Ian for over 2 decades now, followed him all over the valley, Ian and his crew always put out top notch work and been an awesome company to deal with, have many examples of their work at my facility at any given moment.... I would give 10 stars if was possible
