Great hisband and wife team to do business with! The owners are very professional and don't sell you on anything you don't need. My 06, 07 Prius left there in good health and back on the road for under 500 bucks after barely able to get it there with the famous Toyota red triangle .Thank you

I love this company, no wait , free diagnostic, and instantly told me the problem.Made an appointment for the next day .This is my 2nd time getting work done here. This time I got my hybrid battery replaced. Thank you so much my 2005 Toyota Prius is working perfectly now ! it s driving better than when I bought it.Very nice family owned business.I ve gone to other mechanics in vegas if you need hybrid work , do not go anywhere else.

Took the Prius to him for hybrid battery replacement that I had taken somewhere else. My car was not right and it turns out the battery was bad. He took care of me within 24 hrs! His pricing and warranty was hands down the best in town. I highly recommend!

I love this place. So much better than the car dealerships. I brought in my Prius thinking the hybrid battery had failed, but it was just a inverter coolant pump. They were able to install a new one within a few hours for a fraction of the price that the dealerships would have charged. After running out of gas our hybrid battery was completely drained attempting to make it to the gas station. We feared. Our 2011 Prius would need a costly replacement hybrid battery, however, the shop was able to charge our battery and we were back on the road. Extremely fair priced service and no hidden fees. Was a great experience. Thank you for getting our car back on the road!!!

My car broke down on my Vegas trip and this workshop saved my day. Probably the best workshop you can find for a prius. The workshop is family owned. The owner is an honest and hardworking mechanic with great knowledge about prius. Prices are extremely fair and transparent. I am a prius expert by myself so I can definitely tell that the owner is doing a great job, straight to the point and no BS at all.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

This is a wonderful place. Raya and her husband are very kind honest and friendly. I've been going here for several years and always feel very relieved once my car is in their hands. I never feel ripped off and I feel the cost of repairs in beyond fair. It's very hard to find someone you can trust and I absolutely trust Hybrid Auto Repair. Excellent service! Brought my car in after getting a full service drive thru car wash and got check hybrid system codes and brought it to the shop. They were straight forward and looked it up and said the code was cleared but to keep an eye and bring it in if it shows up again. Could have tried to sell me unnecessary service but were very honest with me. I appreciate it. Will bring back when I do need to get that work done.

If you have a hybrid that needs anything fixed. You have to take it here!!! Family owned & operated. Fixed 2 cells on my battery. My key fob was taped together cause my key kept falling out & the buttons didn't work. He even fixed that for no charge. How nice of him Great place to fix your hybrid. 1 star for the customer service of the lady answering the phone. I could barely get out a full sentence before she would interrupt and speak over me. It s difficult to have a productive and effective conversation when you cannot finish a complete sentence before being spoken over.Also, be mindful that they do not work on all hybrids. If you do not see your specific vehicle name on their website, they do not work on it, even if it s a hybrid.

We are a family of many Prius' - we love these cars. Hybrid Auto Repair has worked on several of them - even doing two complete battery replacements. Very fair priced (a bargain compared to the dealer) and they stand behind their work. Free diagnostic and they give you options if there are some. This is one of the rare places that you can trust.

My son s Prius wouldn t start and we changed the battery and coolant inverter and still wouldn t start. We knew that the battery cells needed to be replaced. My son brought his car in and there were no upselling, no misdirections, or plain lying. Too many of us have dealt with mischievous mechanics that will do horrendous things to do an upsell. These guys did not try to tell him that he needed a new 12 V battery or coolant inverter that we already replaced. He was charged the labor fee and replacement for two cells. They could ve easily tricked my kid because he s not mechanically savvy but they didn t. I hope that more people discover and use this place. They are definitely worth supporting.***My son, after a year, decided to replace his battery pack. They took care and of him and I couldn t believe the fairness of the price. We waited two to three weeks for the replacement because they were on vacation and it was absolutely worth the wait. I can t emphasize enough how good this company is and the really thoughtful people who run this place.

These people are the best! My car needed battery cells, and they gave me multiple choices at different price points for replacement. They explained the differences and warrenties, and were very patient while I was making up my mind. They did not charge for the diagnostic, and were more than fair in the pricing and treated me with respect and kindness.

Is there anything more stressful than having your vehicle throw up an error light on the dash? In a hybrid vehicle it's even worse bc there is so much that can go wrong, they are very complex. Our Prius was in difficulty and I found Hybrid Auto Repair online and was able to drive the car out there promptly. The mechanic immediately came out with his diagnostics cable and computer and identified the trouble with the Hybrid Engine Inverter/Converter. A brand new part costs $2500 but a refurb/used part costs about a tenth of that and comes with a 60 day warranty. I agreed to the service and was able to pick the car up in a couple days, like new. Very reasonable cost, honest mechanic, kind folks in the front office. An overall positive experience and a relief knowing that I don't have to take my Hybrid Prius to the dealer for a relatively straight forward repair.Service: Engine repair

Best place to replace your hybrid battery system. Toyota is such a rip off and never explains their overpriced options. Also, there is nothing better than supporting a localy family owened business!!! The quality of work was accurate and the prices were easy to understand and uncomplicated. Their batter warranty cannot be beaten by those overpriced dealerships like Toyota and Honda. I would highly recommend Hybrid Auto Repair to anyone who wants to add extra life to their hybrid car. Great place!!!!

total savior! I'm actually going to rearrange my roadtrip back so i can stop back and buy their shop and have couple more things done on my Prius before i head back to Baja. i had a shop in SD and i can guarantee these are good owners... and extremely fair and helpful. Cooling+ issues solved in three hours... Roadtrip can now continue as planned!!
