Today I brought my 2014 Subaru Crosstrek in to have it looked at. They assessed it quickly. Rick and the staff were very professional and friendly. This will now be my new favorite shop. 10/10 Recommend

Rick and his team are the best. I've brought my car here multiple times and I always get quality work done on it. Rick never tries to up sell you on stuff that you do not need. I wanted all my fluids flushed, and he said how about I check all the fluids to see if they need flushing, turns out I only needed transmission flush so he saved me money right there. If you are looking for an honest and reliable shop look no further because this place is it. Thank you Rick and team for a job well done. I appreciate you all!!

Hollywood auto is the best auto shop I have ever been to. I had a window that would not work. They found the part on my old 1999 Honda and then the next day put it in in an expert fashion. They charged me what they said they would charge me. It was a fair price. I am very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend anyone come to the shop.

Special THANK YOU to Rick. Taxi service here is awful, so Rick drove me home. The next day I made an appointment with Nellis Cab at 1:00 PM. After 4 hours of waiting and checking back, they never showed up! Rick came by the next day and drove me back to Hollywood Auto Service to pick up my car. Above and beyond the call of duty!!! Thank you again, Rick!

I discovered this garage through a recommendation from my daughter and was pleased to find it to be a cut above the rest. Owner Rick is still one of those old-fashioned mechanics that takes a lot of pride in his work and his results clearly show it. He's a straight shooter and doesn't hold back anything just to get the job. Prices are reasonable as compared to multiple shops I contacted to get their prices. If you search you may find a service location that's a few dollars less but you wouldn't have the level of quality work that Rick and Hollywood Auto Service is able to deliver plus all parts and labor are guaranteed. Highly recommended.

This Auto Repair Shop is one of the most honest repair shops I have ever been to. His prices are reasonable and his timeline of fixing your vehicle is really accurate. I've been going to this shop for over 10yrs. This is a shop I would definitely refer this company!

Rick replaced the rear differential seal and rethreaded the plug for my spark plug, and replaced the lower ball joints on my car. He didn't over charge me for the work and was honest with me and did great work! This auto shop is the most honest, and friendly in town. I have been taking my vehicle there for years, always trouble shoot the problem and repair correctly. I would suggest u take ur vehicle there if u want quality repairs. Rick the manager is awesome.

The mechanic Rick worked on my 73 chevy truck. He made the doors and windows work with ease. I referred a friend, and he received the same treatment. And the cost is more than reasonable. A huge thanks to Rick and Hollywood Auto. I will not take my truck anywhere else.

The owner is very honest and didn't try to sell me something that wasn't needed. They replaced my alternator and and front brakes. I got my car back in a timely manner working better than ever. The prices were reasonable. I will go back for service in the future.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Service was great. Haven't had problems with my vehicle.I would return for service.Took two days to get the vehicle parts.Mechanic forgot to offer/give me the AAA discount.Was informed of the discount by text, after service was paid.

Absolutely horrible. I specifically made an appt at 7 AM. I was there at 7:03 am I called at 3 pm car hadnt even been looked at . But was "going to be pulled in in JUST A FEW MINS" I called at 450 "oh yeah sorry havent had a chance to look at it .. Tomorrow we will . Oh no I will be down in 15 mins to pick up. He told me they close in 5 .. I was down there in 17 mins .. He was smart enough to wait . car was outside waiting for me . all he said was "sorry" I informed him " really poor customer service" NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN LOOK AT THE SHOP AGAIN . not once did they ever call me with any update of ANY KIND -2 STARS if I could

I purchased a used car and brought it for inspection to this place asking to diagnose it as deep as possible. They missed mirror adjustment not working at all. Well, that I could check myself, but was crazy tired and thought can trust them. That was not a big deal after all - $250 and it was fixed. What was a much bigger deal they missed leaking steering rack which was found at some other place next day. That I would have never found by myself and that should be simple enough for a good mechanic. Fixing that costed me $1300 + $100 for wheel alignment. May be they do their job ok on fixing mechanics, but pre-purchase check was done bad resulting me in over fifteen hundreds charge. I would never buy this car if I knew it has these issues.
