Just had my Dodge Magnum at Hi Star for some TLC. Paintless dent repair, paint the mirrors and spoiler gloss black. The window appliqu�s painted black as well. The front clip was re-painted. New fog lights installed. I dealt with both Vigen (the owner) and Freida. Both were very easy and pleasant to deal with. As for the workmanship, my car came out GORGEOUS. She looks like she just came out of a dealer show room. 5+ stars for this business.

Vigen and his team are the best in Vegas!! I took my truck there to get repaired from a piece of wood hitting the front of it and they did an amazing job! From beginning to end! Vigen is always communicating even though he s slammed with work. He also went above and beyond by painting other things on my vehicle none related, detailing my truck and installing my new tires. Such a great experience as a woman it s always hard to deal with this stuff on your own. 100% recommend hi star!!

I cannot recommend this shop enough. I had only had my new (to me) car for 2 weeks before it was hit and needed extensive repairs, which were done perfectly. When I picked the car up, Vigen went out of his way to explain some of the things I would want to do to ensure proper maintenance of the car I barely owned before this happened. He also went out of his way to take a look at something that popped up that had nothing to do with the original repair. That's going above and beyond in terms of customer service and you better believe I'll come back to this shop in the future if need be.

BEWARE these people Vigan and his family are Scammers. I have enclosed pictures for everyone to see for themselves the work that this HiStar owner Vigan and family do. I submitted over 100 pages of proof to the proper authorities and banks. Vigan always ask you to pay in cash, says they performed the work and never did. They also have workers who are not licensed performing work on your cars. A full investigation is taking place on HiStar so people Beware of the fraudulent paperwork, workers, and owners that will take advantage of the consumer s. There was much more paperwork proof just not enough space. BEWARE of High Star owner Vigan he talk nice but have deceptive business morals BEWARE of the FRAUD. Paid 9,800.00 check for the ourselves I enclosed the invoice, only to have to come out of pocket 3,800.00 to go back and redo all the work that was paid for. We have not completed any work on the car so we can prove that the work was not completed. That s only the critical parts that needed to b fixed just to start the car, If only we could rate High Star a -0 rating. October 2023 added information from Arnett and Sydney Taylor Vigan statement is false, Hi Star are still FRAUDS, he is trying to cover his bad, fraudulent work, and this repair shop has been reported to the BBB they Are Not accredited and still scamming the IRS not paying taxes, Hi Star has a claim in at the IRS because we reported their scam of not paying taxes! Everyone who has had their car repaired and didn t receive quality work should still report Hi Star to make them follow the correct procedures. This statement was updated 10/12/2023

While the repair of my vehicle took quite a bit longer than I was expecting Vigen and the crew over at Hi Star went out of their way to make sure that my vehicle was fixed properly. They made sure I always knew what was going on, and what next steps were, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was done right. I would highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Hi-Star Auto Center to anyone who needs any maintenance or repair. They do all services. And works with all insurances.I got in my first car accident and I was overwhelmed with all the things I needed to do. When I walked in at Hi-Star, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Vigen was very professional. He took his time explaining to me the usual process in car repairs and answered all the questions I had. As it was my first accident ever- first time being at an auto shop, I was intimidated dealing back and forth with the insurance and claims, but Hi-Star got it all from there.The front desk- Kim (I believe), was very nice! She communicated with me and updated me on my car status on a timely manner. 10/10 for her service.I had damages on my right side bumper and I had oil change, tire rotation and overall inspection done as well. The results were amazing! They took great care of my car. See the photos for before and after results. My experience with this place and Vigen Has been spectacular. Anyone that doubts Vigen Because of these fake one star reviews is Losing out on some amazing service. I brought my 2023 Honda pilot, elite here, and they fully painted it, and took care of the entire ride. I even had some auto parts that they installed. That were really easy to put on. Because I ve had friends that spoke highly of them, I didn t mind paying them in advance. That s something that I rarely do, but I did it solely because of what I had heard about him.It didn t take too long and I got everything done in an adequate time and Vigen demonstrated His professionalism by providing me an excellent service by taking care of my car.Please consider bringing your vehicle here, and try not to listen to these one star review. Take it from an actual customer that had an amazing experience I even paid them in advance, And I have nothing but good things to say about them. They truly go above and beyond to take care of you, and ensure that all of your needs are met.The last thing that I want to say is that they are worth every penny. What you pay for is what you get, especially in this industry. I m willing to pay every dollar to them because of the great service that they provide me.Anyway, please consider them, especially if you don t want to get screwed by some of these other companies. These guys are the real deal.

What a breath of fresh air. This shop is amazing as is the owner. I for the first time didn't feel like I was getting the run a round or being screwed. I set the appointment and was called during the process for updates. Very happy with the work they did and happy with the communication. If you need body work painting these are your guys. Thanks

Great service! Great work! Took my car in for repairs, had a scratch and dent and some paint work that needed to be fixed. I drove into the shop with no appointment and Vigan was gracious and was able to look at my car and give me an estimate right on the spot without any hassle. He quoted me a very reasonable price and was able to fit me in right away to get my repairs done. He was fair, upfront and very honest about pricing, unlike some other shops I had taken my car into for an estimate. I also asked him about tinting my windows and he said that was not something he did but he was able to arrange that with another vendor during the time my car was there for the initial repairs. I picked up my car and it looked great. No sign of any of the original damage. Vigan is a perfectionist!!! I would highly recommend Vigan and HiStar for any body and paint work needed for your car!

Overall real happy with their service. Left my ride looking like nothing ever happened. The guy in charge there was real cool, he explained everything in detail ... awesome attitude! I would definitely recommend this place 100%. Thank you Hi-star for your service

I had a great experience with Hi Star Auto. I had a Tesla that was damaged in an accident. Vigen was very honest and helpful. He explained the extent of the damage and the best steps to take forward. The Tesla had enough damage to be considered a total loss but the insurance company was dragging their feet and trying their hardest to not pay me out. This process took 5 months. Vigen and his team were patient and helpful throughout this time. They maintained clear lines of communication and showed that they were looking out for my best interests. They pulled out all the stops to put enough pressure on the insurance company and I eventually got paid out.

HI-STAR IS THE BEST!!! VIGEN IS TOP-NOTCH!! Fixed my Jeep Compass in no time. He gave me qoute in minutes and the next day I gave him my deposit. All was done in one week. Quality of repair and customer care were superb. My car was in the shop for 5 � wks due to parts on back order. From my first call to make my appointment to the very end, Kendrick was always pleasant. I felt seen and heard. I called daily towards the end and he never made me feel bad about it. Frida was also accommodating when I called. When I arrived to pick up the car, both Vigan and Kendrick explained what my repairs entailed and apologized for the delays, which were out of their control. I appreciated their attention to detail. Vigan offered to take me on a tour of the shop, which is quite impressive. And they saved me from paying my deductible! I couldn t believe it. I could go on, but suffice it to say in these times where experiencing excellent customer service is RARE, dealing with Vigan and his team was pure pleasure, and my stressful circumstances were made much easier.I highly recommend Hi StarVery professional in every aspect

Hi Star is a great place! They worked wonders on our car. Someone hit our car door and it dented and scraped the door and they definitely made it look like it never even happened. Sometimes insurance companies make the process longer than it should, but in the end, quality matters the most. They matched the paint perfectly and everything! I ll definitely recommend them to friends and family. So worth the wait!

Next door, there was a another auto repair company called Bumper Medic. I explained to them my situation that I absolutely have to have it done by the following day. Apparently, they were fully booked so on my way out, the owner of HiStar was walking in. He realized we needed the help, so we explained our situation and without hesitation, he told us to wait as he made his phone calls. Next thing you know, he said he can get it done by tomorrow brand new, quote and everything! Signed the papers and picked it up the following day! Thank you very much! Been going to this place for 3 years now. Hands down best mechanic repair shop in LAS VEGAS by far. The receptionist is sweet and informative. Mechanic guys know what they re doing.They re also pet friendly too with pet snacks :). Ask for Vigen! Cool guy with tremendous experience in auto services!!

Came here twice after my family have been customers for years. Twice because the first time they rushed the job and come to find out the same job was done the second time. It's been 1 year since I have gotten my front bumper re touched up and I've driven less than 6,000 miles in that time... my whole front bumper looks horrific. Paint chips everywhere, leaving the white paint underneath exposed, spider cracks everywhere also.. this is a black car so very easy to tell.. they did not do their prep work and just painted over and over again. Very disappointed... pictures below

Repaired rear side panel. Paint matched perfectly, work was expert. Office staff is friendly and professional. The owner is a great guy, very relatable and cares about his customers.A week after I got my truck back it was pointed out to me I had no rear lights on the left side of my truck, not one light was working. I took my truck back to have Hi Star take a look into it. Even though they did no work on the left side of my truck they checked it out, found the problem and got my lights working again and they did it no charge.I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced or repairs to go see Vegan at Hi Star. Vigen and his staff have always been honest, courteous and done great work for me the last 5 years. In a recent return for a very minor repair, I was told there was NO CHARGE, as Vigen would "always take care of me." A first in my life! I will continue to highly recommend Hi-Star as the best place for mechanic and body work, which they have done perfectly for our 2 Lexus'. I broke down downtown, looked up local classic car mechanics! Hi Star came up, being in a position where time was a factor because I live about 120mi out of town! Hi Star repaired the issue and I was on my way home the next day! Very professional, helpful, considerate with great communication every step of the way! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Having had nightmares with auto repair the level of professionalism was unexpected. My truck was repaired and the guys at hi-star noticed a few dings and fixed them as a courtesy. My trucked was dropped off dirty and dusty. It came back fully detailed and the body work was perfection. Can t say enough great things about them

Was happy they were able to work on my camper van as I was passing thru LV. Vigen and Kimberly are super nice and truly did everything they could to get me out the door when I needed to be. Great shop, highly recommend. Can do alignments on larger vehicles.

Did paint and body work on my 2001 Mustang GT. I asked if they could do a satin finish with the original color, they were up front about prices and time frame. They finished it up quicker than expected also.
