I love this place. Good selection of rv parts and awesome service. Needed a replacement vent cover. There are about six different types. Chris at the parts desk knew exactly what I needed. Installed it today and couldn't be happier.

I'm new to this rv stuff and almost had to put my rv journey away. No lie, henderson rv help me through this without any stress. First, my key broke to my rv, so I couldn't lock my door. No problem, help me through it. 2nd water hose burst underneath my sink helps me through it. I'm not from Vegas coming here, which made it easy for me to fix things. I will be coming back soon. To let them do a few upgrades on the trailer. I would recommend this place .

I went to get my AGM house batteries swapped out for lifepo4's. The staff could not be nicer and more professional. Best of all is that they tested and verified the work performed and cam in 30 minutes under the initial estimate. The mechanic took the time to talk to me and review the work. After experiencing horrible service at OTHER shops, I am so glad I have found Henderson RV, now the only place I will service my Travato 59k.

My husband and I are beginners with a new traveler trailer. We've been to many (too many) supply and service spots all over Vegas trying to get supplies and upgrades for our 2022 Micro Flex and finally found this gem. % friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront with no excuses. Thank you, Don, for all your help. We will be back!

Was taken of in a prompt and helpful manner. Basic services, propane, waste sanitation station, new chems for blk and gray tanks, Unique RV Digest-It.Will be interested in results. Made all the easier, tech-Chad, was spot on.... Will sure share with all my landyachting buds, that come to, Ivanpah.Thanks guys!L. Stepp

My father and I had just embarked on a cross-country road trip when we began to run into a few issues with our RV (this was our first day with our new motorhome, so we were largely unfamiliar with the ins-and-outs of it). After stopping at 3 other RV service centers between San Diego and Las Vegas, we were referred by Camping World LV (right next door) for a specific part that we needed. Not only did this shop HAVE the part we needed, but they had been saving a spare for someone who really needed it, and gave it to us free of charge!! A few minutes later, after attempting to make the repair ourselves, we realized we didn't have the proper tools for the repair, and I went back into the shop to see if they had any availability in their service to help us out. Despite being fully booked in the service center, they managed to squeeze us in, and spent 30 minutes out of their time helping us out out of the kindness of their heart.Special thanks to Chad (who worked on the repair) and Don (who gave us the part). After an INCREDIBLY stressful first day of the drive, this shop was somewhat of a godsend. Forever thankful for this place! Everyone was incredibly nice and personable, and their amazing service really was the morale boost my dad and I needed after running into one problem after another. Great group of Service oriented people. Service guys chase problems for permanent solutions. Front Desk listens to the customer and shares knowledge. The owner is god fearing business man with a hell of a personality. Price was on Par with Dealers, education always costs money. Hopefully the next time I am in I get a Senior Discount. TEE, thank you for walking me through the problem(s). Don give him a raise, and promote Chad. JD, too new to rate. Thank you gentlemen for some great service, you are worth the drive.

Mr Tyler is very nice to us and he is an expert on RVs he helped us out to change the battery and repair and we re from New York and I can keep up with travels and I m very thankful to Tyler to fix my RV super quickly thank you I would recommend this RV repair!!!

Very nice and pleasant staff.. But Disappointed with the communication. Only partial jobs were completed. And was not updated on status in a timely manner. After over a week only 2 out of the four jobs we're completed the heater issue I understood the Temps were to hot to check out. But a broken power window issue. Was never completed I was told that they just didn't have the time... I could have made other arrangements if I would have been told sooner. all I ask is better communication with your clients in the future, thank you.

The staff here are great. Selection is limited compared to the RV chain store down the road. Henderson does its best to compete with Amazon and Internet retailers; but, the game is what it is. If you want a personalized experience working through your RV needs, this is the place to go.

First of all they are very friendly, they are professional, having said this I have gripes, needed window replaced and Generator looked over, they couldn't do the Window, completely understand, however the 2 weeks they had it, took them 8 days just to attempt it, I asked for an estimate on an Awning, never got back to me, asked how my Generator looked, I got, it's good just needs a tune up, had them do that, 1 week later the Gens dead, starter went, it was very obvious the starter was going, when it died I called, they got me in right away, Thank you for that, however 30 minutes later, hey your starter is dead, we don't do that, so you had my RV for 2 weeks and changed the oil. The Fuel filter wasn't even replaced. Honestly don't feel they really wanna do any work, last time I'll use them again, sorry guys your good people but you wasted my time and money.

Love everything about Henderson RV. They are knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and kind and fair. Everyone here has bent over backwards to take care of us. No one is EVER too busy to assist...We are so pleased to have found them after being tossed around and placate and insulted by their competitors next door.

At the Las Vegas airport my wife attempted to drive to baggage claim and drove into a low barrier striking the camper and punching a hole in the fiberglass. Dons team were able to get me in the same day and repaired in two perfectly matching the paint. A second estimate confirmed their pricing as reasonable.I d recommend them. I should have done this review about a year ago but I just arrived to NV and it was hot, I couldn't even think. Don, Maya, Terrell, Chad and the rest of the Henderson RV family I want to thank you for treating me right. New to Henderson, just bought an RV not knowing about RV's, and the temperature was 120, I needed a new AC. Not only did I get a new AC but a couple of months later with the weather much cooler I got a new roof also. They treated me good and taught me some things about RV's. Don, has a saying, " what would Jesus do?, " I think Jesus would apologize for not writing this sooner, thank you brother.Service: Air conditioning

The level of service I received was refreshing. Attention to detail, very helpful.I went to a few different large camping world rv stores to find a camper tie down bolt. All three of the camping world's I stopped into, to find this part was very unhelpful and lacked general knowledge.If you need to find a place that is professional and has a large selection in thier show room. Henderson RV is you one stop shop. Thank you!

They were very knowledgeable and customer oriented. They helped us stabilize our trailer while towing it.I shared the information with 3 other people and it helped them as well. I would use Hernerson RV before Camping World.

Don Collins and his group are absolutely the greatest. Blew a tire on my 5th wheel Labor day took it to Don he had me back on the road on the 22nd in time for me to make my reservation in Utah on the 24th. Can't Thank Don enough can't tell my trailer was damaged. Hats off to Henderson RV. Thanks

Fine service for our motor home. They have an extensive RV store and their staff, while limited during the Covid shut down, bend over backwards to accommodate their customers. I highly recommend them to you for any RV service.

Took my RV in for brakes. When fixing breaks my awning arm was hit and damaged. It was hidden and I didn t discover until I got to California coast. The arm was hit inside and pushed about .25 inch popping screws. The manager denied it, but the two places I took it for estimates said it appears it was it with forklift ball.Service: TiresService: Tires

It's not often that you find a person truly vested in your issues so much so that they recommend someone else for the job that's what occurred today when I contacted Henderson RV Don the owner could hear my frustration so he assisted me with someone who could help I wish I could have used his services trust and believe if an issue ever comes up that his shop can handle he will be the first person I call thanks so much for your help I appreciate you !!l
