I called H-Tech Auto to see if they do oil changes for a Lexus RX350. Thomas answered the phone and let me know that they do, so I asked to see what times were available, the cost, and the estimated time it will take. They had a 9:00am slot opened the next day which I booked.I arrived at 9:00am and they had me fill out a short single page form and took my vehicle in. The estimated time was 45 minutes, which is how long it ended up taking. The cost was exactly what they said. They also did a 36 point inspection and went over the results with me. They gave me the recommended repairs along with the cost for each one without any pressure whatsoever to get it done through them. I informed them(at this point Pete the owner was in the room) that I would be getting my brakes done somewhere else, which they were not offended one bit by which I really appreciate. I had already agreed with another company beforehand to use them.Overall I was very pleased with the fair price and how fast they did the job compared to the dealership(it never fails that I wait 2+ hours at Lexus) and they actually took my car in at 9:00am, the actual appointment time. This never happens at the dealership. I will be bringing my vehicle here for future oil changes. Thank you H-Tech Auto for making this a smooth and quick process.

I was in las vegas from California looking at apartments and my car started smoking white smoke. The oil cap was missing. I called them and even though they were busy they said they would take look at it for me. I called a tow truck and we took my car there. They were so nice and honest they checked my car and told me that the car was fine and I just needed to replace the oil cap ordered it put it on however they also cleaned off and decreased the engine because the spilled oil could clogg up the air flow. They only charged me for the oil cap. They also gave me a calender and flashlight. Their regular customer's were raving about how good and honest this shop is. I would have to agree and recommend this shop to everyone. I found my mechanic when I move to las vegas. Amazing and honest shop!!!!

Super friendly and very fair repair cost!!! Definitely would take my car back to this place for any service. Joedan, Bernard and Pete helped me get my car back running within two days!!!! My car needed a new clutch and new brake pads for the front and rear. Honda West wanted me to pay $2,881 just for clutch/flywheel and another $450 for the front and rear brake pads. H-Tech Auto charge me all in all including the front and rear brake pads for $1,950. Will definitely take my car to this place for any service in the future. The work done to my car also included 1 year warranty. In the event anything goes wrong for the work they have done, i ll cost me $0 for parts and labor. Thanks again!!!

The good, these guys are very honest from my experience and I believe they are very thorough as well. Downside, an oil change is now $55. $10 more than it used to be more recently. Not sure if that's a valuable deal as I haven't gone anywhere else recently.They have a little lounge where you can sit and wait for your car to be serviced. The lounge has a television for you to watch or you could just let your mobile device entertain you. I think they're pretty quick and the response time when I called to book, my appointment was quick.This business is located in the back of a little parking lot which is quite crowded usually. You will need to be a little careful as you're driving around the lot as there are delivery trucks and cars throughout.

Great repair service. Did all the required maintenance at a reasonable price. Found the cause of coolant smell and called me to authorize the repair. And, they even gave the old girl a wheel alignment at no charge.

Very attention to details. They have recommendations for things that needs to be done but not pushy to get it done. Very professional and budget friendly. Really recommend this place! It's my go to mechanic now

Made an appointment to bring my car in because of the great reviews. Told the techs about my front lower ball joint and bad bushings that needed to be replaced. They took my car into the shop and then a younger guy came back confidently told me that everything looked good and that my ball joint and bushings were fine according to his guys. I had taken pictures while being under my car and knew that they either didn't actually check, or they weren't properly trained to know what a bad bushing and ball joint looks like. They told me I would have to leave my car there for any additional services to be completed even though I had an appointment for it, and had made it there on time.I think the older gentleman who owns and operated the place is probably well experienced, but he didn't seem to be the one involved in making the decisions around my car. In the end, I went to another shop with 5 stars on Spring Mountain, and got the car on a lift and we all could see what H-Tech couldn't and now the car is fixed and driving smoothly. Gotta respect people's time, and train the young guys working in there so they really know their stuff.

I ve had 2 different cars worked on a couple of years apart and they did a fantastic job both times. They are honest and care about the customer. Treat this place with respect because we need integrity in the car repair industry and they deliver.

My air conditioning went out on the trip from Salt Lake to Vegas. I called H-tech auto and set up an appointment for the next day to get a diagnosis. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. The mechanic Pete showed me the issues with my CRV and my options. They are reasonably priced. Pete was very informative and communicated through the whole process they had to order a part and we picked up our vehicle the next day. Good as new.I highly recommend.

Honest, reliable and knowledgeable service. So happy to have found a mechanic close by. Had a Honda Odyssey but sold it and now will take our other family cars there. Hands down great master mechanic and owner. They listen to your concerns and keep you informed of the repair cost and options available for repairing your vehicle. Love them and will continue to be their client.

Pete took good care of my car. He explained everything in such a professional manner. The price was very reasonable. Plus he fixed it in such a short period of time. Left it better than it was so it could pass the smog. Love this place I will be coming back. He also helped us get 2 new keys since the one we had was broken and kept coming apart. Very nice man he cared about my kids being safe. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He knows what he is doing unlike other places. Has the experience and truly shows he loves what he does.

If anyone asks if I know a good mechanic, I can now say "Absolutely I do!"I looked online for a place to take my car, and chose this place based on reviews. The check engine light was on and it was trying to stall at red lights. I had to drop it off, they called the next day, explained the problem (which I already knew so I knew he was being honest), and quoted me the price. I said fix it. One day goes by, he calls, says he noticed I needed a smog, he'd smog it for me, he wanted to make sure it'd pass. Great! Next day, I get a call, it's ready..I go to pick up the car, its $70 cheaper than the quoted price. He explains everything to me, with photos, hands me a folder to keep them and all the other paperwork. As I'm driving, I noticed the brakes feel different. I call, he had adjusted them ... for no charge! I hope I never have to go anywhere else. Thanks Pete!

Pete and his staff go above and beyond. They have come through for me so many times. He even goes above and beyond to fix little things like clip my bumper back up even though it s not something he needed to. My family will always trust H-Texh to inspect and fix our cars. He understands the importance of safety and diligence and as a single parent of 2 toddlers I appreciate this the most.

Im so happy I found them! Pete, Bernard and his team are the best!!!! Love these guts! They are HONEST!! Fair Pricing and not out to take your $$$ I brought my 2002 Toyota Camry in and they found the problem! I loved how they diagnose my whole car! They will be the only mechanics I go too! Great Customer Service. The about business and take pride in what they do! I will recommend everyone to them! I will be back for my Brake Job! I refuse for anyone to work on my car but HTECH! They will be the doctor for my Toyota! Thanks and Appreciate!

Took my wife's car in for an oil change. As always the crew at H-Tech provided a fast professional service. I highly recommend them and I am very thankful to have honest professional mechanics to take my vehicles to. The have and always will have a loyal customer. I can t speak highly enough about the service and the pricing of H-Tech! They really went above and beyond to get my 2004 Honda Civic ready for a road trip to give to my daughter. They even fixed a few other small items that were bothering me, but not that important. I m really appreciative to them for everything. And the price was less than what I expected for what they did. Don t hesitate to bring your Honda here for any repairs!

Original Review:Early 2020I moved from the East Coast and was in desperate need of a local mechanic, and I found a Honda/Acura EXPERT. Pete and team are great!Yesterday I went for an oil change and besides getting that service, Pete and team did a FULL inspection / review of my Acura. They spent alot of time looking at everything and provided me with a full explanation and answered all of my questions.I will be returning in the future to get work/service done on both of my Acuras.Great service. Great price. Great people. I have been a customer of H Tech for several years and every time I have had either of my cars serviced or repaired I have been treated professionally, courteously, and in a very timely manner. Pete and his staff always seem to go out of thiei way to help in any way possible, including scheduling. The are very fair and extremely reasonable in terms of pricing. I now will only use H Tech for both of my vehicles.Services: Tires, Oil change
