I like the service, it was fast and they even vacuum my car and clean my windows all for a oil change! I also replaced my front head light and the amount of service I received for what I paid was outstanding. I will be going back for my car service need. Thanks! The guys at the Charleston location in Las Vegas, NV. gave some of the best customer service I have had in a long time.

Grease Monkey staff went above and beyond at my last oil change. I had my two wild kiddos with me and they gave them some toys to keep them occupied and even vacuumed around the kids' carseats while they were changing my oil. They were super friendly and I didn't feel pressured into any extra services like I have at other places! Will come again!

I am from out of town and was needing an oil change and drove past this location. They helped me right away, Ronnie and Chris were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. They explained the proceedure and pricing. There were several options for me to choose from. Reasonable and comparable prices, but better customer service and they also vacuumed my car, and washed all the windows inside and out. After completion, the gave me a print out of services my car might need with pricing, but there was no pressure to do these services and gave me the print out. They were professional, and answered any and all of my questions. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend this location. You will be treated right!

Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely recommend to others! Ronnie helped me upon arrival and is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions with professionalism. Other staff members I interacted with were also friendly and everyone else looks like they enjoy being there. Thank you for being a great team!

They took care of me completely. I was in and out with no appointment in less than 30 minutes. They topped off all my fluids and they even vacuumed my car. Super friendly, great people. Will keep coming back.

I can't say enough about this place . They where fast frendly and got me right in . Not only did they change my oil they serviced my transmission, gearboxes and changed my fuel filters. Cost so much less than the dealership. They treated me like family . Such a amazing place . They went through everything step by step. Definitely found my oil change shop for sure.

They are so terrible, the up sell is ridiculous and the prices are through the roof. 100$ for an oil change?? Also the owners Kent and Carol literally don t know how to run a business. They are about to loose their business because of how they treat their workers and how the don t understand finances. Very incompetent and I will never go back.Service: Tires

If you re looking for trustworthy and good quality auto shop this is a place. I was told by another company I need an alignment done so I took it to this location and they checked my car and they said everything looks fine and didn t even charge me just for inspecting it. You can tell they re not about the money. Amber was the one that helped me out along with another technician. I ve also had my brakes changed here before. No issues.

Came in for an oil change that was done in less than an hour. Got recommended that I upgraded to a high mileage oil as it'd be better for my older car and was able to get it at a discount. Was bummed out to find that there were issues regarding the engine (leaks, bad belts,etc.) but Charlie was able to give me a list of work that was recommended to be done as well as prices for parts and labor the same day and was told they'd honor it whenever I did decide to get the work done. (reasonable prices mind you)Definitely a happy customer and will be returning for service in the near future.Highly recommend! Transparency is clear and the people working there are genuine, honest, and upfront about the work they do. Don't hesitate with this one.

Showed up at 8 and they weren't even open lol. How are your opening times not even correct? Instant refund on Groupon. (They act like they even care that they aren't opening on time but in actuality they didn't even reply back to my email . Don't go here.)

This place was great. First time here. In and out before I could start getting uncomfortable in the waiting room. Friendly and efficient staff, as well as competitive pricing among other oil change places.I'll definitely be back to bring our other vehicle in.

Classic story.... Way over charged.Sad but true. The manager told me they have a copy and paste system of hourly labor charging. No matter if It takes an hour to put in a part if the owner put on the copy and paste list to charge 3.5 hours then that's what they have to charge ..period..I was in between a rock and a hard place and they took full advantage.And on too of the hourly rate they charge they added and hourly "diagnostic" charge ?????Again taking full advantage.Because after they preformed the work of replacing my radiator. The check engine light came on and they said they had to do extra diagnostics on my car .. After explaining all this to a non biased mechanic . I was enlightened that the car has to driven approx 50 miles to reset the code to clear the check engine light and that they are aware of that.. Just saw an opportunity and jumped on it..Sorry to say but this is true.Hope this helps someone..

Easily the best random find I've had when just looking up a routine oil change. They'll be seeing me again the next time I need some auto maintenance. I called and was lucky to get an appointment within the hour. All I wanted was their 69.99 oil change but what I got was much better. Free tire rotation, carpet vacuum and a multi point inspection. They discovered a few things but unlike a lot of places they told me what were priority and what wasn't but put no pressure at all for me to do any of it just yet. I asked for a quote for the work and if I do it I'll definitely check back with them. They even offered if I shop around and bring a lower quote they could try to match the rate. When I left I looked at my bill and besides all I mentioned the receipt also says they topped off my washer fluid, checked my tire wear, inflated the tires as needed. I was very happy to see all of that and I know it's all done because I even have a subtle low washer fluid light that comes on when I start the car and now it doesnt. Appreciate Michael for taking the call and the mechanics for taking care of the car. Will be back again!
