DO NOT GO here. They are untrustworthy. I took my car in to have the clutch repaired. One week later I get a engine light and a low brake fluid warning. I opened my hood to take a look and I found a plastic water bottle attached to my car. I also found that they left my sensor and symposer unplugged and lose. I called the shop, Sabrina answered and asked her technician if they left that bottle inside my car. She told me over the phone that they did not even open my hood because it was not needed for the repair. Sabrina said that her shop does not do "mickey mouse work" the technician told her that he did not leave anything in there. She said that the bottle was in there before they touched my car. That bottle was a huge safety hazard as it was next to my fan and my shifting plate. I went in person to confront this issue and showed pictures of my car. Sabrina then asked the technician once again and he then admitted to leaving the bottle in there. That alone loses all of their credibility. When I brought up the other issues they then denied touching those parts of my car. Again another lie. They lied once why wouldn't they again. I asked for 1/3 of my money back as they did not complete the job. The owner then entered the shop. I showed him the pictures and he did not even know what he was looking at. Bottom line is that Good Care Transmission is HORRIBLE!Sabreena if you are reading this, please take down the veteran plaque. Good Care Transmission does not look after vets.Service: Transmission

This place went above and beyond to get us up and running. We heard a noise and another shop said it was fine, but this place actually found the problem and fixed it. They showed me under the car exactly what was wrong and showed me why it needed to be fixed. It is my sons car and we were out of town, so it had to be taken care of right. They did just that. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I was informed of the issue and the proper way to fix it without gouging me on the price. Fair and competent work. After someone tried to steal my Hyundai, because of the Tik-Tok video. We took it to Good Care transmission where they did a fantastic job putting my car back together, and replacing what needed to be fixed. Sabreena was amazing and fixed everything. I would recommend this shop to anybody that needed their car fixed. She has honest and fair pricing.

Last week, I was taking a trip to Zion National Park to meet my brother for a multi-day camping trip... pretty much the worst time for my transmission to give out on me. I pulled into this shop in a panic, unsure of what exactly was happening or how I was going to go forward with all of my plans & logistics. They were immediately responsive and gave me the diagnosis- in short, things were not good for my vehicle. However, everyone who works here went above and beyond; giving me water, advice, and above all, treating me with kindness. I appreciated how Sabrina was very blunt with how bad my car was looking, sugarcoating it wouldn't have helped. She managed to make me feel better by giving me all the help she could with any sort of strange logistics I had, and they were very speedy with rebuilding my car's transmission. I hope I never have car issues near Vegas again, but if I do, I'm immediately coming here.Service: Transmission

Good Care Transmission lives up to its name and most certainly goes above and beyond! Even though our car is an "Oldie but a Goodie," Sabrina and her crew had no problem detecting and removing the problem. Our car is safely back on the road! Her kind and patient service is to be highly recommend. They are thorough, and will not cheat you by ANY means. We've gone through 4 other Mechanics, and one we absolutely love, but none could ascertain the issue with our vehicle. Good Care took "GOOD CARE" of us. One hundred percent. We are so grateful.

We were visiting from Salt Lake City Utah and our transmission went out. We called several shops and dealerships and no one could assist on a Saturday. We about gave up until we called Good Care Transmission and Sabrina answered our call. She truly came in to safe the day! She was direct and honest with our vehicle situation which helped us feel comfortable leaving our vehicle in a completely different state. We ll be picking it up in a week and know they ll get us taken care of!Service: Transmission

I took my 2001 Toyota Rav 4 in for transmission issues and ended up needing the entire thing rebuilt and a new computer. Good Care was AMAZING. They found the best deals for me and helped me figure out how to pay for everything. I am beyond grateful and would 1000/10 recommend!!!

We have been here for 26 years, had nothing but bad mechanics until we went through Good Care Transmission. Sabrina knows everything about cars, trucks etc. She is so honest, professional, & makes me fill that I can believe in their judgements as mechanics again. Henry the owner is the greatest. Very knowledgeable and professional. The owner did a free diagnostics and she told me everything wrong with my car, explaining why components such as dual-clutch transmission causes problems and provided a cost estimate on the spot. Respectable business to say the least!

My 06 Acura TL transmission went out.I bought another used one, unfortunately that one didn't work. So I decided not to make the same mistake twice. I went online & started looking around & came across Good Care Transmission.They were the only one online with more than 26 reviews with 5 stars. I new that has to mean something very positive, about this place.So I called and talked with the shop manager.The most honest, professional, kind, respectful etc.. manager in town. Called Sabrina.She gave me some good lessons about transmissions. Lol. She knows what she's talking about. They got my transmission rebuilt and my car is back on the road again, driving like a champ. Her shop received 2 awards, one from Google and Yelp, for their exceptional services and honesty. So glad to have happened on to these guys.I had a transmission problem on my 2002 Chevy Venture minivan that everyone else I took it to told me had to be a full rebuild. After looking online at different forums for my van, found a thread that described my problem exactly and said I didn't need a rebuild but an $800 repair. When I talked to the owner about my problem, without mentioning the solution that I already decided I wanted, he told me that I could do a rebuild, or if I wanted, just replace the few things in my transmission. He described the fix exactly that took me 4 months of off and on internet research to discover. The repair wouldn't be as long lasting as a rebuild, but was perfect for what I needed. My 14 year old car needed to last me another 3 years, but wasn't worth a $3,000 transmission rebuild.The total cost of the repair was around $500.00 and the van was still going strong when I sold it 2 years later. I have used them for numerous repairs since, and I joke that I am putting their kids through school, but if I'm going to pay someone, it may as well be someone I trust.Can't say enough good things about them.

Sabrina and her crew at Good Care are fantastic. I was driving through town and thought I had a failing transmission. I was fully prepared to have them replace/rebuild the whole thing, but they were very honest with me and told me the transmission was working perfectly and even helped trace the issue to my carburetor.Thank you so much for your help!

Got our transmission rebuilt here. Not only do they have great prices, they also have fantastic customer service! Sabrina was in regular communication with the progress. Highly recommend!

This shop provides the best service in town hands town, reasonably priced in comparison to other mechanic shops in town, Sabrina the office lady is so damn cool and always happy go lucky personality. easy to work with very tentative to customer needs, believe when I say you WILL NOT leave there disappointed.

Came in with a transmission that lost 5th gear. Sabreena gave me all options available from cost of rebuild at the shop, buying a rebuilt trans, or sourcing my own (of course, sourcing my own holds more personal liability and none towards the shop). Install was really reasonable and i was kept up to date on progress and any issues that came along! I was shown what issues i had and was explained what options were available.Friendly staff and very knowledgable! Haven't the slightest issue with integrity, and have recommended friends with AC issues recently!

Goodcare Transmission has been my go-to since 2013, when I luckily discovered them through a friend after being scammed at a pop-up mechanic shop which stole my car parts and replaced them with faulty pieces. Sabrina has been the most up-front, informative, well-mannered, and honest mechanic I've ever had. Thanks good care for the great care. From brakes to a transmission rebuild and front suspension ball joints to 4x4 rebuilds. And that's just my two trucks. Rear main seals to air conditioning you've kept all my family's cars trustworthy for ease of my mind. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We were on our way to Vegas and our transmission went out on our truck. Sabrina was amazing and so caring we told her our situation we brought our truck in. We were treated like family. She even made sure we got to our hotel and we were taken care of. This is a true family business. They get 10 stars from us. Thanks Sabrina all the way from Arizona..you made us feel like family.

Sabreena!!!!! Absolutely amazing! The minute I walked through the door I knew I was in the right place. She explained everything so thoroughly and to an extent that I would understand. I knew sabreena had good intentions from start to finish. My 10 month old baby fell in love with her and from that point I knew her heart was pure!! Being that my baby rarely goes to anyone new especially if I m around! I ve found a new home for my car my services will continue to carry on there. Even though this time around I didn t get any services done, I know their team is very knowledgeable and are here to service the community the right way! Highly recommended

Amazing, I would recommend to anyone with any transmission issue. My family and I were traveling from Ventura CA to Salt Lake UT when my 2009 Suburban transmission began overheating. I was towing in the middle of summer with 120 deg. They were able to get me in, install a cooler, brakes and other work in addition. Thank you very much.

Awesome Service. Professional and above all super Honest.They do the job right the first time. I was scared to go to any shop for a transmission job because one shop failed me so I found out about Good Care Transmission through the reviews and I'm here now giving them 5 stars myself. Good Care transmission is one of the better automotive mechanic experiences I ve had. They are clearly very technically capable - they provide transparent diagnosis that consider the entire system and clearly communicate risks and possible issues that might arise. They go above and beyond to accommodate their customers - they let me hang out in their lobby for hours with all of my stuff while I was waiting for my driveshaft to be balanced and took every opportunity they could to help me. They re also the only shop I ve been to that doesn t charge for the initial diagnosis.

Been coming here for all of my cars since I moved here. Couldn't be happier. I waited a while to complete this review as we were in the middle of a road trip when our transmission gave out on our way down the hill into Primm. Limped into Vegas and found Henry... Lucky. Had a rebuild and upgrade done. Price was fair and work seems excellent to me. Have been up and down mountain roads since while pulling our trailer and shifting smooth the whole while.Bottom line: if you need your transmission looked at. Take it here. I had such a good experience that I'm looking forward to the next time I'm in Vegas so I can stop by and say thank you one more time in person.

Several weeks ago, my F150 trans was making a funny noise. Henry took it for a drive and told me what it prob was. Sabrina was there when I took it in a few days later. Gave me a price which I thought was reasonable for a rebuild on trans and torque converter. Picked it up on the day she said it would be ready, and the price was still what she quoted. Anyhow, do not let them rebuild your truck trans without the shift kit upgrade. Both of them said I would really like it, and they were right. It's like it found a new gear between 2nd and Drive on hills.

He ruined my transmission and made modifications to my transmission which destroyed it. He rebuilt my transmission 4 times in total and it didn't work properly. My new mechanic found multiple bad parts and some improperly altered. He insisted on fixing again after having over a month and making 2 attempts to fix it. Then he refused to reimburse me.
